Weird Things You

Weird Things You Either Just Found Out Or Already Knew.

Post what it says above! I found out that the title "mx" is used for those who do not wish to either gender. Here is how I found it online:

"Mx is an English language neologistic honorific that does not indicate gender. It was developed as an alternative to common gendered honorifics, such as Mr and Ms, in the late 1970s. It has been used by non-binary people as well as those who do not wish to imply a gender in their titles."

I also learned that some people didn't know that the Domino on a Dominoes pizza place was a domino!

And that some people are 35 and have never eaten a cherry!

I learned that my CAPTCHA is at a war. And that they just said, {umrug} What rug?

More, because why not?

-Ravens' moods are affected by others.

It's a well-known fact that ravens are wildly intelligent creatures. But 2019 research published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences discovered that the birds are also very in tune with the feelings of the creatures around them. This empathetic trait had previously only been observed in primates.

-Figs aren't considered vegan because they have dead wasps inside.

-We are born with only two innate fears.

-The longest one-syllable words in the English language all start with the letter "s."

-Nomophobia is the fear of not having a mobile phone.

-The world's smallest McDonald's was designed for bees.

-Bubble wrap was originally intended to be wallpaper.

-Charlie Chaplin once lost a Charlie Chaplin look-alike competition.

-The leaning Tower of Pisa isn't just leaning—it's sinking, too.

-Scents come off differently to individual people.

-Research shows that all blue-eyed people may be related. (I don't have blue eyes, so I am probably not related to any of you.)

-The average person will spend six months of their life waiting for red lights to turn green.

-A bolt of lightning contains enough energy to toast 100,000 slices of bread.

-Cherophobia is the word for the irrational fear of being happy. (That sounds awful)

That's all for now!

Pancake, are you the one who asked about what comments Admin finds funny? Well, the above sentence about Charlie Chaplin made me laugh out loud.
