You're excited about snow? Surprised Well, I guess if it doesn't snow that often where you live that would be exciting, but to me...

When my dad lived in Frankfort (a town thingie by Chicago) he lived on a corner of a curb.  And that is where people piled the snow that was on the sreet.  So when my dad was a kid, he would sled down a snow hill from a second story window.  And I've seen that second story window because my grandma still lives in that house.  And he had a bunch of ice forts.

*smiles weakly* Um, yeah that's great for you. Really, I mean. I'm just hoping it doesn't snow here :( Last winter we were snowed in for like three weeks with a couple feet that was icy on the top and my legs were all bloody from punching through it every time I went outside. I'm reallyreallyreally hoping it's not like that this year :-/ But that's super cool that it's snowing there!! *hugs* Have fun!

Omg I feel so bad. I felt bad about walking through a couple of flurries but a couple feet of snow with ice on top has really got to be tough.

WHAT? You get snow? *cries* I live in the midwest, less than an hour from the great lakes, and we haven't even gotten any snow so far! There should be blizzards! Well, it is snowing now But they're flurries and they don't even stick! *sobs*

Yesterday was fun! Of course, we have 2 humongous trees in our yard, so it didn't reach the part under them, and it's gone now except for a few tiny patches, and I didn't get to stay outside the entire day like I wanted to, but I really enjoyed it!

WOW!  It snows in Texas and stays on the ground before it stays on the ground in Illinois.   Odd.  In the morning here there is frost.  It makes the vines and stuff look like ice sculptures.  And it makes my family's crab apple tree look like ice, too!

In the winter of 2008, I lived in Texas, and it snowed once, and it melted once it touched something even a little warm.  And the night it snowed was the night of the eclipse thingie, so I couldn't see is because of the clouds.

I don't think that you are overeacting.  I overeact.  But that time when I screamed for an extra long time and ran in circles because someone touched my shoulder was for purpose.

Have you gone out and felt the snow?  Tasted it, played in it?  It's fun.  In my family's woods there is a big hill and we slide down it.

Oooh, lucky! Last year I was never happy to see snow (we got snowed out of our house) but this year, I really wish it would hurry up and come! This past week the temperature has been around 55-60 degrees. *chants* Snow! Snow! Snow!
