This is pathetic...  It snows in Texas before it snows in Maine...  Hahaha, oh well. :) We got our first snow yesterday!  And it's sticking, too. :) AND it's snowball snow!!!  Hahaha, my youth group was driving home from the Revolve Tour (BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE!! Look it up; they have a bunch of tours across the country, maybe near you) and we stopped at a rest area where the entire parking lot was covered in that nasty brown slush.  Sooo, my SBFF (Sometimes Best Friend Forever) Becca and my youth leader got out of the car and started the most disgusting snowball fight I've ever had.  Then we went inside to the bathroom and started cracking up laughing in front of the mirror, because we were covered in brown slush.  Amazing. <3

BREAKING NEWS:

Tonight and tomorrow, it may ACTUALLY SNOW IN SANTA ROSA CA!!!!!!!!!!  OMG!!!!!!!!!!  I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!  I MAY ACTUALLY SEE SNOW!!!!!!!!  *sings at top of lungs*  *stops abruptly because older brother is screaming*  *he no like singing*

*starts to panic*  I don't have the proper clothes for snow!!!  My warmest shoes are my tennies, and they have MAJOR ventilation.  *bites nails*  *stops, cause that's not my habit*  And Mom says she's not going to buy new outfits for everyone unless she has absolutely no choice.  Bleh.  Money stinks.

Maybe I'll just wear my rain boots with fuzzy socks... I doubt that would be warm enough, but at least my feet would stay dry..........  *mrugrph*

*sniffle sniffle*  No snow yet.  And, my throat is a little swollen, and I'm sniffly.  But I don't have a cold, I just haven't gotten enough sleep.  *yawn*  Keep me healthy with good thoughts, please, so that it won't turn into a cold.  My birthday is on sunday, and I want to stay healthy.  Did you know that when I turned eleven I had pneumonia again?  Awful.  Worst birthday of my life.

Wow!! It snowed where you live, Koffee??!!! In my part of Oregon it never ever ever snows!!! I've been hoping for a big snow storm! We got one a few years ago that knocked down one of our trees and there was like two feet of it!! It was so cool!! Last year, when it snowed a little I went sledding with my friend on her neighbor's hill. We even made a jump to fly off of, which was fun except when you weren't going fast enough so you sorta fell off the jump and hit the ground really hard.  Otherwise it was pretty awesome, but one of times we went down we fell off and the sled (and us) slid to the bottom of the hill. Then the sled kept going at the bottom of the hill and slid down this really steep part covered in ivy, so we had to climb way into the ivy and pull it out.

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that!!!!  And, we're going to get our Christmas tree then, most likely!!  That would be sooooo cool!!!!!!

UPDATE:  No snow yet, but the sky is cloudy, and it's still 32... it keeps going up and down.  Like around nine it said 33, but then at ten forty it said 29, so, who knows.  :)  Anyway, the fountain was frozen over, and all the plants around it look like they're made of colored glass.  I would gladly post photos, but we can't find mom's camera....

(p.s. thanks for the good thoughts Megan!!)  :)

ANOTHER UPDATE:  No snow.  And it looks like it's going to stay that way.  Temperatures are rising, the fountain didn't freeze last night, and NOW it's going to rain.  Although, it's possible that's why it warmed up, I've noticed rain does seems to 'push the heat down'.  :\

YAY. Snow!

First snowstorm of the season! We might get snowed in and not go to school tomorrow.

Sometimes here the snow gets so high that we can just sled on the drifts and don't even have to have a hill.

It would be strange to live in a place where it dosen't snow at Christmas.

WOW, snow in Texas. That is big.

I live in Indiana so snow isn't that big of a deal up here, but it's still pretty big. Yesterday was the first time it snowed this year, and it snowed again today, but it didn't stay on the ground or anything.

I guess I like the snow, but this year I have to walk home after school so I don't really like walking through all the slush. But besides that I think snow is awesome.

It never snows here.....well, it "snows" but it doesn't SNOW. There is quite a bit of snow in the mountains though. Everyone (or at least a lot of people) seems to think that the weather in Georgia is sweltering hot all year round. Like the time I was at the beach with my cousins and it was like 90 degrees out and my aunt (from Ohio) said, "This must be warm to you." Hello?! I was sweating like a pig! But anyway, that's very cool that it's snowing in Texas.
