SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Wooh hoo!!! It's finnally here!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D I'm SO happy!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D  Actually, this was our third snow, but it was definetly our best, and it's still here!!!!! :D:D:D:D When I woke up this morning (10:00), the first thing I realized, was that my mom never came in to wake me up (my alarm clock is broken...), and I noticed that my fan was off.  It turns out that we had a HUGE icestrorm, the electricity went out, and my mom decided to let me sleep in!  The first snowday of the year!!! :D:D:D Yippee!!! :D:D:D We went to Dunkin Donuts (Mr. Bagel was sadly closed...) for breakfast and, when we got back, the lights were back on! :D:D:D The snow is only a few inches deep, but it's perfect building snow!!! :D:D:D:D EVERY SINGLE THING outside has a one-inch layer of ice (except the ground, for some reason...)!  It's so pretty!!!!  I grabbed my camera and took a ton of pretty pictures!  I woudl show you them, but I obviously can't. :):):) All I can say is, it's the prettiest thing in the world!! No one can look at this and not believe that there is a Creator.  It's so amazing! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

P.S.  Other Mainahs', did you get all the pretty ice, too, or is it just Gorham?  Zoe, you live a few minutes away; did you get any? :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Hee, hee, hee, hee, hee, hee, hee, hee!!!!

Hee, hee, hee! :D:D:D Let's just say that it isn't exactly the warmest water in the world.... :D:D:D:D My brother grew up in warm areas, and my mommy lived in warm areas before she got married, so they're both used to warm water.  My daddy and I have lived most of our lives in places with cold water, so we're used to it.  Clay and Mommy are chickens... :D:D:D

I'd like to go to Maine! But Mom would probably say no way. Ugh. I'll ask anyway, though! No, I went to Yellowstone in 4th grade, which would have been....uh.....2005. I think. It was the perfect trip, though. We were in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the weather was absolutely perfect, and we got an AMAZING hotel.

We got more snow today, and now it covers the grass!!!!! :D:D:D I think we have about two inches!!!! :D:D:D  It's all powder, though, so we can't build anything, except for tubing tracks...  I guess I'll have to tube while I wait for better snow...  Oh well!  At least it's snow!!! :D:D:D:D

OH MY GOODNESS! We got SO MUCH snow!!!!!!! Record snow! We got like a foot! When we woke up this morning you couldn't tell where the walk was! My dad had to shovel it. It's been snowing practically all day and it's snowing right now. I made a snow fort and a fairy house out of snow. I didn't have very much home school today and so I got to play in the snow for a long time. The hill near us is SO pretty. all the trees have snow on them. Right in front of the window of our room there are icicles. We have an icicle from the neighbor's tree in our freezer.

We have maybe two feet of snow here.  We sort of live on mountain, so we can look on lighted gingerbread towns dusted with sugar.  It's so cute!!!

Snow is most definitely one of the best kinds of weather. The ground here is covered with that white fluffy stuff. We've had it for 5 days now, and a sheet of ice has developed under the snow on the roads. Well everywhere actually, because my friend and I found a footprint in ice under some snow. We are supposed to get more snow tomorrow as well. Looks like a white Christmas!!!!
