True Self RP!

True Self RP!

I'm going to try to start an RP. None of mine have ever really been successful... So: please join!

I have a true self. As in, my bitter, dark side as opposed to my sweet, tiny little girl side.

Let's have our true selves go on an adventure!

Sheet:

Name:

Age (optional):

Appearance:

Personality:

Other / Powers:

And you can do it for your normal self, if you want.

Name: Rosemary

Age (optional): Uhhhhhhhh

Appearance: She's in the form of a porcelain doll. Her hair is black, with bangs, and ringlets to the middle of her back. Her eyes are bluish-redish, and her skin is all peeling and cracked. She wears a pink, kinda victorian era dress that laces up the back.

Personality: Quiet and creepy, but be careful- if you anger her the slightest bit, she's burst into a flying rage: not a good thing.

Other / Powers: When she gets angry, her eyes turn red and she gives them various wraths. Nasty.

Our various True Selves are going to school together! A normal middle school/ high school (we'll dicide). Dun dun DUN!!

Rosemary~

The first time I get involved with the bus ride is when I hear a scream. A girl had just gone up to the bus driver's seat, and now she was in the seat next to me, and she almost screamed again when I asked her to move.

"What, haven't you ever seen a human being before?" I ask. Without waiting for a reply, I push her aside and march up to the front of the bus.

I try not to show the surprise on my face. The bus driver is gone! Instead, I whip around.

"The bus driver is gone," I shout, in what I hope is a commanding tone. Glaring, I turn to the girls who were making all the ruckus.

"Where. Did. She. Go," I hiss.

Judging by the expressions on the twins' faces, nobody on the bus has noticed me. At all.

Chamilia~

"Where. Did. She. Go?"  hisses the girl.

l leap off my seat and dash to the driver's seat to investigate. The one girl whom l had a silght disagreement with, trips me and sends me sprawling onto the carpet.  She laughs and grins wickedly. l slowly pick myself off the floor, and deliberately raise my head until l am looking her full in the face.

l can see her eyes widen a bit, when she see the wild, fierce rage that storms within my eyes, as if my eyes were a reflection of some ancient war.

l suddenly turn away and calmly walk to the front.

The bus is driving quite nicely, for one without a driver. Then, it suddenly jerks to a stop, making me fly backwards and land right next to someone.

"It seems," proclaims  the girl in the front, "that we have arrived at the school."

I blink. Melopie has long gone, and now I think everyone thinks I'm a freak.

You AREEEE.

I thought you left. I push in front of the hooded girl, and elbow the creepy doll-like girl out of the way.

The school seems to be in the middle of nowhere. And it looks more like a castle than a school. I see a few lights in the windows, giving me a sign that it's actually inhabited.

"Pretty old looking," Annette says behind me. I look toward her, and I open my mouth to explain what had happened to me.

"It's okay. Seriously, after what happened, I'm pretty sure I can believe anything." She smiles. The twins are already out, followed by the doll kid and the hooded girl. The old-fashioned kid is still buried into the book, tripping her way out of the bus. Adeline smiles toward me and I smile back. At least someone somewhat likes me.

Really, all these people are pretty friendly, with the exceptions of... Scarlet and... I think her name is Selphi. The hooded kid is even kinda cool. okay, maybe that creepy doll-like girl was kinda... Dark. But besides that...

I land my hoverboard, collapse it, and put it in my pack.

"So, do we just go in?" I ask.

I don't get a response. Either they all hate me more than even I thought, or they don't know either.

So I take my hoverboard out again and soar twenty feet to the door, everyone else running to catch up but stopping short at the moat. I put away my hoverboard and knock on the door. While I wait for someone to open it, I lower the drawbridge. "You're welcome," I say curtly.

Finally the door swings open.

Chamilia~

The door opens to show a brightly lite entryway.

The room looks modern, despite the fact that the outside must be at lest seventy years old.

And right in the middle stands a man, in a white lab coat. He smiles at us, "Come in, come in." So we cross the drawbridge and enter. "l am Dr. Telf Srue's   assistant. l will assign you your rooms. All rooms are on the third floor, and there an elevator behind that door."

Why would you hide an elevator behind a door?

The man takes a list from his coat pocket, and begains to read off it. l don't know any of the other's names, so l don't pay attention. ".......Room 113, Selphi, Chamilia, Danie. Room 114.............."

l have no idea who is with me. l pick up my suitcase, and head over to the elevater with some other people.

The ride up is slow, and silent. With a beep and a whosh, the doors open. l step onto the lush, red, carpet and easily find room 113.

l am sitting on one of the three beds, when two people come in the room. l recognize both of them.

One is the one who got mad at me on the bus. The other, is the one who looked very nervous.

Oh, wonderful, I'm with Spilly and Morphy. Well, best find out names, then. Allies are better than enemies. Keyword: ALLIES. Not friends.

"Selphi," I say, dumping my backpack on the window bed. "and you are?"

"I'm Chamilia..." Spilly ventures cautiously.

"Danie, nice... to meet you?" Morphy says. There's no sincerity in her words.

"That's okay, I hate me too," I say calmly. "Well, best see if this place has internet connection." I pull out my iPad.

YES! Oh internet, how I've missed your sanity! Time to look up a video of Bill Cipher yelling in lots of different languages!

"Well, she's not very social," Danie mutters.

"Yeah, because most people are sane, and most sane people are complicated," I tell her easily. "I'm not taking chances."

Bill Cipher starts yelling in Portuguese.

I blink.

"I'm pretty sure most people here aren't sane." I lift up my hand. "And since we are going to be here for a long time, we might as well make friends."

"I'm not here for friends, stupid." She doesn't look at me, too concentrated on laughing at the weird bow-tie wearing triangle. I sigh.

"Can you at least pretend you're having fun?" I ask. Selphi finally looks at me.

"Fine. But I am enjoying this, just so you know." She picks up a notebook. "It's nice to meet some weirdos like me."

"Welcome to the club," I mutter.

"But seriously! Check out this video!" I yell, showing Danie and Chamilia the video of Bill Cipher not being able to handle Cinnamon Toast Crunch. [It's an actual video on YouTube-- look up Cipher-mon Toast Crunch.]

"You see lots of things! But do you see that kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?" asked the announcer dude.

"WHAAAAT???? THERE'S DELICIOUS CINAMMON SWIRLS IN EVERY BITE??? HOW IS THAT EVEN &!@#% POSSIBLE?????" Bill Cipher wailed onscreen.

No reaction.

"No? Alright," I say.

.:Maeve:.

"Room 114," the assistant reads aloud from his list, "Rosemary, Annette, Maeve."

I whirl around and exchange a smile with Annette. Her grin is wide and toothy - she looks much better than she'd been on the bus. And a lot less green.

I follow the girls into the elevator, self-consciously adjusting my book bag at my side as I notice how just about everyone else has an actual suitcase with them. Well, how was I supposed to know about that? I remind myself stubbornly.

"I'm so excited!" Annette declares. I laugh in agreement, reaching over to push the button on the wall, which immediately lights up in a fluorescent orange color and begins to gradually carry us up to our floor. While we wait, I turn slightly and catch a glimpse of Rosemary, who is standing isolated in the far left corner of the elevator as she stares straight ahead with a glassy look in her eyes. I shift my eyes uncomfortably, diverting my attention to Annette.

"How are you feeling?" I prompt.

"Good," she replies. "That bus ride was, um, how do I put this ... "

"Bizarre?" I suggest.

"Yeah, pretty much."

The thick silver doors open suddenly, and the three of us step out. "Room 114," I note. "Right over here."

We troop over to the door, unlock it, and slip into the room. It's spacey and open and cool, just how I like things. I toss myself onto the middle bed and stuff my face into one of the fluffy white pillows. "I am not moving from this spot," I announce.

Annette drops her luggage and races over to a large rectangular window, while Rosemary sits on her bed silently and appears to do absolutely nothing. I open my mouth to say something, but hesitate. After that scene in the bus, I'm not so sure she's much of a friendly talker.

"Look!" Annette squeals. "We have our own balcony!"

"No way!" I hurry over to the window to see for myself. And it's true. "This is so cool," Annette exclaims.

Emily-

The announcer beginns to, well, announce, our rooms. "Room 115... Adleine, Emily, Scarlet!"

O..K? I head towards the elevater, worried that I haven't brought anything but books. How will I survive here? They should have told me... I look around at my room mates. Adleine looks fairly happy, while Scarlet has a scowl on her face. I instinctively move away, and my book crashes down on her foot.

"S-sorry," I stutter.

*Adleine*

Scarley turns around very slowly and glares, raising her hand.

"Whoa whoa whoa, stop it. It's okay it's okay it's okay, Scarlet, stop," I say, holding up my hands. Only I can calm her down, and it' see ally hard and requires repeating stuff. Scarlet turns around to face me and glares, but says and does nothing. I heave a sigh of relief and we enter Room 115. Iick a bed, plop down, and begin to draw Kawaii figures, my favorite style of art. Scarlet sits down on the bed across from me and begins watching a documentary on the Holocaust.

Emily pulls out one of her many books and begins reading.

"What are you reading?" I ask, closing my notebook. Emily looks away.

"Oh, nothing really. I've, um, read it before, I'm just rereading a chapter..." I nod and there' silence for a little bit. Then there's a rap on the door and I go to awnser it.

I see everyone else also sticking their heads out of doors, and the announcer from before standing there.

"Alright, now that you've all found your rooms, I'll let you know that classes start at 8:00. Which is," here he checks his watch, "fifteen minutes from now." Everyone's tossed into a frenzy as schedules are passed out, books are quickly grabbed, and doors are slammed. I hurry to the elevator.

~Annette~

I follow Maeve into our room. It has three sterile white beds with pillows piled up on them against one wall, windows against two other walls, and a reading nook against the last wall. A rush of cool air rushes over me- it must be airconditioned.

Maeve throws herself onto the bed and won't move her head from the pillows. I don't blame her.

I swing my backpack off my shoulders and drop it next to the bed of my choice, which is on the left of Maeve's and near the reading nook. Ignoring, Rosemary, who is sitting motionless on her bed, I hurry over to the window. I'm expecting a veiw, but instead... "Look, we have our own balcony!" I exclaim. "No way!"

Maeve joins me at the window. It's not a window after all, but a sliding glass door. "This is so cool," I say, sliding the door aside and stepping out onto the balcony. The balcony has a white table with a white and green umbrella and three white chairs arranged around it. I'm peering over the edge at the veiw when I hear a rapping on the door.

"I'll get that," Maeve says, and hurries off. A minute later, she comes back, saying, "We have fifteen minutes to get ready for our classes. Here's your schedule."

She hands me a color-coded schedule. "Do we need notebooks or books or anything?" I ask.

She shrugs, reading over her schedule. I grab my pencil bag and a book from the reading nook, then check my schedule to see where I have to go first.

8:00 - Power Control in room 124

Power Control... I don't have powers! I think, but I grab my things and rush to find Room 124.
