Magic Rp!!
This RP is set in a land where some people have some kind of magic powers fitting to their kingdom. Some people do not have magic powers. They are just normal humans. There are five kingdoms: Earth Kingdom; Water Kingdom; Air Kingdom; Fire Kingdom and the Magic Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom is the smallest more like a city than a kingdom. Each kingdom has a king and queen and the rulers of the Msagic Kingdom are in charge of all the kingdoms. There is also a small kingdom known as the Dark Tribe that wants to take over the five kingdoms and use all the people as slaves. The Dark Tribe has no powers of their own, and so they want to find out the secret of the magic that the people have.
The Plot:
The Dark Tribe plans to capture the prince or princess of each kingdom and one non-royal person to hold for ransom and the ransom is that to get the kids back, the rulers must give up their kingdoms. None of the people know this. The charries will be the ones being kidnapped and they will find a way to escape.
Rules:
1. Only one charrie per person.
2. Ten people maximum allowed to be part of the kingdoms. If you come after that you can give me ten good reasons and I might let you in, but you have to be a human.
3. No one is the king or queen of any kingdom, but you can be a prince or princess.
4. Only one prince or princess per kingdom.
5. Two main charries per kingdom.
6. All charries are 15
7. Five people can be in the Dark Tribe if they want.
Sub-charries are allowed, but you may only have one. No more than five sub-charries.
Powers should fit your position and kingdom, for example you could be the prince of the fire kingdom so you can control all fire, lava, etc. If you were a commoner of the fire kingdom you might have the power to make volcanoes erupt or maybe you could create fire from your hands. The piont is that if you are a prince or princess, you have all the powers of your kingdom. If you are non-royal (commoner) then you have one power like for the earth kingdom, talking to animals.
Here is my charrie:
Name: Skye Ransing
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Kingdom: Magic Kingdom
Position: Princess
Powers: She can control the elements (earth, air, fire, water), has healing powers and she can change what she looks like (turn into an animal, change hair color, etc.).
Appearance: Tall (5'5"); long, wavy auburn hair that goes down to her knees; usally wears a plain t-shirt with blue jeans. Always wears a necklace on a gold chain with an aquamarine surronded by gold. It was a gift from her mother who died whed she was five. Skye fiddles with her necklace whenever she is thinking, excited or nervous. She is very pretty, but doesn't care.
Personality: Bouncy; kind; very intelligent. She is good at making plans. Kinda tom-boyish.
Other: Her father (the king) always wants her to act like a proper princess, but she hates it. She has to take lessons on things like posture and manners and dancing. She usally skips some of her lessons and goes off hunting instead.

within to soar but who cannot release
The last one. The hardest one, as it seems. Tear of the one with the power within to soar? Flying, as it seems, but none of us can fly. There are are many flying animals around us yet it is the last part that is the strangest. But who cannot release. Release what? The power to soar? All of the other lines of the riddle where very direct, the butterfly of water, healing power, the mocking bird. All of them were, more or less, a discription of that thing. And so, logically, this line would follow the same pattern, a discription of that thing.
Firstly, it, whatever it is, can fly, or at least has the ability to.
l stare blankly at the clear blue sky. The others have wandered off some ways, as none of us together can come up with anything. There is peace right now, at least a little bit, the peace that you have to have if anyone is to work together. l begain to think of the future, but the future is complex and troubling to think about, and so l turn my mind torwards staring at the sky.
Fly, fly fly.....Fly away, fly away. What can but doesn't? If l could fly, l would be out of here faster then the crow flies. l would be off to explore the world. Who would just stick around somewhere if they could fly?
l wonder if it means soar as a metaphor for something, perhaps soaring as in sucess, or adventure. But still, who would stay when they could have all of that, do all of that? Why stay when you can go so far? l am reminded of why l am staying here, not going off into the sunset. Companionship. That's why all of us are sticking togather.
And suddenly this whole thing is disturbing. It applies too directly to us, and if this line that has yet to be figured out means what l think it means, it just doesn't seem natural. And that strange shadow thing that l touched, whatever that is.
It's like we're in some sort of trap, all set up for us. l want to tell the others what l think about this, but if there is really something else to this, l think whoever set this up will know the second l talk to anyone. l need to tell this to someone trustworthy.

Thank you so much for posting! I apologize if I seemed annoying, repetitive, or nagging. I was just so afraid this RP would die.....and we've come so amazingly far. (Seriously, mix copied and pasted our RPm on a word document just to see how long it was.......ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE pages!! And I ONLY counted our writing.....not extra posts and and discussions.

I'm thinking it could be Rain. Like Shadow (or, Isabel) said, it could be metaphorical. Rain has so much potential, but she's so shy. I mean, as Katy said, she has brilliant ideas blooming in her head, but she never says them. She has the power within to soar but cannot release.

(I am sorry the riddle is so weird...when I wrote it, I had only planned what about half of it meant. the rest I decided not to decide......I wanted this to be more of an RP, group decision, not a major part of the plot I just suddenly come up with. So yeah, some of the lines were random.....)

This is just throwing things out here.....we don't actually have or charries include this, but I just want to better justify this possibility.
Can't some of the people of the Air Kingdom have powers that, you know they can fly? Cuz the whole Air powers comes in great variety.....Rain can communicate with winds, Elyssa can magically fly her plane-thingie....
But Rain can't do that. Maybe someone in her family.....or an ancestor could? Or just the fact that other Air Kingdom people in general can, but Rain can't?
Idk, but this is a good lead......first, Isabel was going to ssay something..
