Hello! I'm pretty sure there was an RP like this a while back. So, I'm not entirely sure about the plot but this is about a bunch of juvenile delinquents (or maybe not) in some government facility somewhere that are used as test subjects. For what? I don't know. Why, When, Where? I have no idea. But I figure they are juvenile delinquents because their government wouldn't just take innocent citizens.
So about the plot, I'd like some help figuring out the details. They test chemical stuff and get "powers" and try to escape. That is the vaguest version. Also, by powers I mean weird powers, not things like super strength or laser vision. Well, you can do that, but I mean you need a "catch," for example a boy with laser vision might be blind (or something less drastic). This story is supposed to be kind of sad.
I hope someone joins this! I know school is starting but we don't need lots of people. Alter egos can (somehow?) join. I think that there should be maximum 10 people. But I'm flexible. You could be a guard or scientist. If you are a test subject, we'll need someone to be an optimist, a pessimist, and/or a leader. Okay, Here's my character!
Name and gender: Winnie (last name optional), girl.
Age: 13
Appearence: Long wavy brown hair pulled up in a ponytail. Thick eyebrows, serious face. Tan skin. Facility uniform: white T-shirt white coveralls. She usually only wears the bottom part.
Personality: Pessimistic, gloomy, yet surprisingly friendly. Very smart.
Past crimes?: Shoplifting random junk.
Powers? (optional) Appearance change?: Weak magnetism and water control. Droplets of water move towards her is pretty much it. She can change the polarity of things. When she got her powers, the tips of her fingers became solid iron and her eyes became black.
Test subject number: 404 (She's been there for almost a year.)
Alright! P. S., Your characters may grow and change at any point, or they can become very powerful. We'll be starting when people join.

Personality: Very intelligent, and serious. Hates people, a loner, and is a bit suicidal.
Past Crimes?: Trying to murder her family.
Power: Is extremely intelligent and can predict a lot of outcomes. However, that pretty much makes her see all the bad in the world, and makes her hopeless.

Personality: Creepy, very observent. Always watching....Wouldn't tell you a thing about her. Cold. Doesn't care about hurting people.

Gender: girl
Age: 11
Appearance: Short very wavy light blond hair that reaches just below her chin, pale green eyes, very pale skin, Beautiful smile. Very pretty, but don't let the looks fool you.
Personality: She may look fragile, but she is much stronger than you'd expect. She also can get very fiery at times. Usually she is very sweet and smart. She is very cautious around people she doesn't know until she knows they can be trusted. Once she knows you she'll either be kind and sweet or fiery and mean, depending on the person.
Powers: She has a little bit of telekinesis. She has to be within 10 feet away from what she's moving, and it has to be pretty small. Also, she has amazing unhuman hearing. She can hear things really far away. And if she's close enough to something to hear bits of a conversation but not the whole thing, she can focus on on it and hear the whole thing clearly.

Actually, I don't want my charrie to have telekinesis.
The catch to her power is that it only works for a few minutes at a time, and it clouds up her vision, so everything looks blurry for the next 10 minutes or so after she uses it.

Appearance: Dark blonde hair and sea green eyes.
Personality: She's incredibly smart like most of the others, but also frighteningly intuitive. It's not a superpower, but she just... knows things.
Crimes: Her family lived in the Darks, a place where poor people are forced to live. There was a huge riot in which she attacked a rich boy twice her size and took him down.
Power: Extremely powerful telekinesis, but she doesn't have one of her elbows and they had to mechanize it.

Okay so everyone's past crimes are much better than Winnie's so I'm gonna add some backstory and some plot.
Winnie is from a lower-middle class family, but she always wants to experiment and invent stuff so they can be rich. But to do that she has been shoplifting stuff for years. She never had any friends, and she's kind of shy but definitly NOT antisocial. When she finally got caught they found all her other shoplifting crimes and she was brought to the facility.
This universe is a universe where the government is a jerk. That was a great idea with The Dark and the rebellion. So, I'm still not sure about what they are testing but I don't think it's important.
IMPORTANT QUESTION: Should they escape or should this just follow their lives in the facility?
Another question: Should we start and has more people join later or should we wait? Because I think that maybe ten is too much.

I forgot about past crimes.
Anna has tricked her way into getting what she wants. Even if she walks up to the mayor and asks for 10,000 dollars, she'll figure out how to trick him into giving it to her. Also, she turns off security cameras, electronic codes for opening doors, and other things for people who want to steal things. But only if she trusts them.
The only reason she has tricked her way into things is because her family was very poor and had to raise 5 kids. 3 of them are 6 years old or younger. She is the oldest. She knew that she needed to find a way to get money fast, and mowing lawns and raking leaves didn't give her much money, so she decided that she had to trick someone into giving her $200 for food. After that, she tricked people whenever she needed money. She always felt guilty, but there were a lot of rich people in the city that she lived in, and they could definitely spare the money she had been asking for.

Appearence: Dusty greyish hair, grey-blue eyes. Short, but strong.
Personality: Quite, keeps to himself. Not friendly. Doesn't like people.
Past crimes?: He lived in a broken, old, city and worked for a group of theives and murders. He didn't really like it.
Powers?: Electricity.
