CBer Picturings Thread!

CBer Picturings Thread!

So here you can write picturings of chatterboxers. Like you do on the Longest Thread Ever, except this is not just posting for the sake of posting. It's posting for a purpose. Not that I have any thing against that thread. Anyway, I will do some on Saturday. Maybe of Balletandbow and Scylla.

I'll post one that I just posted on Longest Thread Ever.

This is my first picturing, so bear with me if I do bad.

Icy~

The
girl lightly rested her hand on a glaicer come ashore. She stared sadly
at the mountain. The snowy wind whipped her white blonde hair around,
and the stars made her blue eyes sparkle. She turned around and
carefully put her foot on the water. A little patch of ice formed. She
put down her other foot, and started to run.

On the other shore,
she turned for a look at the mountain one more time, and then walked
away, leaving a trail of ice in her path.

I'm sorry that this is super short and probably too much like Frozen. I still hope that you like it!

We were not JUST posting for the sake of posting! If you read them, some of our posts are better than the RPs.

Leafpool~

A small, brown-haired girl with deep, blue eyes, slinks through the forest with agility and grace. She hears a noise and tenses, alert. Then she hears the soft growling of something in the undergrowth, and she is off like an arrow. The hunt is on. With a flash of light she turns into a tortishell she-cat with the same, deep blue eyes as her human self. She runs off, her pelt blending in with the dappled forest. She runs for what feels like an eternity from the beast chasing her.....until the sounds of persuit dissipate. She keeps going for a while longer, then turns back into a human girl and continues her journey, senses alert, and blue eyes wide open.

Kinda weird, but I hope you like it. :)

I do like it! Here's one in return:

Shadowmoon~

A slight breeze rustled the bushes. As the wind turned its attention elsewhere, the bushes continued rustling.A small, pointed black beak poked its head out, followed by the rest of its sleek black-feathered body. The raven was rather smaller then most other ravens in the forest, but you could tell from a glance that it was a fighter. Fierce, independent, and bold, it relied on no one and nothing. It had never mingled with the rest of the ravens in the forest; it was a loner, not interested in company.

It flapped its wings and called out its harsh battle cry to the forest. No one dared fight with it. It always came out on top; it always had. The forest was silent. No bushes stirred, no birds chirped in the trees, no nasty loud humans crashed through the shrubbery. The raven took to the air in a flutter of black feathers. The wind returned, lifting it up into the clouds. It took one look back at the deserted forest, then vanished into the air in a puff of clouds.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope you like it! And I hope you aren't offended that I pictured you as a raven. I also  thought about a cat and an elf, but decided on a raven.
Hazel says boxd. Boxed or XD, which one, Hazel?
I'll do you!
Bluebird~
The girl danced in the forest, her feet barely touching the floor. She spun, and twirled, all around the forest. The girl was wearing a blue, silky dress, shimmering in the sunlight. There were bluebird feathers intricately weaved into her beautiful brown hair with the streaks of blue. The dancing was beautiful, and all the animals stopped whatever they were doing to watch her pass by. The girl was Bluebird, the legend of the forest. It was told that she had powers beyond anything anyone could imagine. And all day and night, she danced around, leaping and whirling.
Then came a day when shadows begun to plague to forest. The sunlight faded, yet the girl continued to dance. The shadows formed into a horrendous monster, terrible and horrifying. The animals in the forest were terrified. They called for Bluebird, to save them from the shadows. And she did.
She danced toward the monster, the shadows. She twirled and whirled and leapt straight into it. Then she was in the middle of the shadow. Her hair spread out in a fan around her face. The shadows begun to still, seeping into the girl. Yet the girl still danced. She danced, and her feet left the ground. She jumped and bent, whirled and spiraled, up, up and still up, into the sky, and disappeared. And with her, the shadow disappeared.
The wind blew strong, and from the sky, a bluebird feather came floating down. A gift from Bluebird, the animals called it. A gift from our heroine.
~~~

I hope you like it, Bluebird!

Ok! Let me try......

Bluebird~

A girl slips quietly through the air of the early morning. She has large, blue, feathered wings, blue hair, and blue feathers and beads braided into her hair. She soars towards a large tree where a treehouse sits, lonely in the branches of the old oak. She lands, bare feet hitting the roof, and sits down to watch the sunrise. The sun comes up in a brilliant burst of red and yellows, illuminating everything from the grey sky to the tree where the girl sits. The girl smiles, stands up, and spreads her wings. Today is a new day, with so many oppurtunities. Why spend it in a treehouse?

I'll do some! Note, these are gonna be a bit different than what'd you'd expect.

___

Brooklyn Newsie: The little rodent rolls around in its habitat. Her owner had place a few corn kernels inside as a snack, and the fleece lining was warm. Small area, but comfy. The mouse had listened to the boy shout all day, about news and papers and money. Every times a person passed by on the street, the mouse heard a loud voice ring out . . . "Extra extra! Read all about it!" The small companion would listen all day, and sometimes remember all the event the boy told about. She heard stories of wars and presidents and business. Every now and then she'd peek her head out of its owner's pocket, wanting to survey the world.

"There there," said the newsboy, pattings the mouse on the head, "I know you're bored. Don't worry, our shift's almost over."

The mouse grinned and rubbed its whiskers against the boy's hand. He placed her back inside his pocket and continued selling newspapers.

While he was distracted, the mouse hopped out and scurried away into a nearby alley. There, she would sometimes meet up with the homeless mice, the ones who lived off of scraps and slept in holes in the wall. There, she would tell them all the things she learned.

"Ha!" scoffed one of them. "Mice aren't suposed to know these things. That human has corrupted your mind. YOu live to posh."

Instead of retorting back, she simply smiled. "I think," she said, her soft voice squeaking with kindness, "that we can be as we want." Without another word, she raced back to her Newsie.
