Well folks I'm going out on a limb so help me with this anyway. :-)
This RP is set in present time new york.
After hurricane Nautica, new York homeowners are faced with choices they never thought they'd make. And the dogs must suffer for it...
RULES AND INFO:
Basically we are all feral dogs who were brought to the pound because our owners couldn't take care of us anymore. You can also be a runaway(ex-dogfighter that kind of thing) but we all meet up at the pound, escape and then become a pack. And then learn to survive in the wild. (This is loosely based on survivors but I didn't finish the series so its not really)
Rules:
1. You HAVE to be a dog, no foxes, cats, wolf, Just a dog.
2. I can't believe I'm saying this but pleeeeease no shapeshifters, just a dog.
3. As usual don't be op.
4. I'll place a limit at seven people, no joining once we've started.

OM quadruple K, MY DOGS NAME IS BELLA! What a coincidence.
Name: Gray
Breed/mix (can we be wolf mixes? If not then I'm a huskey smoyed, look them up they're SO FLUFFY): Wolf Smoyed mix
Appearance: FLUFFY!!! Dullish gray pelt, white tear drops from her eyes, and a "scar" on her neck of white fur. Was originally named Z. Has black paws and two icy blue eyes.
Personality: FLUFFY! Well, she's calm but always excited. Never thinks anything bad is gonna happen.
Background: Sad story, be prepared. She was born to an illegal dog breeder, her mother was a annoyed and the father was a wolf(or huskey). The wolf (or huskey) was a stray and the illegal dog breeder ended up killing all her siblings. Except her, she was the only one her dad could save. The mother was latter killed for that, and her father was shot while they were on the streets when she was about 6 months. She was then picked up by a friendly girl and lived with a nice family for a year untill the hurricane hit. Well, she thinks they left her because of the hurricane. They had left her three months before that, and the neighbours took care of her untill they realized that the family died in a plain crash. The neighbours took her to the pound since they couldn't take care of her, and that was right on cue for the hurricane.

Yay! My sister was so happy when she saw this thread because she loves dogs. So, I'm joining this for her. Also, because it looks intereting. Alright, here goes:
NAME: Tempest
BREED/MIX: Alaskan Malamute/ Husky (I know they're not very different, but I can't decide on one)
APPEARANCE: Cloud white/ storm-grey overcoat, with a silver undercoat, giving her fur a shimmery kind of look. Has some scarring around the muzzle. Piercing raindrop- blue eyes. Average size for a female husky. Lithe, fast, much stronger than she looks to be.
PERSONALITY: Fierce, protective, loyal, defiant, doesn't trust easily, only mean to those she believes deserve it, dislikes killing, but will if she absolutely has to, not very good at hiding her emotions. I'll further develop her personality during the RP.
BACKGROUND: Parents hated her, so as soon as she was old enough to take care of herself, they kicked her out. Her sibling (anyone want to be my sister/ brother?) came with her, and it has been them against the world since then.

NAME: Storm
BREED/MIX: Husky
APPEARANCE: Poofy light gray fur with a white undercoat. She has the same blue eyes as Tempest and same build, though smaller.
PERSONALITY: She is Tempest's younger sister. She tries to act like her and do what she does, but is often too cheerful to be scary.
BACKGROUND: Same as Tempest's.

Oh yeah, and she and her sibling were brought to the pound after about a year of living on the streets,becuse some pound person caught them off guard when they were sleeping under a park bench.

I'm redoing my background cuz it just sounded dull so here it is!!!
BACKGROUND: Her mother was a former champion at Westminster, her owner (Theadore G. Schultz) went bankrupt soon after she became champion third year in a row. With nothing else to do with her he put her up for adoption then sold her a few days later to a wealthy(or appeared to be) man who said he wanted to use her for breeding. A few months later Bella's mother was in the ring, taking part in illegal dog fights. Soon she was to old to beat her adversaries and the man bred her with a stray lab he found wandering in the streets, she gave birth to five puppies but died in the process. Two of them were sold, one died of disease and the ones that were left were trained to fight. Bella was one of them.
Her brother did well in the ring, slaughtering his opponents before they had time to react. Bella was fine till the man put her up against a bulldog. A giant bulldog. She barely made it out alive.
For three days she couldn't move and the man was on the brink of putting her down. Two days later he and many other of the dogfighters were arrested. Many of the younger dogs were put up for adoption the older ones too vicious and dangerous to be tamed. Bella's brother was one of them. After weeks of therapy she was back to normal and immediately adopted by a loving family, she spent one happy year of her life with them before hurricane nautica struck.

NAME: Snowflake, goes by Snow
BREED/MIX: German Shepherd.
APPEARANCE: Is unusual in that she is pure white. Has greeny-blue eyes.
PERSONALITY: Calm, not very territorial as dogs go. Is, however, very defensive of food and drink.
BACKGROUND: Was a police dog, but had to be left behind in the evacuation. Now lives on her own.
