You never meant to move here. Beneath the facade of the bustling work city you live in, there lies a plague: a plague of crime. In the stone labyrinth that is Evernaught city, five vigilantes have risen up to take on the crime.
The vigilantes don't have superpowers, aren't even all perfect. They wear masks. They have code names. They fight crime. The similarities to superheroes stop there.
Seven people can join. The positions are:
5 vigilantes
2 main villains
RULES:
No superpowers under any circumstances.
No OPness or impossile tech (like invisibility cloaks, none of that).

You know, the police are never really mentioned in this. Does Evernaught City have police? Bc if they do, they could find Saana and Rex and try to arrest them, ruining everything, so the vigilantes have to save Gem and Rex and Saana. Crazy idea I know. I guess you could call it a strange spur of the moment. Oh well, ;)

Yes, but... aren't the vigilantes going to turn them over to the police anyways? Why would they need to save them then? Maybe it's another group of evil people, or people from the lab trying to force information from wherever they can or find more people to experiment on that nobody really cares about?

Maybe Rex gets caught by the police and Saana gets caught by the scientists, or vice versa. Then they'd be injured and separated and the plot would be cool.

The room was silent for a long moment. Saana took in deep breaths as she blinked the tears out of her eyes, desperately hoping Rex couldn't see them in the semi-darkness. Finally, she looked up and gave him a small smile. He smiled back, raising one eyebrow quizzically. She had to laugh at that, shakily, but it let out all her tension, all her worries. He joined in, though it sounded like every breath hurt. She kept laughing. Until she had to collapse on the floor, wracked by giggles. But it soon faded away, leaving the room silent again. Saana breathed easily now, in sync with Rex. Finally, she sat up and looked at Rex. "You need some bandages" she said
