Okay so you go to a high school called WHS (woods high school). Your mascot is a wolf with silver eyes.
Today you got a letter in your locker writen with red ink saying:
Come to the science room at 9:12 tonight or everyone will know your secret.
Your secret? Your a shape shifter.
At school a Jaguir escaped from the zoo and prosper the halls. Everyone fleeded but you and the others who got the note. You stayed knowing you had to go to this meeting and that you'd be safe in your animal form. You simply told your mom that you were at a friend's house.
Now you can to meet in the science room. You were surprised when Madi, the queen bee pretty girl of the school, came clean and announced that she wrote the note. You watched as she turned into a king cheeta and almost ate a white hamster. She was stopped by a number of other shape shifters, you noticed one as Jay, the hot jock of WHS high. Another was SJ, she was kind ove a queen bee but a favourite victim of Maxi. She had her own group of followers though. The last one you recognize as the quiet, shy girl always at the back of the class. You think her name was Elysia. Madi escaped through a window. And SJ in her form of a Jaguir, gave chase. You saw a slick lynx jump out after them. You were shocked. And stared around at the other shape shifters in in shock. Madi was back in a little more then 5 minutes. She sat down and curled her tail to tell you that there is are people that want to take over the world and that we are all that stands between then. She says that our little town, Woodsdale, has the highest population of shape shifters and if we can't stop them then no one can. Did you belive her? Jay and Elysia didn't. The circled her, questioning weather she killed AN or not you were scarred. She said that SJ GOT what she deserved.
Suddenly there are sirens and and everyone gathers around the window to see SJ and the lynx dashing towards the school. Suddenly they swerve and vanish in the fence forest. But the cars don't stop. Finally the come to a halt in front of the window. Everyone jumps back as it explodes and a tough looking 16 or 17 year old boy comes from the dust. He looks down at Madi and states how she really did come up with a group of shape shifters, and how he could just kill them all right now. Then he told her to join him. She said no. His eyes flashed and he turned into a large, snarling Gray wolf with supersized fangs and claws. He said how she should've joined him while she had the chance. Then he attacked. And Jay and Elysia, shocked, but battle ready, attacked him side by side with Madi. When they had him pinned down he laughed and shot a ball of light or magic at all of them. They were knocked away, and the Fox was knocked unconscious. He glanced up and shot another into the air. An owl fell from the sky, a wild cat catching her in his teeth and leaping out the window. Then he pounced on Maxi, his teeth bared and ready for a death blow. Then she started glowing gold. And like lightning she pushed him off her and into a wall. She got up in a fast movement, staring after him as he transformed and vanished into the night.
After she told you that he was his brother and the leader of the shape shifters planing to take over the world. She said that every shape shifter has a Power to go along with their animal. She said that his was brute strength, and that he could harness his energy into a ball of light that would stun all or kill, depending on how much energy there was. And she said that hers was the Power of speed, giving her the strengths of thunder and the speed and fire of lightning.
And that's were we left off!!! Now anyone can join they just have to stick with the RP and post.

The rules for this RP is that no one knows what their Power is and hast to unlock it. The power can't be to OP, but it can't be to bland either. Like you can't have the power to kill anything with your eyes, and you can't have the power to see what another shape shifters animal is. It hast to be something powerful and useful in battle, but not so powerful that it would make you OP.
AND NO ONE CAN HAVE THE SAME ANIMAL.

Animal: Jaguir
Appearance as human: teal green eyes, reddish brown wavy hair. Lush lips and long eyelashes. All ways wearing makeup. Tanned skin.
Appearance as animal: Red Orange fur, like a sunset with the smoke and light of a fire in the distance. Has a mix of Orange, brown, red, deep gold spot pattern. Has teal green eyes.
Personality: loud and demanding. But nice and sweet at times. Has a short temper, and doesn't do well solving problems or putting peices together. Hates people that are extremely dramatic about everything. Still figuring out her animal side. If she gets scared when she's in her Jaguir form she turns back into a human.
Power: camouflage. Can shift her form to look like another animal or shift her colours to blend in with her background.
Background: was friends with Piper the winter white hambster in elementary school up to sixth grade when she bit her in her hamster form. She didn't realize that the hamster was Piper, but she knew that Piper had let this happen to her and didn't care and never showed up while she was at the hospital. The bite made her appendix burst and she has a long scar from it. Found out that she was a shape shifter at lunch today, causing the hole school to close down. Because they thought she escaped from the zoo.

Appearance as human: large, muscular but sky build. Has gem blue eyes and dark brown hair. Has tan skin and is the scorer for the football team, he's so sly he can slip out of a tackle.
Appearance as animal: dark midnight pelt with traces for silver spots. Has sharp silver claws and gem blue eyes.
Personality: loud and demanding about everything. Slick with sticky situations, and has many friends.
Power: darkness. He has blend into any shadow, and he cannot harness and shoot shadows which can stun or kill depending on how powerful it is.
Background: found out he could shape shift when he was three. He was playing with his cat and transformed into a baby panther. His parents never knew. He used to be Madi's old boy friend. Now he's SJ's boyfriend and has a crush on Elysia and Piper.

Shadow was walking along the hallways, to the blacktop after class, where it was easier to avoid bullies. It's been a week since some people started acting weird Shadow noticed SJ as he passed by. HE wasn't with the people he normally hung out with, except for Tash who he is talking to right now. "Oh... nothing. Just annoyed I guess, at Madi. And Jay. And Elysia. And Piper. And Kyle. Well, mostly everyone." SJ was saying. Shadow shrugged not interested and continued onto the blacktop, and went onto the soccer feild, on the far side, then hissed into the grass. Slowly, a mamba appeared. This was his pet, Loki, a black mamba. Shadow picked up some good rocks, and drew out a board, and the two started playing a game of tic-tac-toe, and soon, checkers. "HEY! WHATCHA DOIN?!" a loud, gurgly voice came from behind him. Loki, slithered, quickly behind some dense bushes, into safety. Shadow looked behind him, and it was a large football player named Argus. He was the one who often liked to pick on Shadow. "I'm playing checkers with myself." Shadow replied, turning back to the scratched out board. "Checkers is lame. Playing with yourself is even more lame. That isn't a suprise since lame-o here IS lame!" Argus laughed, "Playing bug our buddy is much better." His buddies soon surrounded Shadow, and looked like they were ready to crack his head open any moment with a tackle. "Hey!" a voice called from behind Argus.

I walk up to the bully, a loud beefy guy who I had seen around before, and I say "better head over to the cafeteria quick! Someone over there just called you a loud mouthed toad!" Argus glared a the boy he had been pestering and stalked off. No one had called him names but there were a bunch of 12th graders over there talking. The boy was a shape shifter, I could see his black mamba form slithering in the air. "Hey, I'm Tash and YOU are a shape shifter." He jumps a mile and starts to back away. I smile and say "don't worry, I'm one too. I can turn into a linx"

School assembly dragged on as usual. Principal listed the games the WHS football team would be playing then went into full detail how important it was to support them on their "road to supremucy"
I listened for a few minutes before slipping out my phone to check my e-mail.
Dad always kept a steady trail of e-mails coming while he was in Iraq, though I hadn't heard from him since Monday.
I scrolled through the latest messages, then doublechecked.
Nothing.
He's fine borry, he probably just lost connection or something.
I steadied my breathing and typed up the Marine's website. They always had news of whom was dead and who wasn't.
I scrolled down the page and read the names.

Starting the morning with the usual homework, cup of coffee, and a few silent complaints that being the Principal's daughter is hard. Also, wishing I could've had a plain jane name like Samantha. Not Iridessa.
Drat--my report flew out the window! I quickly check to see that my roomate is still asleep (not up at 5 am? Are you CRAZY?) and then morph into a swan, gracefully and delicately, quietly bristling feathers all over... and feeling that feeling of bliss in-between the transformation.
I fly out of the window, but the report flies towards the leafy-green canopy of the forest....and I see a...yellow-white thread attached to it? It looks like...electricity?
I fly over the campus, not bothering being spotted by the non-existent people who are out, chasing my report... And then my report does a nose-dive into the forest, and I'm forced to do one after it. Now, I'm generally a shy and timid person. But this...report...is..let's just say that I yelled a few swears at it a few times on the way.
It lands in a clearing and the yellow...thread? Vanishes. I turn into a human and pick it up--and a hand clenches around my small wrist.
That was the day the Principal's daughter went missing.

Ya I'm a girl. Also let's have the assembly start right when school starts because let's have all these talks before the assembly. Does that make sense? Also someone posted an age 11, 14 and up are high schoolers. Until, you know, 18. Also could you all just post what grade you're in? It's getting confusing. All of the characturs I made up, Jay, SJ, MA, AJ, Madi, Kyle, and Madi's brother are all freshmen but Madi's brother, who would be a junior but he dropped from school as a sophomore.
And also Icy that's really interesting. Wonder if it was Madi's brother or one of the evil shape shifters working with him?

The bell rang. Uggg. We have an assembly first thing today. Well no math. That's a positive.
I'm the first one in, and I choose a seat all the way in the back corner, away from everyone. When people start filing in, I avoid their looks. But I can see some weird looks heading my way. Well, with my fluffy zebra jacket and sweat pants, which I usually sleep in on cold days, were not my usual attire. And tennis shoes, I batted them all through middle school and would argue with the gym teacher for munits about not putting them on.
I heard one kid whisper, "Look at SJ, what a dog-gone dork." There were a few muffled giggles. But I ignored it. I had other things to worry about. Clearly.
The assembly started and the projection read "WHS silver wolves football team" with a large, snarling white wolf with silver eyes, crouched in a pouncing position, tail raised high behind its head and flattened ears, and shinny silver claws with one paw raised in a fighting or just starting to leap way, positioned next to the words. That was our mascot.
"Helllooooooooooooooooooooooo Woods High School!!!!!" It was the football coach. Or maybe the principal.
He was greeted by hysterical cheering. Then all the football team ran out behind him, running into each other playfully.
I could see Jay's gem blue eyes behind on helamte. And I looked down, at the gum stuck under the chairs. And I felt his gaze on me for a moment before he looked away, probably at one of his football teammates wrestling with him playfully.
My stomach was full of knots and butterflies as I listened to "support your football team....yadyyadyda"
I couldnt even risk a glance up.

i sit in the back of the assembaly hall looking around. this was the first time i had seen the whole school together in one room. there were so many shapeshifters i almost lost count. something would have to be done. taking out a pad of paper i slowly start to make a list of all of them.

"Oh" Shadow said, more relaxed now. Shadow hissed into the bushes again, and Loki came out, hissing back. "Loki's friendly, he dosen't kill anything but his food." Shadow said. Ok, that was not entirely true, but MOSTLY he only kills his food. There was only one instance where Loki didn't, and it was a cat that was about to pounce on my leg while I wasn't looking. "And thanks, you saved my skull back there." Shadow added, petting Loki's head. Then the bell rang, and everyone headed to the gym where an assembly was going to start. Loki slithered back into the grass, and they headed to the assembly. Shadow sat near the middle, not wanting to miss out too much on what's going on stage, but far enough he could be doodling in a notebook if he wanted to. Then the principal walked onto the stage, then did the one-two-three-eyes-on-me claps, and everyone went silent.
I don't know what the meeting is about, so.........

The bell rings.
Oh finally.
I'm the first one out the door. I can feal Jay's eyes on me, though I avoided his eyes.
Now what do I have next? I GO to my locker to check my scedual. When I open it there is a note on one of my books.
It said something about behind the cafeteria at lunch. I just nearly skimmed over it.
For the last time I went to one of these I nearly died. But thanks to.....

"Oh, Tash." I whisper with a click of my tounge. "You know what happen the last time I went to one of these. You know I'm not going again."
I rip apart the note, into millions of tiny prices and throw them on the floor. The then grab my books for history and slam my locker. I whirl around to see two gem-blue eyes staring at me. Only a few feet away. "SJ-....." He started. But I whirled around and started fast walking to my class.
"SJ, I'm sorry, really."
I kept walking. "Samantha Jamie get over here I'm talking to you."
I sighed, and fir the first time in awhile I smiled. So I turned to his slicked hair and perfect blue eyes. He smiled back. "SJ, I haven't ment to avoid you. It's just.....you stayed with another boy. I thought we were over." He paused. "Are we?" I shook my head.
"Jay, I'm not in the mood. This isn't the time or place. Catch you later."
And I left with his mouth half open and a hand searching out for me.
As I fight through the crowd of kids, I'm pulled inside by another boy, Tash. "SJ, about the note. I know what happened last time, and I'm sorry. This will solve everything wronge between all of you. It will help."
Suddenly I felt an anger push up through me like a fire bursting out a volcano. "This is exactly what happened last time Tash!!! Don't you get it? It's going to end in chaos and defeat like last time. Plus I can't see ANY OF THEM again, after what they did to me. Not, not even Jay. Don't you get it, Tash? Well, no of course you don't. You didn't feal the sting of the whip days after it happened. Your dreams aren't haunted with the face of Madi and the guys who imprisoned me. Tash, IT WONY HELP. Your just going to make this worse. MUCH, MUCH, WORSE."
My hands were burning hot as I clutched them into fists. My eyes were burning with indescribable pain within. My trust was shattered, above all. My only remaining friend, turning behind my back? How could I ever trust anyone again?
Suddenly Tash's eyes filled with alarm. He cursed silently and said, "your going to transform."
What will happen next? I wonder'......

I storm into my first class. Someone has been leaving me notes. WHy would I come?
Leagaly, this is blackmail. About kids stories?!

This is a new level of human stupidity.
Later in science, I recite, pefectly, my calculations for the strain of flu this year. I am still worried about the PERSON BREAKING THE LAW who is sending me notes.
Later I storm out of the building. Let's see this person "Tell my secrets."
All my friends are statistics professors, anyway.
