okay, so this is like The Hunger Games How to train you dragon and Cinder.
the charries are in a future world where there are dragons, and the dragons mutiply very fast, they steal the food, from Island 9 (like the capital for you hunger games fans) there are two people chosen from each island one girl one boy from the age of twelve to sixteen there are seven islands you can be from (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) #8 is the dragon one. if your post has your charrie killing another charrie that you don't have permission to kill you have to end it with something like "Bob's breathing was slowing, I think, there is no way he could survive right?" the ownere of the charrie could have Bob have a recovery,k or bob could die and become a ghost, but the ghost are still seen, and they can help others. the point isn't to kill other's it's to kill the most dragons the island that does so will get a years supply of food, untell the next game, the game's last a month, or inteel everyone is dead. and your working with the other person that was chossen for your island,. but you can make allies, some people will kill each others to get the compatition out of the way but unless they are yours or you have persission, remember Bob.
Okay here is the Charrie sheet (BTW there can only be two people from island there is a limit to two MCs per person you can make siblings for you sharrie that don't go into the games.)

Name: Cameron Lorly
Age: 15
Appearance: Short black hair up in a ponytail, grayish hazel eyes (yes, that's a real eye color.), a little short for her age, but makes up for it in personality. Always wears black cut-off (fingerless) gloves, and black military boots as well as a camo jacket with sleeves cut in a tank top sort of way. Black tee shirt underneath that and black jeans. (As you can see, likes darker colors. Hey, kinda like me! :P)
Personality: Serious and quiet but holds to her opinions. Sarcastic. Has moments where she makes jokes in the unlikeliest places such as falling to her death. (Just a random example.) Untrusting from her family life, but when you gain her trust, you become like family. Good family, mind you, not like her own. Smart and witty.
Yes she was chosen.
Island: 8 Death Bringer
Gender: Female
Weapon of Choice: I'm guessing no modern weapons, so her fists, throwing stars, and the metal coating on her boots. A good kick can be very damaging, believe me.
Other: If anyone wants to ship her, that's fine with me. Sorry she's pretty dark of a character, I just think it makes the story more interesting.

Oh wait, I just read your original post, and it says the dragons are on island 8. Does that mean characters can't be from that island? If not then I'll change mine to island 1

Ok, here's my second charrie:
Name: Sean (pronounced Shawn) Tormel
Age: 16
Appearance: Brown hair down to the middle of his neck, bright blue eyes, average height, wears jeans and random tee-shirts no mater what's on them covered by a denim jacket. Black boots and black cut-off gloves (yes, I love cut-off gloves!!).
Personality: Jokes around a lot, but is serious when he sees it necessary. Loyal and would do anything to protect those he cares about. Normally quiet, unless he comes up with a good quip. Trusting, sometimes a little too much.
Were they chosen: um... Can there be tributes? If so he's a tribute for his younger brother.
Island: 8 Death Bringer
Weapon of Choice: Two swords. If this is too OP, just a sword.
Mother: Has a small crush on Cameron, although they treat each other like brother and sister.
Forgot to say, for Cameron, she lives at a group home sorta thing, when they can catch her. If I need to change anything about either of my charries, just let me know.

okay so no one can make3 a charrie from Island 1 that is the dragon island and you can start writing about how they were chosen, as long as you don't go into the capital and the boat to the capital, unless you have an older sibling who is telling you about it.

"Alexa, you can do what you want, but I'll run if I'm chosen," I say.
"Why? look at how many time 7 has won, and last time I checked we're from seven, whitch means we could have some sponsers, and a really good chance of winning. I huff, every year since we were twelve Alexa and I would always have the same fight around this time. she thinks that the games are a bit of honar to be chosen, but she only thinks that since her entire family was chosen, and won by that matter. not only that though, it's a tridititon for the Hoffson's to meet there soul-mate in the games,some are lucky like Beatrix (our mayer) and Paul Hoffson, since they were chosen from the same island, some unlucky like Alexa's sister Cathryn who's love is from island 5.
"Yeah, and look at how many times I've won a fight against you," I retort. the answer, would be none.
"that's not fair! my Mom had me training since i was young," she fake pouts.
"Isn't that illagal?" I sigh knowing the answer. no island were alowed to train for the games, they thought it was unfair, but seeing most of the people from island 8,5,2 and us, 7, you can clearly tell, that no one listens we all train. especially the hoffson. Ever since Alexa could hold a sword she's been using it. frankly from the many tmies I've been to her house. she actually has a sword dummy in her room. her watch beeped.
"I got to go," she says in a hushed voice. and races off leaving me alone.

I knock on the door, I can't be late again. Cathryn opens the door, and glares at me.
"Move," I say coldly.
"Better watch your tone, wouldn't want Dad hearing you like that," she replys with an evil grin. "Dad! Alexa's Home!" she calls out walking up stairs to her room. My parents come in, I was surprised since my mother usually has mayor-ly jobs to be doing right about this time. My father raising his had and I flinch, but he simply puts it on my back.
"We have a guest Alexandria," then he leans in "don't mess this up," he hisses in my ear, and sqeazes my shoulder a bit to tight.
I walk in and standing in the kitchen was our family Androind, but a holagram of the president (President ice) standing there, "Alexandria Hoffson, you have the great honar of representing you Island for the games along with Mason Osen.
