Appearance: Kira has mid-back length wavy, untamed auburn hair, pale skin, eyes that seem to change between green and blue, an abundance of freckles, high cheek bones, a thin face, small nose, and sharp, dark eyebrows. She's slender and rather short, and usually wears skinny jeans and loose blouses.
Default Expression: Mischievous slight grin/smirk, eyebrows slightly raised, playful glimmer in eyes, on hand on hip, hip cocked.
Personality Details: Fierce, fun-loving, somewhat mischievous, doesn't understand seriousness. Very stubborn, very loyal, always stands up for what she believes in, always stands her ground, hates being looked down on or underestimated. She is stronger than she looks, and anyone who messes with her or her friends/family will be sorry. She has a bad temper, is a bit of a rebel, and is pretty proud. However, she is kind-hearted and friendly, playful, loves to laugh, and though distrustful of strangers, she tends to make friends easily. She believes in justice and speaks her mind, but she will often act or speak upon impulse and regret those things later. Protective. She puts on a tough face and tends to hide her emotions, though she often doesn't realize she's doing it. A natural leader. Very intelligent.
Personality Strengths: She stands her ground and tries to be kind to others. She is constantly trying to improve herself, and she is bold and virtually fearless.

I am split.
I have two sides: the side that I see, and the side that the world sees.
The world sees Ava Grey, a seventeen year old high schooler living in Tennessee. Ava Grey: chestnut hair spilling from a grey hoodie, brown eyes sparkling behind tortoiseshell glasses, ripped jeans that are somewhere between blue and black, sneakers with the laces untied. She's the new girl, no one knows her yet.
She intends to keep it that way.
I see Ava Grey, a seventeen year old shapeshifter living in a world blind to her true side, seeing only the act she puts up on the outside, because if any one of them saw what she really was, things would start to unravel. Ava Grey: chestnut hair flying out behind her, running to catch a train to take her to her next destination. A place she'll leave as soon as the people start to care about her too much.
Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I almost see who I really am. But then I put the real Ava back because someone else might see her and that's too dangerous.
