Tag Game!

Tag Game!

Has anyone heard of a tag game? It's when someone starts a story and then tags someone else to continue the story. It's really fun! Also, please note that we don't start a new story every time a person gets tagged.

Can you please sign up, too? It will help so we can get people in the tag game. I'll write everyone down in the order they sign up in. No personal information is required except your name on Chatterbox.

Here are the rules:

#1. If you go by two or more names on Chatterbox, please pick one so that we don't have one person having double turns or more.

#2. If you sign up, please make sure that you participate.

#3. No negative comments are allowed, but I'm pretty sure the admins will take care of that. :)

#4. When you tag someone, make sure that you are not tagging the same person over and over unfairly.

Feel free to comment on people's work, and you can join whenever you want! :)

Have fun!

Oh my gosh I typed Rora@Hez almost on accident...

Anyways, I already went in this round, so unfortunately I can't go. Also are you entering our spoilers discussion thread into this? Because I can sense it...

Oh, sorry about that, Rora. I didn't notice that—I was going off a previous list, I think. In that case, would you like to go, Phoenix Tears?

And no, I wasn't intentionally trying to add our [SPOILERS] thread into it—I just like magic and I don't generally like writing large action portions, especially when I'm not entirely sure about the plot up to this point, but I can see how you thought that.

“Is this poisonous?” Crieff asked Ardie he studied a berry. Ardie looked in his direction. She sighed.

“I wouldn’t know…” she answered. The berry was a pomegranate red with hints of pale green, it was on a bush that was low to the ground, and easy to miss.

“About what you told me last night…is it true?” Crieff asked. He was curious. Ardie had told him a lot. She had told him that a long time ago, people-almost anyone-could, somehow, use elemental magic. Although the realms are still populated with wizards today, these people, who could unite with elements, are rare to find. He had asked

“What is the difference between wizards and the elemental people?” She had answered

“The difference is that wizards have to summon something or use something to do this kind of magic but the elemental people are that kind of magic, in other words, wizards need help with their spells and the elemental people don’t.” Crieff figured this exclamation actually made sense.

“Yes, all I told you was true.” Ardie said as she continued to write down something that looked like a letter.

“What is that?” He asked

“Umm…nothing.” Ardie said, quickly folding the letter, and stuffing it in her pocket. Pulling a paper from her other pocket, Ardie said:

“Here’s a map, the nearest town is 5 miles away from us” she unfolded the piece of paper.

“If we leave right now, we will get there by the afternoon,” Ardie said.

“But, we’re trying to find Akhalia, not go to a town” Crieff said

    “Good point.” Ardie commented

“If you were her, where would you go?” Crieff asked, Ardie got a shine in her eye

“I would go somewhere clever, were I knew nothing could find me”

“That’s a start, but we’re back to square one” Crieff felt like they had just made a huge circle.

It was only until the next night that Crieff realized that something odd was going on.

He had fallen into a deep sleep, when something woke him up. He didn’t know what, or when, or how, Crieff just knew that he had been woken up. Crieff got up, even though it was the middle of the night. He looked around, the fire was burning bright, some leaves were falling, the moon was shining. The night was quiet except for the crickets; chirping away. Then, Crieff noticed something bad, really bad.

Ardie was gone.
