MAPMAKER'S ASSOCIATION

I was thinking that ever since the map of north eastern Kyngdom was revealed, we need to discover more pieces of the map, and find out what lies beyond the Barelands and Olde Windswood(see the map for Odle Windswood). I live in the Barelands, and know there is a desert beyond it. I only explored the outer rim of it to deliver some twigs and food in trade for weavers who helped make a basket for larger animals to land on the landing branch. We need the maps for multiple reasons. 1) Exploration of the lands will be required to easily find locations for the adventures we will be having. 2) To tell wind pattern and direction for those who want to consider battle strategies. 3) To make traveling plans easier.

To apply, please put the following charrie information below. No extra information needed unless it's important enough to affect your position or involvement. The parenthesis are only tips. Delete them when posting.

Species: (Please be specific. Mention only your species If you don't have a scientific name, or unsure, put the closest thing possible that can describe your character's species. If subspecies, tell me which kind of subspecies you are in addition to the species name.)

Description: (Include your looks. If you are a snail [I don't think anyone here is], you can say "like any regular snail looks" because a snail looks exactly like another snail, or whatever.)

Description: Looks like about any other Pygmy owl. Always has mask and messenger bag in wing.

Hi my name is Spyral. I'm a friend of Orién who saved me. And I'm a snail. 

NAME: Spyral

SPECIES: Common Garden Snail

DESCRIPTION: about like any regular snail looks, accept for the glow in the dark swirl on my shell.

NOTES: I grew up in a garden, a cat named Orién saved me from a lawnmower, a hawk, and a neighbor kid, she joined the map makers association, so I did, I'm slow, im small, and I talk with a southern accent.

Hello! Eli here and Icy and I, who are friends in real life but enemies in the roleplay, have a question. Can you guys help design Capn'O? Icy has to be vague in her stories about Capn'O because she doesn't know what the base is like. Nobody really does. Could you help with that? Try checking out the Capn'O thread's comments to see if you can get any ideas about rooms, ect. from the comments. What I want:

1. Rooms for the agents

2. Somewhere to train

3. Somewhere to meet at

4. Some main living area for agents away from missions

5. Some way to get in and out.

6. Any other conveniences.

With permission from Storm I will begin designing it right away. I have read the Capt'n O thread, and I know Scarlet's description of the rooms, and Capense's description of the training area, and Thimble's description of her cage. I'll have everything mapped out and ready for you in no time. Actually I have a snail friend named Spyral that has a certain talent for things like that. I'm sure he will be glad to help. Do i have your permission Storm? And would you like to help, Spyral? If anyone else would like to help just tell me. I need someone to design the training area, someone to map out the entire area that Capt'n O is in, someone to map out rooms, and someone to map out the building. I am capable of doing it myself if no one volunteers.

Capense says that its ok, and we've added new comments describing a bit of it. Icy also has some ideas for it.

You can design it, and I was thinking we should put the Mapmaker's Association's HQ under the arch that goes over the river from Lioncreek falls. To find the map (I had trouble finding it) google "kyngdom map" then go on images. You should recognise it if you have seen it before. I was thinking, to be specific, we should put the HQ under the arch, close to the rising part. We maybe could make a dam with help from the beavers that helped make the cage for the gryphon. Since you are designer, I think you should decide if we should do a dam or not, but it should be under the arch.

Well, Capense has a pretty specific idea. I agree with Icy on underground rooms. Maybe we can figure out a way to incorporate a bit from every idea.

Orién and I have already started. I will consider all the ideas you care to throw at me. I had an idea myself that the Mapmakers Association HQ could be on top of the main Capt'n O building. (The one for meetings/work etc. not for rooms. The rooms would be in a separate building/or whatever) I will post the designs when they are finished.

I helped Spyral complete his designs. Here they are in order. I hope you like them. 

Number one: The Capt'n O training area. We used Capense's description of the ring of trees as a guide. We also incorporated the dummies that Thimble wrote about in one of her stories.

number seven: this is the map of kyngdom. I have made a few changes to show where Capt'n O is. I have put the main building at the base of bleak peak, perfect for spying on BIG, and I have put the training area and emergency hideout in the great forest.
