Kyngdom Survival Guide

Chatterbox: KYNGDOM™ RP Board

Have you ever lost someone but not felt sorrow? if not, do you know anyone who has? We do. the sad thing is they don't know we're still here. It's like watching a t.v. show that you can control, but nobody can see you or hear you. We don't remember those days very much now, they're like a distant dream or a forgotten choice, that we don't take. The misunderstanding of what it meant to stay and what it meant to leave. That's why we're stuck here, with eyes and ears, but never a voice of our own. We lost that privilege, or more like it was stolen from us with our bodies. We can commune but only with each other and never with others, like looking thru a window or being in a cage, never to be let out.

"Is that Good?" Maria asked, tilting her small head to the side.

I would say, but seeing as we never got proper writing education, how am I to know!" Travis smirked

Maria bit her lip. "No i'm serious, I think this may be the only chance others will find us again!"

I think it will be okay, it's just, it may be a bit easier if someone with opposable thumbs did it." Doris perks up at the news that one of the four was attempting another letter. She had kept track of all the times they had tried. Now it was at an outstanding 579 times since the beginning of the human animal wire.

Marcus's Head lifted as if monitoring the possibility of a fight. "I actually agree with you for the first time in over 800 years Dorissss!"

Travis hated being the only one with opposable thumbs in the group, but that's a responsibility of being the only racoon. "FINE i'll do it!" Getting up from his comfortable place on a log he silently strode over to the rook and piece of bark that they used as paper. He plopped down and took the piece of charcoal in his hand. If someone walked up to us now they would freak! It would look like a bece of darkness had come out of the ground and was floating around.

Doris hopped over to see the outlook of things. When she died she had not grown her flying feathers yet. Like the rest of them she wasn't fully grown when the humans invaded their homes. She an owl was brought down with wind blowing her family away. She had suffered more than the others in a way of starvation after her family couldn't stay any longer. They also couldn't have taken the baby owl with them as they fled.

Marcus was in the snake family and was simply left behind when his mother and father took his millions of brothers and sisters. He out of all of them went the fastest, being crushed by rooks didn't seem to be the first in the world at the moment. The only down part is he had been developing a tribal Wiss Asp, or was that just because he was a snake? Who knows.

Travis was a bit of a mystery to all of them, they never asked what had happened to him nor who he was before the attack, but all they knew was he was one of the first to go. Fire acts quick that way.

As for Maria, she never lost hope. She was the reason why they haven't dug a hole and buried themselves yet, they were already dead you see, so it wouldn't hurt. But her argument was "But what if it does?" She still acts the way she looks, which is a bobcat kitten. She would still bounce around pouncing on small birds who couldn't feel it. But she never did this in front of Doris, she knew this wouldd lead to ultimate stress in the group.

They all gathered to see what Travis had written with the assistance of the smart owl and were surprised to see what they found:

Dear reader, do not be afraid. We don't wish to harm, we wish to be known, for we will forever be Children of the Night.
