Hello, you're listening to the Kyngdom Broadcast System, the best news broadcast around. To begin, we would like to report the deaths of the following persons. May we have a moment of silence.

Hather Reinedela of Mer

Maria Rachel Brown

Heather

Alexandria 'Luna' Regiux

Riuex

Lilly Lamour

Thank you.

Now in education. We would like to annunce that the Aftermoor Woods school for young mages is open and accepting new recruits. The SOCS schools are growing in numbers, although we aren't sure where they're putting their next campus, as such knowledge is reserved purely for members of the SOCS engineering/architect staff. Also, BIG schools have yet again begun recruiting. We have reports from various informants that a girl known as 'Lucy B.' has recieved the dreaded letter.

Battles continue to break out all across Kyngdom, as the war goes on. Aslahari has erupted into a series of battles again, as the Catastrophe-occupied city revolts aganst Catastrophe's Army. Remember folks: He killed their Monarchie, and basically enslaved their friends and fam. We're not sure if Aslahari is still the minefield we last heard about from a certain 'Mina' but we're guessing it is. Do not approach Aslahari, folks. Joküll is still occupied by Catastrophe's forces, but as far as we know, things have settled down there ever since 'Moon R.' and multiple other Resistance associates attacked a few weeks ago.

A new organization has surfaced. They call themselves the Black Skull, and though we know little of their motives, what we do know isn't good. They have claimed responsability for the massacre that was the Annual Ball of Flowers. They are an 'invite only' style of cult. Ever since they surfaced, many assassins, rangers, and warroirs have been turned away after asking to join.

New news update: The minefield in Aslahari remains. We do not recommend visiting.

Resistance activity has quieted down over the past few weeks. This may be due to the deaths of some of their members. We assume they have gathered somewhere for a funeral or two. We are not yet sure where they are.

Thank you for listening to K.B.S, and stay tuned for the next news updates!

Thank you again for listenening to K.B.S. News. A new update: We have recently learned that Ronan, known Resistance affiliate and son of Catastrophe, has been spotted back somewhere near Decoy Forest. We do not yet know why he is there, only that he is and that someone ought to check it out before the poor boy kills himself. Talking to you, Icy.

The Resistance has been gaining more and more new recruits lately. We don't yet know their motives. Take down Catastrophe? The Black Skull? The SOCS? Whatever the reason, they seem to be working harder than ever to get new members.

Now for the weather.

Northwestern Kyngdom: It's looking rainy the next few days. Be prepared for high winds around Bleak Peak through the evening. Also, the Bog and Burrow may take a beating. Check on those trees, and don't let any branches fall on Kyngdom's most beloved diner! The rain is moving up from the south rapidly, everybody.

Northeastern Kyngdom: Snow, snow, and more snow. Maybe a little hail tomorrow evening. We see a giant storm coming your way. Power outages may occur, and we warn inhabitants to be prepared for a few days without electricity.

Southwestern Kyngdom: Sunny skies. Maybe a little rain in the evening, but nothing much to worry about. No hurricaines on the horizan.

Southeastern Kyngdom: We don't recommend traveling through the tunnels (or what remains of them) for fear that they may cave in due to buildup of rain overtop of them. Stay out of the Labrynthlands, folks. A few rivers have flooded because of last night's storms, but New Cogsville officials have managed to keep civilians safe from the rising waters.

And a word from a few of our sponsers.

Visit Hidden Paradise Valley! Absolutely beautiful; absolutely Paradise.

The Kyngdom Historical Society asks for donations to help preserve the abandoined beauty of Fallen Heights.

Come to Daisy's  Diner, the purr-fect place to eat!

CatPans; the pans for cats. Made locally since 25 BCD

Back to the news. There have been a series of robberies occuring in New Windswood. Officials are completely purplexed, as they have not found any evidence of a culprit. One day, things are there. The next, they're gone. A reward of two good milking cows, three sheep and a chicken to anyone with information.

There have been multiple strikes amongst barnyard animals all throughpout Kyngdom. They say that they 'Are sick of being slaughtered, sheared and milked for the delight of Homo Sapiens Sapiens.' The revolts include practices such as hens refusing to lay eggs, cows fleeing in the middle of the night, and pigs throwing their food at farmers. There have also been multiple marches in which cows, sheep, chickens, and other common livestock go from place to place brandishing signs reading 'Down with the Humans' and 'Equal Rights for Animals and People.'

That's all for now! Thanks for listening to K.B.S.

I swear he was just in the Resistance base...

Okay, I'll get into Jokull some other way--this is too important to ignore. Shadow and Alexandria both died only because we were busy with other stuff....

We would like to announce that we did not claim responsibility on the bombing at the Annual Ball of Flowers. In fact, the death of Lady Lilly Pur Lamour was due to an explosion set off by A. Sol.

We are also not a cult. We are a very particular type of organisation, but not a cult.

~~~~
(Author's note: I think some may have trouble picturing the Black Skull, so if you've seen Spectre, a James Bond movie, try thinking of the organisation as being similar to the one in that movie, with the Pale King as the leader.)
Wait. Back up to the scene of Lilly Pur Lamour's death. I was supposed to die so I could make a new charrie. And I don't regret that. Technically, the way I pictured my charrie, she's evil. So I wanted to make a new one.
