Wow, I'm gone for finals, vacation, and my birthday and suddenly there's a graphic novel in the making??
What did I miss exactly?

Not too much, actually. I only just started working on the graphic novel. All I've done so far is get character design started. (I've finished references of Celesti, Icy, Anwen, and I'm working on one for Alexandria. I have some ideas for Catastrophe and Ronan.)
Hazel made a summary of the entire plot of Kyngdom. It's under the Story so far? Thread under the Power of Claw. We also started a Catastrophe's Army role play on the Tale:Two Kyngdoms thread.

So I just added a tiny little bit to the RP, and I've actually been thinking about adding another character to Kyngdom. She'd bee friends with Raven, but I dunno if I should.

I will say, making characters can be addictive. Once, I'd resolved only to have two or three. Now, I have...around seven?! But it's fun having lots of viewpoints to write from. :D
