Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

Emily L. has already created posts for books and songs that make you cry. I shall now do the same for movies.

I don't usually cry at things, although I did cry at the end of War Horse after the end of the war and Joey and Albert are reunited. Chessy, yeah, but I really loved that movie, since there was both humor and pathos. The only other movie I cried at was Hachi, about the dog that kept on faithfully waiting for his owner. Literally, I think I never cried so much at anything but that movie. I recommend both movies very much.

I cry in a lot of movies. What comes to mind right now:

Cinema Pardisio

The one with Brad Pitt and Aidan Quinn where three brothers in the West are all in love with the same girl.

Titanic

Oh, Toy Story 3.

The part at the end, where \\spoiler alert// Andy gives the toys to that little girl, and he drives away and they're all waving \\spoiler alert//. I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

I thought that was the best part in the movie. The rest was really dark and stuff. My little sister had nightmares and we went to see that for her birthday. It's her birthday today. She hated the monkey.

@Piper C.- RE: Titanic: I actually haven't seen the entire film but I'm going to. I think it's a good movie to watch because everyone has seen it and it's sort of a classic. :) There are some parts in it though that are for older people but that's not too bad. And yes, it's really sad (at least the ending is supposed to be).

@Admin:

Life is Beautiful is really sad but really sweet. I think I cried at that, too, although I can't remember since I watched it nearly three years ago.

I thought of another: The English Patient. It's so sad...

Cyrano de Begerac.  At the very end, I was crying because //spoiler// Cyrano dies after this amazing, beautiful speech.  //spoiler ended//  But only the end.  Most of it is very funny and beautiful.  I highly reccomend it.

Spamster in his spamster cage says tfou.  Tofu!  Kindred vegetarians!  No, you couldn't make Cyrano's nose out of tofu.  I'm shocked.
