Upcoming releases in

Upcoming releases in Fall/Winter to break up the dread of end-of-summer that looms like a specter before my eyes:

August 7 (Okay, I know this is tomorrow, but anyway: Percy Jackson--The Sea of Monsters. Even though these movies aren't as true to the books as they could be, they're fun anyway.

August 30: The One Direction 3D movie. As I am a faithful Directioner, I cannot wait for this to be out.

October 8: The Heroes of Olympus, Book 4--The House of Hades. Even though I'm not as fond of HoO as I was of PJO (feeling like it's a bit like cold soup warmed over) I like to read anything by RR. Can't wait for his Norse series to be out (although if it's anything like that Loki's Wolves I ranted about, I don't know...)

November 8: Thor--The Dark World. Finally. I have no idea why it takes three years to bring out these sequels, since it took three years to release the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, but I don't mind, since I only had to wait about five months. Now, however, I need to wait two years for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Darn.

December 20: The Hobbit--The Desolation of Smaug. As this bit is my favorite part of the book, I look forward to this chapter with perhaps more relish then I looked forward to Unexpected Journey.

Also, the 3rd One Direction album is coming out soon (date presently unknown) which I am very excited about, since I have listened to their first two albums so many times, I want something new.

What are y'all looking forward to this fall/winter?

(Note: This is the third attempt to write this, without various people peering over my shoulder. If there needs to be a fourth version, I shall move to the mountains and become a hermit.)

How could you forget FROZEN BY DISNEY?!?!?! It's coming out on Thanksgiving, and I am the most excited person for it in the world since I love the Snow Queen. I have like 50 million pictures on it on my iPad, AND I AM SOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! EVEN MORE EXCITED THAN MELODY, THE DISNEY FREAK!!!!

And the new Nancy Drew computer game, " The Silent Spy," coming this fall! It has to do with her mother!

@ Everinne:

Yes, thank you! I agree about the PJ movies. Nowhere near like the books, but they're still good as movies. I cannot WAIT for the Sea of Monsters movie! I am SO psyched!!!! Other than that, I have no "must see" movies. And yes, I cannot wait for House of Hades! The cover looks SO cool! And I'm going hyperactive just writing about it!

YES!!! Something else is coming out! Keeper of the Lost Cities book 2 Exile, is coming out October 1 AND I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE I LOVE THE FIRST ONE SO MUCH!!!! Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger is an AWESOME book! I love it so much! It's a great book! And the next one is coming  out!!!!  (Again going hyperactive.)

@ ~Blue Fairy~

Finally, someone else who plays Nancy Drew games!!! I love those! I haven't played many nor in order, but so far, my favorite is Secret of the Old Clock.

Will in Scarlet, coming in October, on the eighth, two days before my brithday. I really need to read it!!!!

I'm kind of waiting in anticipation for the Endger's Game movie. I want someone to tell me it was amazing. And I also need to see the Lego movie. And VILLIANIOUS!!! But that's 2014. Sad. I need to read VILLIANOUS. I have no idea what will happen in it!!!

And a book I wait for any season, year round, CANDLEMAN BOOK THREE--THE MARK OF THE DODO. Why would the Dodo need to make a mark!? Didn't the whole "Society of Dread" thing make up for all that jazz?! And Lord Gold! It's so obvious I'm doubting myself! (Trying to rant about the second book without spoliers.)

Maybe Jame Patterson will come out with a sequel to I Funny in the fall. That would be awesome!

You're forgetting Disney Infinity and its awesome Toy Box mode! That video game, which I already know I love from the YouTube reports, comes August 18. PJ2 got horrible reviews, and it's COMPLETELY MESSED UP! Kronos comes back to life and is made out of lava is what I hear.

Did anyone mention Thor: The Dark World

@ Gollum:

I so hope someone does a Septimus Heap movie. I read they would as soon as Harry Potter was over, but as far as I know, no offical plans.

I think there are murmurings going on about preproduction maybe starting.  I started Physik the other day, I'm rereading the series so I'll understand Fyre.

@ ~Blue Fairy~

I love them too! I've played Captive's Curse, Warning's at Waverly Academy, and I'm currently playing Blue Moon Canyon.

But I also own Stay Tuned for Danger (yes, the discontinued, ebay is wonderful!), Shadow Ranch, Blackmoor Manor, Secret of the Old Clock, and Danger on Deception Island.  I want to get the earliest ones I can, and play up, but they're hard to get in order. But I love the ones based on the books cause I've been reading the series. The old Nancy Drew is really good! I don't like the new so much.

And something else coming out.

THE NEW KINGDOM HEARTS REMIX 1.5!!!!!!!!!!!!! *goes into utter hysterics* I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS!!!! I love Kingdom Hearts SO. MUCH!!!!!!

@BHR

I loveeeeee Captive Curse and Waverly Academy! I really want to play Stay Tuned for Danger, but probably will never. Blackmoor Manor is very fun, and gave me nightmares. I've played pretty much all of them, but I use spoilers on her interactive website, since I have a user.
