Upcoming releases in

Upcoming releases in Fall/Winter to break up the dread of end-of-summer that looms like a specter before my eyes:

August 7 (Okay, I know this is tomorrow, but anyway: Percy Jackson--The Sea of Monsters. Even though these movies aren't as true to the books as they could be, they're fun anyway.

August 30: The One Direction 3D movie. As I am a faithful Directioner, I cannot wait for this to be out.

October 8: The Heroes of Olympus, Book 4--The House of Hades. Even though I'm not as fond of HoO as I was of PJO (feeling like it's a bit like cold soup warmed over) I like to read anything by RR. Can't wait for his Norse series to be out (although if it's anything like that Loki's Wolves I ranted about, I don't know...)

November 8: Thor--The Dark World. Finally. I have no idea why it takes three years to bring out these sequels, since it took three years to release the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, but I don't mind, since I only had to wait about five months. Now, however, I need to wait two years for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Darn.

December 20: The Hobbit--The Desolation of Smaug. As this bit is my favorite part of the book, I look forward to this chapter with perhaps more relish then I looked forward to Unexpected Journey.

Also, the 3rd One Direction album is coming out soon (date presently unknown) which I am very excited about, since I have listened to their first two albums so many times, I want something new.

What are y'all looking forward to this fall/winter?

(Note: This is the third attempt to write this, without various people peering over my shoulder. If there needs to be a fourth version, I shall move to the mountains and become a hermit.)

Sorry, buddy, but I didn't know about this Will in Scarlet book until you just mentioned it.

Did I mention Once Upon A Time in Wonderland?  Because that's also totally happening.

Tom Hiddleston and Jeremy Irons are starring in this PBS rendition of Shakespeare's "Henriad," which I guess is his collection of kingly plays (excluding King Lear, however.) It's called The Hollow Crown and is premeiring on September 20th, I believe, and I oddly can't wait to watch it. A, I love Shakespeare and, B, I'm a fan of both the aforementioned actors.

Okay, does anyone else want to see Grace Unplugged?! I really really REALLY want to see this movie. Probably more than I wanted to see Sea of Monsters (and I REALLY wanted to see that).  It looks like it's going to be a really inspirational movie, and I can't wait till it comes out October 4. No matter what, I'm going to see that.

I'm really excited about Divergent and Catching Fire.  The first Catching Fire soundtrack single, Atlas, came out.  It's really cool-sounding.

I am looking forward to a lot of things this fall/winter. Mostly books. :D

The Red Winter (The last Tapestry book, EEEEEEEEEEEEE [super-mega fan girl moment]) Still haven't come out with a date yet. . . only the vagueness of 'Fall 2013'. Pooh. Though the auother's wife had a baby, so they might pospone it 'til next year. If they do, I'm going to do something to that author. Maybe put him in chains and demand he writes it. Put him in chains and not give him food until he does. Something like that.

COMIC CON: Octomer somthing-or-another, can't remember. I'm not going, but I want to seee my older sister in her corset and lacy skirt and other steampunk aspects of her awesome costume. And see what FREE stuff they bring back.

The Girl Who Soared Over Fairyland and Cut The Moon in Two: October 1. YAY!!!

The Search: Part Three, Avatar: The Last Airbender: October 30

The second season of Legend of Korra: Next Friday and other Fridays!!! Eeeeeek!!!

My birthday: November 29

The Hobbit-- The Desolation of Smaug, like Everinne said, December 20  (all nine of my family members went to see the last one on Christmas day. [We were staying at someone else's house, since our's was currently uninhabitable, due to a very nice, polite hurricane.] We all walked to town together and to the threater, it was AWESOME!!!!!!! XD)

And whenever my house is finished, I look forward to that. Obviously

Hmmm . . .was that all? I think so. . . okay, I think it is. here might be some other books, but I'm not sure.
