"Jack of all

Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

"Jack of all

"Jack of all trades and master of none is better than a master of one."

A curious way to begin, but curious ways tend to be better. If one would like to intrigue their audience, of course.

Unfortunately, for this, you will not be able to use any special abilities (hence why there is no 'other' section) nor will you be able to bring AEs or CAPTCHAs.

It will operate a little like a Ski Lodge, a little like a Solo Write, and a little like a Choose Your Own Adventure.

I will post segments, and you will post how you wish to respond. I will decide whether or not you actually do that. The main part of this, however, is to figure out what happened, and what's happening. There are multiple mysteries, not necessarily murder, which is why I hesitate to call it a Ski Lodge.

Rather, I'll call it a Webspinner.

I saw this and it just reminded me of one of my friends, who I've nicknamed Jack and he absolutely loves cards.... XD

anyways. Here's my sheet to join, if I still can.

Name: Joan B. of Arc

Gender: She/her

CB APPEARANCE: (So, I have a "fall/winter" appearance and "summer/spring" appearance, so this is my fall/winter appearance:)

Short wavy brown hair that goes to my shoulders and is very messy which can be pulled into a messy bun or ponytail, brown breeches with brown boots and boot socks, dark blue/grey eyes with gold flecks, but often when I'm thoughtful my eyes turn to a light brown, grey scarf, maroon shirt, brown leather jacket with long sleeves. Smallish scar on my left cheek. Wears a poinsettia crown on my head.

PERSONALITY: Loyal/trustworthy, quick temper, not really patient. Likes to laugh often, but is very self conscious of myself. Anxious, and have degrading thoughts about myself often, so I have to put on a brave face and get through them through the day. I've learned to shove the thoughts away though, until finally they become to big to ignore.

Random number between 1-10: 7

Heart, spade, club or diamond?: Heart

The time has come for our story to unravel. Expect the first post by Friday at the latest.

Please note, no more CBers will be allowed to join. It would be much too hard to add in any more,

Part One:
Agent Winter rubbed her eyes. Her head felt strangely foggy. She didn't know where she was or what had happened.
She examined her surroundings cautiously. The room she was in was a drab, concrete room, lit by a flickering old bulb. It appeared empty, and there were cobwebs in every corner.
She looked down and noted she was sitting on a strange table of some sort. The top was an odd foam-like material. The sides were metal. In fact, it resembled a strange pod of some sort.
The other CBers noticed their surroundings. Only three--Agent Winter, Joan B., and Winterblue felt the strange fog in their heads.
CBers, what do you choose to do?

May we assume that all of us saw the same surroundings as AW, except we know how we got there?

Nobody has retained any memories, no. You do have all the same surroundings, it's just that Winterblue, Agent Winter, and Joan B. will have troubles comprehending and thinking until the feeling goes away.

Are we all sitting on the same table or separate ones?

Annnnnnd I choose to just wait for someone to do or say something.

Seperate tables, but same room.

I'm going to see if I can get the bulb to stop flickering by fiddling with the wires.

I pinch myself, stretch, and get off the table. I then wander around and try to find other CBers who might know what's going on.

I see if I can find anything useful in the room, or a way out. I also talk to whomever is closest to me.
