The clearing in the woods is very still. Only a little wind rustles the leaves of the trees. A few rays of slanting sunlight touch them. But the woods are growing dark, and there is a feeling that something is about to happen.
Sudddenly a round ball, about the size of a house, comes humming overhead. It has windows, and a face is peering at you from one. And then it flies away - but a piece of paper, marked with strange red patterns that somehow chill you, comes fluttering down.
Greetings, CBer! Have you ever longed to speak with Egyptian pharaohs, walk through ancient Rome, or become Renaissance nobles for a day? You're in luck. You are invited on a ten-day journey back through time. We have a 5-star hotel which will take you to a new century every day, complete with every luxury you can think of. Leisurely meals of the finest cuisine, beautiful views of each century, and spas are only to be expected here. Our guided tours of ancient Egypt, medieval towns, and Napoleon's palace have to be seen to be believed. Luckily for you, you have only to fill out the form to experience all this and more!

Personality: I'm introverted, artistic, and thoughtful. I have a sarcastic/dry sense of humor, and I'm pretty organized and detail-oriented. I love the wilderness, dark chocolate, and books and art of all kinds.
Appearance: tall and slimmish, with braided dark hair, dark brown eyes, light tan skin, and slightly pointed ears. I wear wire-rimmed glasses, doc martens, eternal jeans, button-ups in cooler/darker colors, and a gray elven cloak for rain, cold, and dramatic exits.
Are you dangerous?: as a driver of automobiles, to house flies and chocolate muffins; yes. Otherwise; not generally, except in the presence of machetes and the absence of my moral principles.

Personality: I'll go with introverted and nerdy, prone to spouting random facts with no real value, extremely crazy and hopefully unpredictable, sleepy yet not sleeping, chaotic, reckless, and clever.
Appearance: Short scruffy brown hair, tall, piercing central heterochromatic eyes gold on the inside fading to blue-green, black shorts, navy t-shirt, gray sweatshirt, pale skin, hidden knives (although I guess that isn't appearance because they are hidden?).
Are you dangerous?: I don't look it but yes.

Personality: sassy, sarcastic, brave, and determined.
Appearance: long, curling black hair with an acid green streak in it, acid green eyes. has a long, scaly, dark green dragon tail. (and if it isn't too OP for a Ski Lodge, i have very sharp claws, too. feel free to not include them though)

I really should have said this earlier, but I forgot. I was looking at a couple of earlier Ski Lodges to see how to start one, but I noticed they didn't really take off - people signed up, but the story either didn't begin or didn't finish. Rest assured that this one WILL START AND FINISH!

Oversized, clear, rectangular glasses. Small hoop earrings. Always wears a watch. Plain converse, sweaters, collared shirts, jeans. Long unpainted fingernails.
Are you dangerous?: I'm as sweet as maple ice cream but won't hesitate to pick a fight if you annoy me. Think poisonously articulated insults, often to someone's intelligence and work ethic.
Flight or Fight?: Depends on if I can win. I might test the waters then decide.
Favorite century: Mid-late 19th and early 20th.
Other: I have a large nondescript spitz and a sepia ragdoll (not irl). This is the ski lodge I've been waiting for. Also, I'm sorry for writing so much.

Personality: I am thoughtful, logical, and quiet, and a self-declared nerd. I am socially awkward, weird, and, admittedly, a bit eccentric. I am an outcast, and am often alone, but rarely lonely. I am often found daydreaming about going on an adventure, writing, drawing, reading, or spending way too much time on school assignments. I am adventurous, mischievous at times, creative, quick-witted, and have a slightly dark sense of humor.
Appearance: I am slightly taller than average and slender, with a fairly feminine appearance. Wavy copper hair reaches just past my shoulder blades.
