Crossquill Library-Celestia-
“Nice name,” he said. “I’m Cearon, and I’m from…” Cearon paused, before continuing, “The area around the Green Hills. I’ve been over most of Kyngdom, though, to be honest. Are you from the Forest of Morrows?”“I’m not necessarily from there, but I do spend most of my time there, out of all the places I’ve been,” replied Celestia. She glanced back at the shelves, and asked, “Has any book caught your interest?”

“Are you planning on traveling anywhere in particular?” Starlight asked.
Liza considered coming up with some sort of lie, but Starlight had been kind to her and truthful, as far as she could tell. “No, not really,” she said. “I wander, mostly.”
“So do I,” said Starlight.
Their conversation was interrupted briefly by an interaction with a brown-haired girl in a tunic, who said she was interested in myths as well and whirled away to go see what someone else was doing.
“I try to stop by the library often, though,” said Starlight, continuing. “Whenever I’m in the area.”
“This is my first time, as you know,” said Liza. “Though I could see why someone might want to keep returning here again and again.” She paused, searching for a question to keep the conversation going. “What’s your favorite part about Crossquill Library?” -

Finally getting away from Ondrin, Coraluna decides to go to the 2nd floor to see the animals. There was an adorable fox that immediately approached her. It nudged against Coraluna. “Awwwwww! It’s so cute!” She said.
After getting as many animal cuddles as possible, Coraluna made her way over to the café again. She really needed a coffee. Maybe she was getting allergic to some foreign animal she didn’t know of. At the café, she saw Zara scribbling at some paper.
“What are you writing, Zara?” Coraluna asked.

AmethystGuestit's hard to spoof modern book titles bc they're already so exaggerated :0+Cearon+
“I’m not necessarily from there, but I do spend most of my time there, out of all the places I’ve been,” Celestia said. “Has any book caught your interest?” she added, her gaze going back to the shelves.
“Oh,” Cearon said with a laugh. “Not really.” He took a few steps closer to the bookshelves, his gaze running down the rows of colorful spines, arranged in seemingly the perfect order; maybe it was on purpose, or maybe it was part of the magic of the place. Orange followed red, which followed silver, which followed purple, which followed the most celestial shade of blue with lighter blue lettering spelling out the title. Of Kyngdom & Crowns. Is My Heart Calling? Misadventurous Mishaps. “There are so many,” he added, pausing where a splash of light fell through the window and illuminated everything in watercolors. “Do you have any particular suggestions? I must say I’m at a bit of a loss.”

No, not really,” Liza said. “I wander, mostly.”
“So do I,” replied Starlight, thinking about her own travels.
Their conversation was interrupted briefly by an interaction with a brown-haired girl in a tunic, who said she was interested in myths as well and whirled away to go see what someone else was doing.
“I try to stop by the library often, though,” said Starlight, continuing where she left off. “Whenever I’m in the area.”
“This is my first time, as you know,” said Liza. “Though I could see why someone might want to keep returning here again and again.” She paused, then asked, “What’s your favorite part about Crossquill Library?”
Starlight glanced around the whole library, thinking. There were a lot of things—the books, the new people to meet, Aquila and Celestia, the overall atmosphere…but one answer in particular came to mind. “My favorite part is that Crossquill Library feels like home.” Her gaze was focused on the corner between the window and the bookshelf as she explained, “You know, as a traveler, how it never feels like you can settle anywhere, that there’s no place you can truly call your own. But Crossquill Library…it may not be a home in a traditional sense, in where it is the place you sleep and eat and spend most of your time, but it still feels like a home at its heart. Everyone here could be strangers or friends, yet they feel like family because we all find this place as a home, whether temporary or regular.” She glanced at Liza, hoping she did not ramble too much. “Does that make sense?”-Celestia-
“Oh,” Cearon said with a laugh. “Not really.” He stepped closer to the bookshelves, his gaze running down each colorful spine. “There are so many,” he remarked, pausing where a bit of light fell through the window and made the places it touched seem much more colorful and bright. “Do you have any particular suggestions? I must say I’m at a bit of a loss.”Celestia smiled, knowing that it would probably feel daunting seeing all these different options for the first time. “Well, it depends on your own preference. But I personally enjoyed To Save A Kyngdom. It’s a fantasy story about an ordinary boy from a village in a distant Kyngdom filled with evil. The boy sees all this and decides that he wants to do something about it, and despite the fact that he isn’t anyone special, through little acts of kindness and a lot of determination, he manages to start something that eventually influences the entire Kyngdom and overthrows the evil.” Celestia spotted the title among the shelves, and took it out and handed it to Cearon. “Of course, I have others, such as The Tale of Delfer or Dragon’s Blood, but anyways, it’s up to you! What piques your interest?”

“My favorite part is that Crossquill Library feels like home.”
This response wasn’t what Liza was expecting. She arched an eyebrow as Starlight continued, “You know, as a traveler, how it never feels like you can settle anywhere, that there’s no place you can truly call your own. But Crossquill Library…it may not be a home in a traditional sense, in where it is the place you sleep and eat and spend most of your time, but it still feels like a home at its heart. Everyone here could be strangers or friends, yet they feel like family because we all find this place as a home, whether temporary or regular. Does that make sense?”
Liza nodded. She had wished, often, that she could have such a place. Some of the taverns she had stayed at had felt homelike in a sense, especially the ones where she had resided during winter storms, and sometimes she would detour to stay at the same inn twice. A few of the owners were former travelers who had loved a particular part of Kyngdom and decided to settle there, and lots of them were friendly, but the taverns didn’t feel quite like homes. There would often be people on journeys who were staying a single night before heading off to wherever they were going. Sometimes there were villagers who would come in just to drink; they didn’t respect the taverns so much, since they had homes of their own to go to, and sometimes they would get rowdy. Once she had stayed at an inn at the same time as a group of Catastrophe’s soldiers, who terrified Liza witless and caused her to leave early the next morning despite a downpour.
And as for family, she didn’t really have any, either. Her parents were dead, her aunt was dead, and all previous generations of their family were dead. She hadn’t had very many close friends growing up–she had a friend-to-all quality that, as a young girl, made her a friend-to-none. She didn’t care about playground alliances, only the other children as people, unless they started hurting each other, in which case she would wail to the teacher to make them stop.
“It does make sense,” said Liza. She looked around. Even though she didn’t know a single person in the library, it felt welcoming and also very safe somehow, in a way that Liza couldn’t put her finger on, like an invisible, unconditionally loving giant was embracing the whole building. She sensed that it would be worth coming back to again and again. “Somehow it already feels like a home to me.” -
AmethystGuestcheers for the Kyngdom+Cearon+
“Well, it depends on your own preference,” Celestia said. “But I personally enjoyed To Save A Kyngdom. It’s a fantasy story about an ordinary boy from a village in a distant Kyngdom filled with evil. The boy sees all this and decides that he wants to do something about it, and despite the fact that he isn’t anyone special, through little acts of kindness and a lot of determination, he manages to start something that eventually influences the entire Kyngdom and overthrows the evil.” She slid the book out of the shelves – it had a green-and-gold cover, with the title spelled out in jagged, fantasy-style cursive – and handed it to him. “Of course, I have others, such as The Tale of Delfer or Dragon’s Blood, but anyways, it’s up to you! What piques your interest?”
“I’m all right with pretty much anything,” Cearon said, turning To Save A Kyngdom over in his hands. “Anything with a moderately good plot and some action, anyway. I appreciate a good fantasy book once in a while, but I love finding books with less cliche-y, more completely-out-of-the-normal plots.” He riffled through the book he was holding; the pages were crisp and white, the type standing out against their fantly yellow tone. “A boy who saves a Kyngdom, then? I think we need one of those right now… Anyway, I gather that you like fantasy?”

Liza nodded. “It does make sense.” She glanced around, and Starlight followed her gaze, taking in the warmth of the quiet atmosphere, of the scent of books, of the community that had formed around this little corner of Kyngdom. “Somehow it already feels like a home to me.”Starlight found herself smiling softly, and a pleasant silence filled the library for a few moments, before she spoke again. “I know this is your first time, but do you have a favorite part of the library so far?”
-Celestia-
“I’m all right with pretty much anything,” Cearon said, turning the book over in his hands. “Anything with a moderately good plot and some action, anyway. I appreciate a good fantasy book once in a while, but I love finding books with less cliche-y, more completely-out-of-the-normal plots.” He flipped through the pages, which made a sound like the rustling of wind. “A boy who saves a Kyngdom, then? I think we need one of those right now… Anyway, I gather that you like fantasy?”“Indeed I do,” replied Celestia. “There’s just something wonderful about being able to escape into another world so different, yet also somehow alike, our own. The journeys that the characters go through, the hardships they face, and even despite their differences, how much we can relate to those characters, how we can see ourselves in their shoes, which can be quite inspiring.” She smiled against the soft sunlight of the library, and added, “Though all books are great, of course. Are there any particular books that you’ve read that stood out to you?”

“Do you have a favorite part of the library so far?” Starlight asked.
“No, not really,” said Liza. “In fact, I haven’t really explored much–perhaps I ought to go walk around. Do you have a favorite part?”
“I’ve always loved this floor, especially the myth section, the history section, and the poetry corner, but I also like the second floor,” replied Starlight. “And the cafe is great, too.”
“I’ve been thinking of going to the cafe for lunch,” said Liza. “Would you like to join me?” -
