I will admit that I have never read a sentence of Twilight, but I am sick of the Twilight obsession.

However, it seems sort of unfair to do that because no one is MAKING you read Twilight. If you don't like it, you don't have to make such a fuss about it. People are allowed to like whatever they want!

I read a hundred or so pages of Twilight, and it seemed- well- boring!  I mean, I can see how it could be addicting, but... they're so... blah-edward-conflict-edward-vampire-edward-bella-blah.

I know it's is boring in the beginning. But it gets kinda good in the end. I don't like the books that they don't get good until your in the middle of the book. And thats exactly what it is. But I like to finish something once I've started something. I had to make myself read more of it. I was teling my dad that Twilight wasn't that good. It is not my favorite book AT ALL. I am not going to burn it, it might hurt someones feelings. I am kind of Anti twilight. I don't know if I like it or don't like it. Some of my friends said I would love it. Not so much.

I heard sombody say yesterday that Twilight wasn't even worth the capital "T" at the begining, let alone all the raving reviews about it. My conclusion (I have NOT read the book) is either you HATE it, or you LOVE it. And there are more people who hate.

Wow, I thought Admin wouldn't post that! Ok, but you have to admit the existance of twilight propaganda

Oh, and by the way, Lena, I understand what you're saying about us not being forced, but just because we're not forced to do or believe in something doesn't mean we can't be against it. For example, no one's forcing me to pay higher taxes (I'm talking if I was a grownup), but I'm still against them.  My point being, before I give any more opinionated examples, is that even without someone forcing you to do or like something you can still be against it. I- and I'm guessing Rueben- is/are anti-Twilight due to the morals that it does or doesn't impart and the far-too-fanciful and dangerous ideas it gives young people about romance and life in general. I completely understand what you're saying, though.

How many times did I just repeat myself? I'm pathetic.

I have only one thing to say: DO NOT DO IT!

Fire has historical meaning, burning things even more; it could offend thousands of people!

So if you are smart, then listen to what I say and DON'T DO IT!

Wait! Does Admin monitor every post, and decide whether to let it through or not? That's cool! And time-consuming. How many posts don't get posted?

Yes, Admin reads every comment before posting. From time to time we delete ones that talk about subjects not suitable for our youngest readers, maybe 5 to 10 comments a week. There are actually two or three of us who take turns screening the comments, so we have time to do our other work, too! But we love hearing from each and every one of you!
