Hi I'm new!
Uh, hi my name is Alex and I like Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, The Soul series, The Hunger Games, Minecraft, and Skyrim. I love to read and I'll admit I'm kinda shy. I will try to use English spelling as much as I can, sorry. I'm (dramatic pause) deaf. This is the only way I can communicate since I'm bad at sign language, and I've been deaf for 2 years. If you're wondering about the screen name, it's because I'm really skittish and shy and scared easily. One day some kids said I was afraid of my own shadow, and call me crazy, but I liked that name. I don't know anyone here so please introduce yourself!

Great to meet you, Alex! I'm S.E. I'm not on here as much as I used to be, what with Everinne leaving, but I'm still here.
I hate Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. I'm sorry, I just do.
My aunt is a translator for sign language in a school. If yuou don't mind me asking, why did you go deaf? Sorry if that seems blunt. I'm just curious.

Hi! Thanks for the replies (and hugs). To answer your questions, I do have a sister and a cousin that lives in Pennsylvania; SE, I became deaf when my uncle had a gun rally thing and I didn't have earplugs. You can guess how that turned out. And thanks for your concern, but I already go to sign language classes, but I'm bad at them :p
By the way, what's the admin?

Hi Alex!I never got to introduce myself properly so I will do it now. I love Percy❤️Jackson (ah, he's so dreamy), the Inheritance Cycle, HP, The Hunger Games, TheHobbit, and Minecraft! I am also shy and as you can tell, I like to read. Scratch that last part; I love to read!

Hello, Scared of Shadows. I don't post very much anymore but I sometimes come on here when I'm avoiding work I have to do. I'm one of the oldest boys on the CB, despite the user name. (Think Ruby as in the Gen III Pokemon protagonist.) I too play Skyrim and enjoy Harry Potter although I'm not fond of Percy Jackson or the Hunger Games and have no idea what you mean by the Soul series unless it's Soulcalibur. I do not play it but I should.
Don't worry about being shy. I'm not very outgoing either although I guess I'm trying harder to become that. Please enjoy your stay here on the Chatterbox. It's a very friendly place.
