Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Hi, kids. I'm

Hi, kids. I'm bored, tired, and interested in seeing what you guys are up to.

Who is here? What are your interests? What are the things concerning you in this day and age?

Thanks for responding.

Hey Ruby! I don't suppose you know me... I was here for a while before you left, but I wasn't very well known (yeah, I'm still not), so I don't expect that you'd remember me. Too bad, that. Ah. well. Let us be introduced?

I'm booksy, I love reading classic novels. And grammar. And Shakespeare. And... that's pretty much it. I'm kind of boring. Nice of you to drop by here!

P.S. One of my friends calls everybody she knows "child." She once called her maths teacher "child", as in "Yes, child." I believe the teacher was quite agravated. You should meet her (the friend, not the maths teacher).

Hi, Booksy! I remember you pretty well.

Which classics are your favorites? Please help me with grammar. My own sense has gone down the drain. Which Shakespeares are your favorites?

Are you British or Canadian, by any chance? Maths isn't an American term, so I'm wondering in what country you live in. It's great to have people outside the US on the CB!

Sorry I haven't replied for so long... I've been really busy. Sorry.

I'm so glad you remember me! Yay! I didn't think you would.

I love anything by Jane Austen, Anne of green Gables, Betsy Tacy, Jane Eyre, Little Women, and more and more that I just can't name.  Shakespeare... I love Commedy of Errors, and Twelth Night is a fun one.

No, I'm not Brittish, but I read so many books by English authors, I might as well be. I wish I was. I love England!

What have you been doing in these past few months? Have you read any interesting books?

@Ruby: Lol thanks! I'm not sure what topic you're talking about, but I have a feeling it's the AE thread. I have a slight habit of trying to take over a story, even if it's multi-player >.< It's probably because I just finished writing a 40k-word novel, and now I'm working on trying to get it published.

Other than that my life is kinda blah (my parents are exetremely over-protective), but even so, I do like adventures and nature O.o

Hey, Ruby. You might not remember me, but I remember you. How's living on planet Earth, school, activities, etc? I think I noticed somewhere on this thread that you said you play soccer and are a defender, *virtual high five* I'm also a defender. I've been playing soccer for eight years now, how about you?
Some facts about me, not that I'm that interesting: Lately I've been really busy with all my school work, I homeschool. I've also been dancing for nine years, tap, ballet, jazz, and contemporary. I horseback ride, too. I act, sing, make music, and compose songs. I have an audition for the play Our Town coming up in a couple weeks. I'm auditioning for the part of the Stage Manager. I'm such a big Potterhead. I think that's it about me... I'll probably hit submit then I'll say "Oh, I forgot..."
I've got to go eat my dinner.
Goodbye for now,
HSG

I remember seeing you, but I can't remember much of what you said, sorry. Living and school and activites aren't the greatest, but such is life. I'm only a defender in PE soccer. Soccer's very fun, but I'm not very good at sports because I have really bad coordination. I do like jujutsu, I'm not good at that either! I wish people could be good at what they like. If I was good at it, I'd definitely play soccer. It's one of my favorite sports. Eight years of playing is really impressive. Have you won some awards for it?

Everyone is interesting in one way or another. And all that dancing is really cool! (there's another thing I like that I'm bad at) Do you own your horse or do you ride a borrowed horse from a stable? That may not be the correct term, but that goes to show how little I know about horses.

Hmm. I had to google Our Town, but it looks great. Good luck! Which HP book is your favorite and which non HP book is your favorite?

That's totally okay, Ruby M.

My favorite HP book is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I really like The Hobbit, too.

That's so cool that you like jujutsu. Yeah, I have won some awards for it. Last year and the year before my team made it to the final playoffs. The year before last we won, last year we got second. We also in all around rankings last year were number one. That was exciting!

I don't own a horse, I ride a Morgan horse named Brody at my stable.

Thanks, I'm really excited for the audition!

Goblet is good. I myself am partial to Half-Blood Prince. The Hobbit is very awesome as well. All of Tolkien's works are great- LotR and Simarillion included.

Great job on your team's rank! About horses... Morgans are a breed of horse, not a color, right...? I think they make good farm horses, but I'm not sure. Oh Great Horse Spirit Girl, Master of all things Horse, I summon thee and beg thee to explain how this works to your humble Ruby.

It was on a separate website. Some CBers have ways of contacting one another outside the main site. We got to be very adult and do TAXES.

That's very impressive. Where are you getting it published and what is it about?

Well let's see...

I have been converted into squealing, shipping, fanfiction-writing, fanart-drawing, Vocaloid-song-listening-to, Creepypasta-reading, Slenderseries-watching, fansong-writing fandom trash. I have yu to thank for the Vocaloid part. Thanks a lot!!! WHY DOID YOU HAVE TO TELL ME ABOUT THE EVILLIOUS CHRONICLES, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU YOURSELF AREN'T THAT MUCH OF A VOCALOID FAN?! NOW I'M IN TOO DEEP!!!
(Oh and BTW, I noticed a reference to Flames of the Yellow Phosphorous when I was rereading an old ski lodge. See what I mean??)

Shhh... don't say it was my fault, Somebody, please! I don't like Vocaloid at all, to be honest, and I'm hardly interested in EC anymore at all. Still, I'm ocasionally on the wiki because I need to update the front page (which I haven't in two weeks, whoops) so you can see me there if you're really desperate to fangirl at someone.

I have no recollection of any Flames of the Yellow Phosphorus mention. When did that happen?
