Random Thoughts/Things?

Random Thoughts/Things?

I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Mr. Darcy's first name is Fitzwilliam, and I find that really funny.

My friend told me last week that I usually smell like mangoes and vanilla when she walks by me, and aah, that made me happy.

O h m y g o s h I just had really vivid flashbacks to like 1st grade because I was going through the Wikipedia for the Goosebumps series because I was looking for one specific book (A Shocker on Shock Street) because I just randomly remembered it after reading a bunch of those regional gothic Tumblr posts for some reason,,, and wow. A Shocker on Shock Street absolutely tramautized 6 year old me. Also when I was looking through the Goosebumps synopses, the one for Say Cheese and Die-- Again! reminded me of this one episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark? (my mom showed some of the episodes to my brothers and I when we were younger), "The Tale of The Captured Souls", where this famiily movied to like, this summer home and they met this one dude with a camera and whenever he took a picture of someone he like, took part of their soul?? And that got me started thinking about another episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark? with this kid who stole the nose from this clown and the clown stepped in chocolate pudding (that sounds really weird but it's all I remember from the episode) and that episode s c a r r e d me as a kid. Wow, that was a heck ton of nostalgia.

That thing about the guy taking pictures and parts of people's souls was creepy.

Once my mom showed me a few really creepy "old photos" on the Internet. One was of a guy holding a grasshopper as big as a dog. This was before photoshop. And another was of a girl alone in a park/cemetery looking into a pool which has the reflections of 2 different girls.

Creeeeeeeepy . . .

Does anyone on here play Destiny/Destiny 2? (I play Destiny 2 and I have a crush on Cayde-6 which is kinda weird if you think about it but whatever)

So for my big state chemistry exam, the grading curve lowers all scores? If my actual score should be a 90, I get an 86?! Does it make certain questions worth more? How can I get less? I'm a bit frustrated with this.

Here's an account of my knowledge of Marvel movies.

Up until around the middle of May, I hadn't watched many Marvel movies. My family just never really got into that franchise--we watched Star Wars and Indiana Jones instead. I had only seen the three Iron Man movies and the Black Panther.

And then I heard my friends talking about Marvel and Endgame and then I happened to hear my crush ask one of his friends if he had seen Endgame, and I decided "We need to watch these movies." And then soon after that, I got my family to start watching the movies. But there are so many to catch up to, aah. At first, I thought maybe we could catch up to Endgame before it was out of the theaters, but there are so many movies and we only have the opportunity to watch one maybe once or twice a week. But anyway, so far we've watched The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: The First Avenger, and Thor. I guess that's it...? Like I said, we've already seen the Iron Man movies, and the Black Panther. We didn't start out watching them in order, but yesterday I made us a watchlist for the movies (it's quite daunting)--that's down below. \/

Also, when I started watching them I thought "Why do people think Captain America is cute? I don't get it." But now he's growing on me. Also, I watched Thor on Friday night, and I'm absolutely smitten. Help.

Yay, Leafy's watching Marvel movies! *happy dance*

Ah, Black Panther, Hulk and Ragnarok are literally the only ones on your list I haven't watched. *sighs* Also, Iron Man 2 and 3 are some of the worst MCU movies out there, along with Dark World and Hulk. The Avengers, Ant Man, and Endgame are some of the best, and lots of people say Ragnarok and Black Panther are really good too.

I personally love the Doctor Strange movie, but it's not considered to be very good by most MCU fans. Also, Gaurdians and Ant Man (1 and 2 for both) are crazy funny.

Ack, why am I ranting? Sorry, I'm just so happy you're watching Marvel movies now. XP Okay sorry I'll leave you alone now

Whaaaat? I really like the Iron Man movies. I feel like Tony Stark is one of the more fleshed-out characters and he actually has kind of a good story. But then again, I haven't watched a lot of the other Marvel movies yet.

It's really hard to see, but there are some pencil x's next to a few of the movies on the list I made--my dad crossed out some that he thought we could just skip over. The Ant-Man and GotG movies.

Thor was kind of...confusing? I mean, I sort of understood the plot but I think it was kind of basic and yet also hard to follow. But Natalie Portman was in it, and she's good! Anyway, I'M IN IT FOR THE ROMANCE. XD

I can't wait to watch more movies--depending on whether or not my brothers want to rewatch the Iron Man movies, it'll either be Iron Man 2 or Thor: TDW next. *Bounces in seat*

Eh, it's just that everyone says that the second and third Iron Mans are bad- it's not my personal opinion. Though the second one did seem pretty bad.

Aww, GotG and Ant Man are the funniest ones! ...but I guess they're just fillers, and all they really do is introduce us to those characters.

The plot is like that with a lot of them, honestly. You really just need the jyst to watch, though. But Civil War? *shakes head* I've seen it over a dozen times and I still don't fully understand.

I'm glad you're exited! The more fangirls the merrier XD

Boo says zart. I find this very funny and I have no idea why.
