Chatterbox: Down to Earth

CB CRISIS! CLICK

CB CRISIS! CLICK HERE PLEASE!

Thank you.

You may be wondering why I've gathered you all here, and what the CB Crisis is. Well, take a seat in the comfortable conference room I've rented out. There are some plush chairs that change color on demand, and pie, jellybeans, and cookies for all.

The main problem: The Chatterbox is going through a drought! Many Chatterboxers have either....

A. Hit the road this summer

B. Realized they have no internet access

C. Left (???)

D. Signed up for camps in RL that overpower the Chatterbox

E. Forgotten about this place

Most of the regular people I see have stopped coming! Whatever happened to Vida, Koffee, Spencer, Cara, Smile, Laura, Kimberly, Paige, and others? THIS ISN'T GOOD! The only people I see who post daily now are Elizabeth, TNO, Princess.P, Analesia, and Tiffany! (Sorry if I forgot you.) The threads are dying faster and are getting less posts! There is still some hope, however! Please read the list below to get involved and save our Chatterbox!

1. Join the search party. An anonymous individual had the genius idea to dedicate a thread to finding and posting updates on missing people. To help out, use the link below:

http://www.cricketmagkids.com/chatterbox/chirpatcricket/node/90046

2. Use the power of persuation. If you know one of the missing people, email them, fax them, use morse code, call them, WHATEVER to get them back on. And if you've been missing for a while and are reading this, PLEASE get on! We need you!

3. Become a DTRA agent. The DTRA, or Dead Thread Revival Agency, has been running since May 15th of 2010. DTRA agents find cool RPs, RRs, and other threads, and then TOP on them like crazy until they move to Page 1. Although the DTRA thread is currently dead, reviving it could be your first project! Just visit the link below:

http://www.cricketmagkids.com/chatterbox/inkwell/node/67206

4. Make a sequel. Organize the threads from most to least views, and see which ones were most popular. I'm talking things like TCCP on Chirp at Cricket, HPRPs on Blab about Books, Debates, Pie Wars, World Domination, Wordy Gurdies, and Dreams on Down to Earth, Steven Sondheim, Song Lyrics, and Worst Movies Ever on Pudding's Place, and The Author Pairs on Inkwell. Then, try to make a sequel to that thread, and watch the people start rolling in!

5. Take the Thread Challenge. The Thread Challenge is the challenge of posting 1 new thread (or more!) every day in each of the catagories to revive them. Yes, even This Month!

6. Spread the word. If you care enough about this project, please paste the following on all your posts:

{]===~Laughing"I am helping bring the Chatterbox back."Laughing~===[}

Once this gets published, I'll post the link so you can attach the link to this page on all your posts too!

Thank you. And remember: WE CAN CHANGE THIS! LET'S UNITE IN THE NAME OF THE CHATTERBOX AND ALL THE GOOD TIMES, RPs, AND PIE WE HAD. WE WILL DO THIS!

Spammy says pnrr. Pie and RR! GO SPAMMY!

@ Admin: Thanks! Isn't exciting that Lady Gaga is judging this week?

I don't think I've ever heard her talk. That may be "interesting."

Aww, I've been remembered! ^_^ And I still visit occasionally, but I just don't find the CB as interesting anymore.

Okay, if you don't mind I'll just write the line: "I am helping bring the Chatterbox back."

Anyways, this is how I am helping the chatterbox!

1. I am trying to post as frequently as humanly possible on the Missing Chatterboxers thread!

2. Okay, I had one friend who I introduced to the chatterbox, and she really enjoyed it and stuff, but well she doesn't really have time... I have to persuade her! It's great for her English!

3. I just gave the DTRA agents my form! Please accept!

4. I'm going to try this, but there are so many HP and PJ threads on BaB that I don't think I'll do that there.

5. Okay, I must start making more threads!

6. "I am helping bring the Chatterbox back."

This is great! We really need to count up the chatterboxers, and see how many are there and how many missing!

I would have posted earlier, but I didn't really notice this thread.

I have noticed that very few people post on the Chatterbox. I really hope that I can help it, but I agree with Olive on the matter of the I am helping to bring the Chatterbox back thing.

In the conference room, I want my chair to be neon orange.  :)

I feel really bad about not posting much lately. I will try to help in all the ways you said. I don't know any of the Chatterboxers in real life. I have tried to get my friends to get on, but most of them either don't get on the computer much, don't think it looks interesting, or forget. I can keep trying though. I really want the Chatterbox to be like it was when I first got on it a little while after it started.

Unfortunately I won't be able to help for three weeks this month since I will be taking my sister to college. I don't really want to leave since there are so many other things needing to be done but it's just about the only chance I will get to see that part of the U.S. and visit some of my extended family. When I get back I will try all I can.

Where will your sister be going to college, Lizzy, if you don't mind answering. If not the college, then just the state? It's great to see different parts of the huge USA, different landscapes, communities, people, wildlife, crops, climates, etc. Have a wonderful time.

Don't worry about not posting, Lizzy. We understand, although we will miss you! Have fun!

Thank you Princess P. . I will try to post whenever I am near a computer, but that probably won't be often.

@Admin: She will be going to Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. . I am really excited about seeing the Basilica there. And possibly some of the Smithsonian.

Oh, there are lots of wonderful things to see in Washingon, DC. And most of them are free. So many beautiful monuments and museums. And remember the National Cathedral if you have time.
