New RP.

Because I forgot which ones I'm currently part of.

I think we should do one about this group of kids who go to a boarding school.  This boarding school's normal, except for the fact it's on a spaceship.  And the kids are kept so isolated for a reason...

The school's called the Space Shuttle Education.

Name: Gemma Donner

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Country she's from: USA

Family: Mom (Kristin), Dad (Marc), Brother (Nick), Grandma (Freida)

Reason she was sent to the SS Education: At the age of three, she taught herself to pick locks.  At the age of seven, she taught herself to crack safes.  She got sent to the SS Education her freshman year because she started utilizing these skills when she was ten, after her dad lost her job.

Other: Plays drums.

My grandma's name (on my father's side) was Freida! She ran a German bakery in Chicago.

You asked for a plot. That's what I'm going to give you.

Gemma announced matter-of-factly, "Do you know why you were sent to this school? Don't answer that, that's rhetorical. All of the kids here were sent here because the governments back on Earth didn't want to bother with us anymore because, let's face it, we're a danger to them." Stupidly, I think to myslef that I'm not trying to attract that government, why would they care about me?  "All the kids are either too messed up for their parents to bother with or they're too dangerous, so they sent us up to this floating prison. You remember Noah here, right? He says you might have some kind of promise. So we need you."

My stomach plummets. I don't have what they're looking for. I used to think I was one of the most powerful beings in the universe, but now they told me they can take it all away with the pills. I'm probably just some schizophrenic kid with no powers. They probably haven't created a device that can cut off magic and placed it in a pill shape like I first hoped. I'm not the boy they're looking for. I'm about to tell them I can't do it when Aoi grabs my hand and body and proceeds to use his arrogant voice out of my mouth. "Of course, my good lady! How ever you need me to help, I'm sure that I can be of assitance!" He even makes me do one of those ridculous sweeping English bows. I want to throttle him.

"Aooooooooo,"I grit my teeth.

"I'm giving you a job. Now shut up and trust me," he says.

Momo snorts in laughter. "You're not helping!" I yell. I'm fairly sure the other people can't hear me, but Noah is staring at me with an incredulous face and some of the girls are giggling.

"Are you flirting with me?" Gemma asks me dangerously. She looks like she wants to slap me in the face. I might join her with that, excpet I'd look like an idiot. I shake Ao off and say, "No, of course not. I apologize." (Mentally, I ask Kin to add "Kill Ao" to my To-Do List.) That twerp. He thinks human girls are pretty and I can't usually stop him if he really wants to flirt with them. "I just think that- that if I can help you- well, let's just say I'm eager to prove myself."

I'm getting agitated and my hands are starting to flap. I stick them behind my back. Stupid body. Gemma continues, "So, first things first, do you or do you not have a mental illness?"

"Nope," I lie cheerfully. I'll find a way to dispose of the pills. I haven't been taking them anyway.

She cocks an eyebrow at me.

"Really," I say. "I don't. Where did you hear that from?"

She raises a file folder with my name written on it in Japanese. I assume there is someone in this room who can read Japanese and has seen the note written by the doctors in there. I'm going to need an outrageous story to get out of this. Thus, I quite literally kick Aoi, master of rubbish, into control.

"You see, Miss Gemma, my parents have a disease themselves, and, naturally, everyone assumed that I would end up exactly the same way. The doctors diagnosed me with that when i was a small child because I played with an imaginary friend, Tewi the rabbit. Of course, I insisted that Tewi was real, like most little kids do, but she wasn't. Still, the doctors decided to diagnose me with schizophrenia anyway. And then I grew up and I realized that Tewi wasn't real after all, and my parents were relieved but they wouldn't take me back to the doctor because they were terrified of doctors. Even my aunt wouldn't take me, you know, my aunt took care of my parents. The poor things, couldn't even drive a car. I mean, my aunt couldn't really either, she has the American phenomon called "Asian driving", but she was better than my parents at least. Anyway, she was scard of doctors ever since her old husband died 25 years ago in a hospital after being attacked by a flock of enraged chickens-" Aoi was really getting into this, waving my arms around and gesturing excitedly. It was at this point that Gemma cut him off.

"Okay, okay, I get it. You're a complete idiot." Then she grinned. "But we could use an idiot like you. Welcome to the team."

I couldn't help, I grinned too. "Hey, I think she likes me!" Aoi crowed.

"In your dreams, Ao-kun."
