Gods/Goddesses RP!!!!!

Chatterbox: Inkwell

Gods/Goddesses RP!!!!!

Gods/Goddesses RP!!!!!

So here's my idea:

We're all going to be minor gods/goddesses. Then we'll kinda keep upgrading, until....bam! We're gigantic mega-gods with attitude problems! (OK, that last part was a joke.)

You can be from any line from mythology, but I mean like the Egyptian and Greek mythology that has a lot of gods. Also, one of us can't be the super all-powerful god, we're all even. And let's make sure we don't share the same power.

The plot line will be that to upgrade we need to do special tasks (I'll take care of those). And then, when we're the superawesome people, evil hordes will try to wreck our lands.

We'll start as godly kids, but each time we upgrade we get older.

Name: Gale (there's no last name, since we're gods)

Mythology line: Greek

Goddess of: wind, but when she upgrades totally it will be weather. Note, the actual gods don't REALLY exist in this RP, so we can have the same powers as them.

Personality: She can be a little rough, but is mostly gentle. If you anger her, though, you'd better watch out!

Appearance:  She wears a sky-blue toga and has short blonde hair, also sky blue eyes.

Cool. :D

Name: Zephyr

Mythology  line;  Greek

Goddess of; whispers, and secrets. She hears every spoken word, no matter how quiet. She upgrades to the goddess of knowledge.

Appearance; impossibly long wavy brown hair, big brown eyes, tall, slender. Long white linen dress with thousands of words represented in black. The words are ever-shifting. She usually wears sandals, and carries a scroll of parchment and a pen and ink. Sometimes, when with the gods, she wears a silver headdress inlaid with pearls and sapphires.

Personality; quiet, secretive, not social with the other gods and goddesses, feels disdain towards humans because she knows their deepest secrets. She also knows some other gods' secrets, too . . .

I made this god a little while ago for Egyptian history. I really like her, so I'm usin' her.

Name: Känsla (Feeling in Swedish. Dunno why.)

Goddess of: Thoughts and feelings. She doesn't upgrade. She just keeps on getting more powerful with thoughts and can finally control people's thoughts and feelings. At that point, she's HUGE and pretty and sweet and nice.

Mythology line: Egyptian

Personality: Beautiful voice, creative, quiet. mysterious, strange.

Apperance: Kinda a ferret, but with giant wings and much more beautiful. She looks like she's made out of many colors, but she also looks like shes made out of thoughts and feelings. Long fluffy tail, claws.

This looked just so awesome.

Name: Valora

Mythology Line: Greek

Goddess Of: she can break anything, like lightly touching a wall and it starts to crack. When she's fully grown, she's the goddess of destruction and war. ( You'll see why )

Personality: She is strong, truthful, very leader-like, but sometimes she doesn't want to be leader.

Appearance: dark brown hair, golden eyes, and wears a black peplo.

Other: Daughter of Ares and Eris, and was sent off to the Amazons (can that be allowed to be possible?) to become as strong as the women there, for Ares did not want a daughter, and thought she would be too weak to rule at his side as the daughter of destruction and war.

OK, so why don't we just start?

Gale~

Well. The first challenge. I saw the sayters put it up today. I step up to read it, but it's written in Egyptian. I pick up my decoder and read the message.

First, prove your immortality. Go to the cave of the Dragon King and take the Cursed Jewels. Then come back alive and you will become more powerful.

Wow. That's far-fetched. Of course we're immortal! We can't be killed by a little thing like a curse. Then again, the Cursed Jewels.... guarded by the Dragon King... Oh no! I suddenly remember  an important lesson from what my "father" tought me about mythology.

"The Dragon King has the power to kill weak immortals and mortals alike."

We're weak immortals. This is a complete death wish.

Just so you know, I'm making up my own mythology! None of this is actually real (I think)!

Paranorma

I re-read the board a few times. Curses aren't too bad, and I can get there easily with my shadow travel. At this rate, I'll be a major goddess in no time...and then I'll have to deal with the other Olympians.

Sorry, super short post!

P.S. Clyde says mrof. Make up your mind-do you want to be a dog or a cat?

Valora -

My eyes narrowed as I read the board, my hands tightening into fists.

This will prove to him that you aren't weak. This will prove to him that you are strong.

And this will prove to him that you can come out of anything alive.

~Zephyr~

I glance at the board, with more than a little anticipation.

First, prove your immortality. Go to the cave of the Dragon King and- Here I stop and curse, loudly, and apparently to the great mirth of a few passing water nymphs. I think for a minute aand then turn my head.

"Narya, you're right. Sorry, but your hair does look green," I say kindly to the one on the left. I used my powers, you see.

The spirit's pale, slightly transparent cheeks blushed a deep blue. She slunk away, shoulders hunched. Sometimes the power secrets can be fun. I look back at the board.

-and take the Cursed Jewels. Then come back alive and you will become more powerful.

My knees feel weak. It is only with great effort I keep from falling. I'm trembling, and surely my face is as white as a sheet.

The Dragon King.

The Dragon King.

I heard his name whispered long ago. It is whispered still. His power to slay even the toughest of immortals doesn't give me confidence that I, or anyone else here will be left alive.

The Dragon King. The Dragon (Man? King of Dragons or King Dragon?) responsible for the great attack of Kayan (made up country) that left many orphans and burnt villages behind.

Are any jewels worth this? Is any upgrade?

Gale~

"Um, OK," I say. "Are we going to be working together or... what?"
We agree that we should stick togther, but not exactly risk our necks for one another. We start off.

I, of course, surf the winds, which might be the awesomest experience ever. We're all over the place, travelling in our own special ways.

Finally we reach the Dragon King's lair. Quietly, we creep in. The Dragon King has superb hearing, but he's almost blind, completely deaf, and usually has a sinus conjestion.

At last we reach the treasury. I'm thinking it's going to be easy when suddenly I notice the Dragon King. He's lying in the center of the floor, and he's so large that he covers floor to ceiling. Uh-oh.

I can see behind him (insert how many charries there are) Cursed Gems. But to et to them we have to get past the Dragon King. Definetly not an easy feat.

i read the board. I grunt and I sigh. Off to the cave. I walk there slowly. As I enter the cave I slip on gloves so the curse can't touch me. I tiptoe in around the sleeping king dragon. I throw a rock at the dragon after I shove a 7 out of the 43 gems into my satchel. He growls and hisses. "Oh I was returning them," I lie. By birth my lies have been convincing, I am the Very minor goddess of Lies and Lyres. He nods and I walk out. I grin and run back to our HQ. I tun to the things all the Fawns call the "power box". I can see why, you put in something cursed or a reward for a fawn's mission and it grinds it up or something or like that and in return it gives you a new power.the more you put in, better powers you get.I open the container and shove 3 gems in and they dissapear. In a few seconds a ball of moonlight is in the power box. I finger it and it goes into my body. I grin. Power over the night? Awesome. I shove 2 more in but by accident one more falls in. I sigh and close the container. In the return box is a swirling ball of darkness. Turning into a shadow and not making a noise!!! I laugh and walk back to the house for Norse goddesses. I throw the extra gem in my chest and head out. Some of the Greek goddesses are back burnt but they have about two gems. I turn into a shadow and eavesdrop on some of them talkimg
