So here's my idea:
We're all going to be minor gods/goddesses. Then we'll kinda keep upgrading, until....bam! We're gigantic mega-gods with attitude problems! (OK, that last part was a joke.)
You can be from any line from mythology, but I mean like the Egyptian and Greek mythology that has a lot of gods. Also, one of us can't be the super all-powerful god, we're all even. And let's make sure we don't share the same power.
The plot line will be that to upgrade we need to do special tasks (I'll take care of those). And then, when we're the superawesome people, evil hordes will try to wreck our lands.
We'll start as godly kids, but each time we upgrade we get older.
Name: Gale (there's no last name, since we're gods)
Mythology line: Greek
Goddess of: wind, but when she upgrades totally it will be weather. Note, the actual gods don't REALLY exist in this RP, so we can have the same powers as them.
Personality: She can be a little rough, but is mostly gentle. If you anger her, though, you'd better watch out!
Appearance: She wears a sky-blue toga and has short blonde hair, also sky blue eyes.

I smile at the mission.
"This will be easy, " I call out to no one in particular. But everyone in particular listened.
"How come?" one girls asks. I think her name is Paranorma. Not sure though. I keep getting confused by all these gods. I didn't know everyone's powers could be so familar. I'm just the god of feelings and thoughts!
"I can control feelings. I could just poof! and make all of them happy!" I boast. Someone--Gale, I think-- snorts.
"It can't be that easy."
"Yeah, but I can still try." I smile back.
"Is it just me, or are you the only cheerful person here?" another kid calls out. I roll my eyes and laugh straight at him.
"Most likely, but I could make you all happy for all I care!"

I don't know who Kansala thinks she is.
"Listen," I say. "You can make someone be happy, but they have to be truely happy, not just forced to be. Therefore, your idea is usless."
Then I turn to the group. Rain is thundring down.
"I have the eternal sadness," I say. "I can't stop the rain because it reflects my mood, and I won't be happy until it's gone. But if it stays, I can't be happy. And negative feeling are what cause the rain."
Another godess steps up. "No," she says. "I am the one who must be cured. Aphrodite has plauged me, and anyone who I truly love will be (well, I need to reread it to phrase it, so everyone just read Caroline's last post. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)."
Everyone looks puzzled. I know I am. Who's the one who's supposed to be cured?

Oh! I just realized how Valora could be unhappy. She wants to prove to her father that she could be as strong as him, but he won't let her prove it. Am I supposed to explain all that in the rp, or just like this is fine?

Darkness starts spreading in the room. If those foolish immortals think that this quest will be easy, or even possible, they are wrong. There is not a way I can ever be happy again, not one.
"Okay, so how about we, um, figure out some way to fix these problems? So we can, you know, move on?" one godess speaks up nervously. I turn and glare at her. How can she think that it's as easy as talking out your problems? Doesn't she have any problems? If I'm stuck with this group of fools, I'll stay depressed forever.
Just my luck.
