Powers fantasy rp!

In Erildré, powers are common, but those with the ability to control it well are rare. All children  with powers must attend a school called Rilin, but some people who did not have powers are hiding in the school, trying to avoid the rush of the outside world where being powerless makes you a pariah. Note on powers:

Powers are unique to that person. Since my charrie has telekinesis, no one else can.

No controlling natural elements. Powers can be things like telepathy or shapeshifting or super strength. As a general rule, people with psychic powers are very smart and people with physical powers are usually not very intelligent.

I'm going to start, ignore if this clashes with someone else's.

Ingrid~
It's not fun being empathetic.

When you live in a boarding school with millions of other kids that are trying to fight the popularity and I-can't-control-my-power, you get a lot of sorrow. Plus you have the anctiousty of the people who are hiding that don't have powers. And the happiness of the people who got good grades.

I usually hide away in my dorm.

But sometimes, I can't. Like today, the day where we're having a manditory assembly. As I walk by people, I'm hit by emotions: actesty, excitement, fear. My emotions grapple with the ones of other people's and I feel like crying.

I am crying.

In front of everyone in the school.

Now I feel the sorrow for me from some people and the evil humor from the others. It's too much. I can't take it. I can't take it.

I crouch down on the ground, covering my ears as tears roll down my face thick and fast.

Tikkania: My heart bounds to the beat of my feet hitting the hard floor as I ran to the assembly. "I can make it." I see the door twenty feet away. "I CAN'T BE LATE!!" I urge myself a little further. My braids whip behind me as I race the last few feet. I burst through the door as the principal is finishing her speech. Everyone is staring at me. I can feel my face burning. Some look like they pity me. Others chuckle at my humility. I hurry to my seat.

John~

I stare at the girl as she walks in. It's Tikkania. She is almost exactly like me, and a great friend (?) I pity her as she arrives late, this will be the talk of the school for a month. I pull my sleeves down over my hand. I drew on it with marker again. I always carry a permanent marker in my pocket, or behind my ear. If I don't have my drawing supplies or pad, I end up drawing on my arm. Lots of people call me Avatar. I shift in my seat and she plops down next to me, hanging her head. "I got it mostly memorized." I'm good at that. I can hear things once and pretty much memorize them. "Thanks," she whispers back. I nod.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the assembly we head back to our dorms. My dorm is nearest to the music room; that way I can play piano whenever. My schedule goes pretty much like this.
School
Piano
Dinner
Then I hang out in my dorm, or chit chat with Tikka.
I share a room with Jay. I have pictures all on the walls of my half of the room. A lot of them with flimsy mustaches that he drew. So I went to the headmaster. All of those pictures I spent three or more hours on. It all goes to waste with that mustache. He got in big trouble. And thankfully, doesn't do it anymore. I head out with the crowd and take a different turn, separating myself from the group. Tikka follows, she is going to sing along with a song I composed. I'll play half an hour with her, then she will leave and I'll do whataver the next hour until dinner.
I open the doors to the music room, plop down on the piano, and next thing I know, I'm playing. Tikki's voice is beautiful, and I smile while playing.
I flick open the doors with telekinesis. Everyone looks at me, but no one challenges me for being late. The empath girl stops crying as I pass. I've noticed that telepaths can't read my thoughts and empaths can't read my emotions. I sit down and the principle resumes her speech.
Ingrid~
After the assembly, which turned out to be slightly stupid, I run to my dorm with the speed of a cheetah. In my dorm, I collapse onto my bed and bask in my own feelings.
The teachers may be harsh, but they are kind, and I only share my dorm room with one person- Arasala. (If that's ok with Brook.) Arasala doesn't have any effect on me, probably because of her built-up mind of telekensis.
Plus, it's nice to be with her. She's pretty nice to me, and I'm nice to her. We get along well, and I enjoy that. If anything ever happened to her, I wouldn't feel anger at myself.
I pick up my pipe. I learned how to whittle before I was young enough to go to school, and the pipe was one of the few things I made in here. I play it when I'm alone for something to do.
The notes echo in the empty room, filling the space where Arasala usually is. If I take barely any classes, she takes every class in the building. She's very smart, the smartest in the school, I think.
Suddenly, the door opens. And it isn't Arasala who steps through.
