Whoa, St.Owl! Slow down! You're already doing a solo write! Plus a Ski Lodge! What's gotten into you?
In one word: Summer. It's incredibly boring. Most of my friends don't live close by and are busy during the summer, so I've got a lot of free time on my hands. One solo write isn't enough-- I need MORE!
So, to elaborate on this idea . . .
I've been thinking about this a bit, and decided I want to do one solo write for each major fandom. I've already done Harry Potter and Percy Jackson-- now I'm doing, well, space in general. The major fandoms I hope to encorporate are Doctor Who, Star Wars, and Star Trek (I watched my first episode today!). However, you can also be a creature from a different fandom (*cough*IWouldHighlyAppreciateSomeHitchhiker'sGuideReferences*cough*) if you wish. I will not promise I'm familiar with your choice fandom, though, so if I can't find the species on Google, don't be it. I also want completely canon aliens-- none made-up, please, as it makes it more difficult to write about.
Also, no AEs. I may make references to them just because, but in general, they cannot sign up. Sorry.
For those of you who are unfamiliar (I really should have done this sooner), a solo write is where one person writes about the events of other CBers in a certain environment. If a puzzle is going on, or something in need of deciphering, you can most surely offer up ideas and I may encorporate them into the story. However, this is NOT AN RP.
On the subject of species, I would like it if you tried to be as creative as possible with them. Try to choose a more minor race-- we don't want fifty Time Lords, after all. (by the way, I am going to be one, so I will permit ONE MORE TIME LORD-- first come, first serve.)
Speaking of which, if you see a character you like, you may request to be affiliated with them in some way. For example, you could ask to be my companion, or perhaps a crewman on somebody's ship. I may be introducing canon characters during the story as well. This paragraph is just last-minute thoughts that should come before the charrie sheet.
Thank you for reading this through thoroughly. Here is the charrie sheet for you to fill out. And by the way, if you're copy/pasting it, I would suggest deleting the explaining parts, as they're really just to make things clearer and not a part of the sheet.

By the way, as a note, I am leaving tomorrow, Saturday, at 6 am to visit family. I reserve the right to deny people entrance to this solo write, as I'll be gone for four days and heaven knows how many people are going to sign up.

NAME: lvalji Valjean (both of the J's are pronouced like they are in French.) (l-vale-jee. Vale-john.)
AGE: 29
RACE: Human; Sith Lord
FANDOM: Star Wars
APPEARANCE: She's tall, a little under six feet, and has a sturdy frame, her hair is black streaked with red, her eyes are a uncanny yellow, her skin is dark copper and burned in places. She wears loose, black robes that seem to mock the style of Jedi Masters, and a hooded cloak.
PERSONALITY: Evil. But not flat, mind you. She is constantly feeling the pull to the light side and doubts the power of the dark side, even though she hates to. She's ruthless and heartless, yes, but also very cunning and intelligent. She knows who to get into your head and how to make you suffer just right. She is not insane, she knows very well what she is doing.
POWERS: Various Force-type powers.
WEAPONS: Two red double-bladed lightsabers.
BACKSTORY: Was rasied by a family of Force users, she was going to complete her Jedi training when they got captured as political prisoners. She was furious at her parents for letting this happened and turned to the Dark Side. She doesn't work for anyone exactly, she's a mercenary/assassin.

I know I said I wasn't gonna post today... But this is too good to pass up.
Name: Cleo Hartsworth
Age: 17
Race: human
Fandom: Star Wars
Appearance: long, dark brown, wavy hair, slightly slanted hazel eyes, fair skin, average height (not tall, not short). Only wears the colors dark green and dark blue (not navy blue; brighter than that), is very uncomfortable in dresses. Likes to wear tall black or brown boots.
Personality: she is a daredevil, hates taking orders, wants to be her own boss, dislikes giving and taking help, a bit of a show off sometimes, but generally quick, smart, and calm. If someone needed help, she would be the kind of person to offer a sympathetic glance but not step in. "Every woman for herself" is her motto. I'm NOT basing it off Hans solo, but that's the kind of character she has. She can and will do illegal things.
Powers: none? I guess extra good vision or hearing would be okay... But don't make it like a superpower, please. Just good enough for survival hearing/vision.
Weapons: blasters, her fists, and a dagger.
Backstory: again, I hate to be seen as copying Star Wars characters, but if you're ever watched "the force awakens" just see Rey's background; no parents, a scavenger, alone. But, Cleo isn't searching for, nor will she find any family in this RP, please.

Race: Android
Fandom: Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
Appearance: Looks like a normal human, with black hair, green eyes, and strong leg muscles.
Wears a treanchcoat.
Personality: Cruel, hates humans, brilliant (thanks to the computor that serves as a brain), emotionless, though can have emotions.
Powers: Computor-like scanning ability
Weapons: Two compact laser handguns. A whip.
Backstory: Was a servant on mars, untill he stuck his way to Earth. Was on the run from Bounty Hunters ever since. He has taken residence in a flat, and waits for an opportinity to destroy humans and let androids roam free.

Race: Her grandfather on her father's side was Klingon, and rest of her relatives are human, so she's one quarter Klingon.
Fandom: Star Trek
Appearence: Dark Auburn hair in a long braid, and bright green eyes. Ariel has light cranial ridges, and dark skin. (Look up a picture of B'Elanna Torres to see what I mean) She's tall, and has a long nose.
Personality: She's got a good sense of humor, and likes to make jokes about her Klingon heritage. She's very stubborn, but compromises when it's really really really important that she does so. She's kind of sarcastic and incincere at first, but get's warmer when you get to know her. She's very honorable.
Powers: She is slightly stronger and faster than an average human, and has three lungs. (I kid you not. Klingons also have several stomachs, but I don't really think that's pertinent to this situation.)
Weapons: She's skilled with the Bat'leth, and carries a Phaser.

RACE: Betazoid (St. Owl, these are basically aliens that look like humans and have minor powers. They come from Star Trek: The Next Generation. I will make my character's backstory so that you don't have to know much about Betazoids.)
FANDOM: Star Trek
APPEARANCE: Long, thick white hair, solid color eyes (deep deep teal that looks almost black, no distinction between pupil and iris), pale. She's a bit of a genetic anomaly.
PERSONALITY: Very smart, caring, a good leader.
POWERS: Telepathy and empathy (thought sense/emotional sense)
WEAPONS: Has a phaser.
BACKSTORY: Her parents died when she was born, but she escaped in a spaceship. The Federation found her and she was adopted by human parents.

I'll say that she has lived on many different planets. She was abandoned when she was a baby and has spent forever tryin to find where she belongs. Side note: I think it would be cool if her parents were, like, mega super evil dudes like Darth Sidious or something. She is an experienced pilot and has memorized many of the jedi archives from Kamino. She recently traveled to Corousant, feeling a strong connection to the planet, and began her jedi training. Yes, it was very late, but she is a quick learner.
