I will work on the mountains:

* Ok, so far we have a kingdom called Nee-ramos at the base of the mountains, along with the Volaré living in colonies on top of them.

* The Volairé and the humans in the kingdom below have always made alliences not to disturb each other, and conflicts have always been avoided that way. 

* But now, children from the kingdom have been mysteriously disappearing. People come home and find their children have mysteriously vanished, the only clue to their whereabouts being a bunch of scattered brown and white feathers around the child's bed. This has been happening very often, at least 3 times a week, and people are beginning to demand that the King do something about it. The King suspects the Volairé, but doesn't want to believe that they are actually turning against the kingdom. However, once the King's own daughter is stolen, he becomes enraged, and no matter what the Volairé chief says, no matter how many times he insists that his people are innocent, he cannot stop the King from lifting the restrictions on Volairé hunting. Now a whole bunch of very angry people are swearing that they will catch one of the creatures and either make them tell where the stolen children are, or kill them. 

* The Volairé themselves, meanwhile, are equally troubled, and not just because there are hoards of angry people out to murder them. Clouds of smoke and ash have started to gather around the highest mountain in Terranova (I need a name for that mountain). Long ago, it used to be a stronghold for the fire demons, the Volairé's ancient enemy. The colonies are sending out scouts to try and penetrate the mountain to find out what's going on inside, but none of the scouts have returned. Perhaps whatever is growing in that mountain could be the thing that is kidnapping children??? (The Volairé are innocent, by the way.)

Aaaagh I'm so sorry I haven't posted yet! I didn't see this thread for a while, and I thought it was dead. Also my mom has gotten really strict about not going on the computer during school days.

Anyways, I won't be able to post Monday-Thursday, unless there's no school (like today) but I'll try friday.

All of your ideas are awesome, by the way.

I think that there should be two rival kingdoms that are at war. It adds more drama.

In the last few days we have, I think we should concentrate mainly on getting the map done. I think I might be able to draw it digitally. About the RPs...I don't know. Can we write a good RP in 16 days? I will start a RR now, because I'm pretty sure we have enough time for that. 

I think Terranova (if that is to be the name of our entire world) should have four sections total. We already have the Forest and Mountains. The other two sections don't have to be super descriptive, but I'm thinking something like a grassland/plains section where all the major kingdoms are (perhaps there could be two rival kingdoms there), and another section. For the last section, what if we had something super creative to give us an edge? My original idea was something like a desert with a paradise in the center where people and animals live in harmony, or a kingdom where animals rule supreme, or maybe a bunch of miniature islands seperated by a HUGE network of winding rivers. I think I like the island idea the best. :) 

Who will work on what? I'm going to work on the map and the plains region for a bit (I think the mountain region is done). Windswift, do you and The Riddler want to finish up the forest? I like the idea of having one kingdom instead of two, it might save time. Maybe the kingdom could have two princes who rival each other, and one of them corrupted the tree? I believe that idea was mentioned awhile back.
