Spy RP!

**************************************

I creep along in the shadows, determined to deliver the note, no matter what. I know that I'm risking my life. If I am found out, I will die. Moonlight slants through the dark oak leave and illuminated the little cottage in the distance. That is my goal. That is where I need to deliver the message. A gust of wind blows the leaves of the tree as they dance across the night sky in a twirling pattern. I slip between the flower beds without a sound and clamber up the front porch. There is a reason I was selected to be the Messenger. Because of my stealth and slender frame. There's a reason my nickname is Moonlight Cat. I slip the parchment envelope into the door frame and silently disappear back into the shadows.

*************************************

I quickly do as the instructor says. I feel strangly comfortable, like doing things like this was somehow what I was meant for. Suddenly, the instructor tells us all to jump. I wait until almost everyone has jumped so the camera doesn't catch the action. Then, as the last instant, I jump, caulculating the angle and force level. The landing is a bit hard, but I make it. I feel bad for those still left behind.

As I get to my feet, I am still in shock. I dont know what I have just done, but I feel sorry for the others who were left in the carriage. I feel out of breath and Im aching all over. The woman says something about trust which I cant here because both of my ears are ringing. The women helps me to my feet. I manage a weak smile as I stare into eyes. Usually I can tell what kind of a person people are because of there eyes. But this seems to be a mix of cold and friendly. I sigh and follow the woman as she leads us into pitch blackness...

Midnight Cat tells us to jump.  IS SHE CRAZY?!?!  I am not following the orders of someone I JUST met!!  I don't know if Storra can tell, but she is squeezing my hand tight.  We're both terrified oof hieghts.  The rest of the people are already jumping, but Storra and I wait.  Then, I do something against my own will.  I jump.

Storra screams in my ear as we fall.  "Sketch!  Are you crazy?  What are you doing, trusting this woman you barely know?  We already watched her tell some rdom girl to standon a RED X and make a hole in the floor, you really think we should wrust her??"

"Oh, hush up." I say just loud enough for her to hear me.  I think Storra will begin to trust Midnight Cat soon.

I look down to see the ground hurling at my face.  I flip my legs down, and brace for impact as I hit the ground on my knees.  I wince.  My knees are probably scraped and/or bruised.  They hurt.  Like, a lot.  Storra isn't so lucky.  She lands with a Smack! next to me, in a position that looks like she is protecting her head.  She lands on her side.  That's GOT to hurt.  Maybe a broken rib?  Two?  I think she got the wind knocked out of her because she doesn't move an inch after landing.  I push her lightly onto her back, and she gasps for air.  I wince againas I help her to her knees.  Mine are a mess of red.

Luna-

As I lead the group of awed recruits through the dark, damp tunnel, the light from the entrance grows fainter and fainter as we journey deeper. I walk forwards using only my memory to guide us through the labyrinth of tunnels. Occasionally, one of the children trips in the darkness, or a drop of water drips drips down from the dank roof, making us all jump. Suddenly, the tunnel slopes upwards, and the trails of tunnels leading away from the main route become scarcer and scarcer until it forms so wide that a truck could drive through. Suddenly, we see a small circle of light in the distance and I know we have reached our destination.

The children stare at me, awed as we approach the base. I smile warmly at them. Some of them smile back. As we arrive at the entrance, I see a tall, burly figure in a black leather jacket standing in the doorway.

"Children," I say, "meet Darren Larkey. He is my partner.

Iris:

I follow the instructor through the damp, blackness.  I can hardly see.  It's like my sight was taken away from me, which means my other senses must be sharpened.  The echoes of raindrops resound through my ears, and it makes me feel uneasy.  Scratch!  I trip over a few rocks, and almost fall.  I catch myself by putting my hands out before me-an instinct.  I'm happy my hands lean towards a cave wall, and not a person.  The caves are covered with a weird liquid, and I wipe my hands on my pants.  It's sticky, but I get most of it off.  I can almost see the goo sparkling in the cave, but that could just be blood from falling through the hole.  I take a sharp breath in as I think of the pain all over I felt from falling.  How about the whole fall?  Did I like falling?  And if I did, why did  I hesitate to fall in the first place?  I groan silently in my mind.  I'm so confused, and I feel that my thoughts are suffocating me.  Finally, I stop hearing the clomping of shoes down the labyrinth.  I take that as a signal to stop, and I finally am able to see better.  At least I think.  Did our instructor just smile at us?  My world stops as I look at her smile.  Her smile makes everything seem beautiful.  She seems stunning, and so confident in herself.  I can't stop myself from smiling at her.  I take a mental snapshop of it; I know I probably won't be seeing it anytime soon.  She stops smiling as soon as a big shadow surrounds us.

Our instructor says,"Children, say hello to Darren Larkey.  He is my partner."

Darren Larkey, errrr, I guess Mr. Larkey is very tall.  He is so tall, I have to tilt my head a lot to see him. Mr. Larkey is mysterious.  I suddenly am very intruiged.  What is going on here?  Where are we?  I have no answers.

Sam~

Jump? I look at the edge with slight unease. I saw that the lady had already jumped, and so had a few others. If it weren't safe, she wouldn't have done it. I do a slight shrug to ease of the tension in my back, and step off.

I bend my knees and relax, hitting the ground feet first. The impact leaves me stunned but uninjured.

"...Or one day, it may be the death of you," I'm soo glad I caught that last part. Very optimstic. She leads us out of this dark passageway.

We find ourselves standing in front of a large building, smooth with few sharp edges. I hear some of the children gasp, and I chuckle lightly. The woman turns her head toward us and smiles a warm smile. I do a half smile in return, my gaze still fixed on the building.

As we come to the entrance, a tall muscular man stands in front of us, wearing a thick trenchcoat. I cock my head to one side. Its hot as heck out here, man! Get some better clothes on.

My thoughts are interupted by the woman. "Children, Meet Darren Larkey. He is my partner."

I raise one eyebrow in response. Hm, so they work in pairs. I continue chewing my bubble gum thoughtfully.

This'll be fun.

My partner? Huh? There are more of them? I shake my head. Of coarse there are. I stand on my tippy toes to get a better view. This guy is TALL! Suddenly, he emerges from the shadows and I am surprised. He just looks like a normal person, no wounds,  no mechanical eyes....he does have a pair of dark sun glasses and a long scar, running down his cheek, though. Cool! This is kinda what I was expecting. He is completely bald and wears a leather jacket and denim jeans. He smiles and slaps Luna on the back.

"Hey, guys." He says. "You ready to come in?"

We all sort of half-nod and smile weakly.

"Alright then." He says. He turns around and walks towards the doorway in which he was leaning not ten seconds ago. We follow him through, single file and an amazing sight meets our eyes.

Luna-

Good old Darren, always to the point...anyway, as we lead the recruits through the open door and into the training room, excitement floods me. It's good to be back, I whisper so only Darren can hear.

The children are staring around, amazed at the sight that is meeting their eyes. I can see that camouflaged costumes, advanced weaponry and, well lasers are too much for a group of exited teenagers.

Darren stops and turn to face the group. "As you stay here, we will be like a second family to you, and care about you as much as parents would. However, if you show laziness, disruption or in any other matter disrespect to us, your peers, and any others who are safe to trust, you will suffer consequences, the worst of which, being sent home in disgrace, expelled. You will be trained her for three full months, *which will go by very fast, we shouldn't waist to much time at the start of this RP.* Before you will have you're first mission, then choosing if you shall leave of stay."

"Now we must not tire you too much," I smile, "It has been a long day. Darren and I will show you to the dining room before you head off to your dorms."

Tomorrow, the children will pledge secrecy to our society, and swear to never reveal its secrets to anybody.

Guys, after tomorrow, when you pledge the secrecy, we will just skip three months ahead to your first mission: For example, Three months passed in a blur, and I felt myself becoming stronger all the way....

Or something.

So we can pledge how we want. So here I am. I'm writing a song to play on the keytaur that hopefully gets my point across. Sketch is doing a picture for hers. How surprising.

LATER...............

I stand in front of the whole group with my keytaur in my hands. I glance down and stage fright kicks in. Sketch smiles at me and holds a thumbs up. I look up and smile.

"My life, has never been secret. But I know, that I can start keeping, things to myself. . . Except from Sketch *winks at Sketch* All I've ever known is music, drawing, an my sib, but I can't stop this feeling, like there's got to be something more. So you can try too get me to tell the truth, but I've got some secrets too, so if you aren't careful, then get out of my Way...eay....eay... So I pledge to try to be as secretive as I can be, and do that to the best, of my abilities.... So I'm pledging loyalty to this family, to this group of people I'm going to know, and I pledge that I won't tell a secret on my li...ife. If that's what it takes, then consider myself worthwhile because I can't be there for the whole while, but I want to stay, and I swear to tell a lie, to hide the truth, so this all works in our favor. " I do a mix between a bow and a curtsie and walk away.

Iris:

Three months of training pass by quickly.  The food here is the only healthy food I've ever really eaten.  With the training, it helps my muscles become bigger, and my height become taller.   I've come to know my instructor, whose name is Midnight Cat.  She's taught us all sorts of things, and today, I will be graduating from the class.  Soon, I will be on my first mission.  Midnight Cat calls me up from the list of students.  I walk up on the stage.

She says, "Repeat after me."

I nod, to nervous to say a word.

"You will not tell anyone about this organization unless it is ordered.  You will protect the people in this organization, and throughout the world with your life.  You will try to defeat the bad people out there.  You will keep your identidy secret.  You will....."

It goes on and on.  I remember every word, and recite it.  I look out at the audience.  Everyone I've known for these three months is there.  I hear the words from Midnight Cat's mouth I couldn't wait to here:

"You are now a spy"

I'm too shocked to say anything.  I recieve a metal to put on my shirt, proving what I've become.  I put it on.  I go back to the audience, and my peers I've gotton to know.  Finally, everyone has become a spy.  Everyone has taken the pledge.  Cheering erupts from the audience.  We clap our hands, and scream.  I never thought I would make it, but I'm here.  I'm here, and ready for my first mission.

The first few months passed quickly.  After the first few days, after Storra sang her song and I presented my picture, I moved in with Storra and we sticked together like we had always done.

My best class is camoflage.   I can paint myself to fit in a lot of surroundings.  I won't even have to see the area before painting myself accordingly.

Storra's favorite is stealth.  She says she learns a lot in it.  It's true.  She's getting good at being quiet and scaring me.  I think she enjoys it.

We have all the same classes, so we always walk together.

When we walk into campflage today, Darren and Midnight Cat (Yes, we still haven't learned her name) are waiting for us.  The rest of the class waits also.

"Well, this is new," Storra says.  When she first says it, I think she's talking about us being late.  Then I notice the whole room staring at us.

"Storra," Midnight Cat begins, "Sketch, or should I say TwistedSifter and UnderCraft Girl, you have qualified for your first mission."

"Sketch, start researching the suroundings in this file.  Storra, there are maps in here for you to scout." Darren hands me a folder.

"Um. . .Okay," I say.  I've never done a disguise from just words before!!  I give Storra a nervous glance.

LATERZZZZZZZ. . . . . . . . . . . .

"Our first mission!  I can't belive it!" Storra says excitedly.  "And I'm in charge f stealth scouting!  Hey, who else is in the mission?"

I start to open the file, but Storra stops me.  "Well, not out here!  What if someone sees it?  Wait until we get to our room."
