Plot idea: Caracapezc breaks free and destroys the camp, Eva leads them to a nearby town to find supplies, and they find Moonlight there.

I’m not sure what to do. I’ve never really felt shy before, but this is rather different then a embarrassing situation. “I- uh-“ Mira stammers, like she wasn’t expecting her question to work, “But why did he become evil?”

“I honestly have no idea,” Eva said. I could tell she wasn’t saying the whole thing, but now she was on guard against Mira making her say more things so that wouldn’t work. Besides, she should have the right to keep some secrets. Eva hurriedly changes the subject. “You know Ian, you and Xena were a little more than friends last time,” she says mischievously, raising her eyebrows at the two of them. I laugh, then look over at Zara. I wonder if we were “a little more than friends...” Zara seems to be having the same thought, looking at me out of the corner of her eye.I smile at her...

Suddenly, Ian doubles over and clutches his head. His eyes seem to be looking at something in the distance, and he’s gone quiet, which isn’t really in character for him. As quickly as it came, the weird moment seems to pass, and now Ian’s yelling. “Eva! You could be very mean at times... also you were my LITTLE sister? And waaait... Caracapezc was a SORCEROR? Of DARKNESS?”

Eva runs to hug him, and I step back a bit. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s Ian and Eva’s thing now, and besides it’s capital W weird. They break apart and everyone goes back to staring at each other. Finally, to break the silence, I say, “Do we still have to train?”

”Ah...” Eva says, at a loss for words, ”not right now?”

“Alright, bye, catch you guys later, see ya!” I bolt off in the direction of the woods, with some vague idea of finding magic creatures like Alliya’s dragon.

”Wait!” Zara calls, but she’s smiling. “Who’s going to clean up this mess?”

”Um...” I turn around and look at the wrecked dining hall. “Will?”

Will smirks. “You’re on your own there, Sky.” But he starts clearing up broken plates anyways.

I go to work uprighting benches. Luckily the pavilion is made of living trees with pretty strong roots- still, one’s torn out of the ground. I smile at the other kids beside me. Maybe the Mythical Realm isn’t so bad after all.

"My Lord" the Golem said, kneeling in front of the mystical ice block that Caracapezc was trappeds inside "Your armys are ready to march on Mysticum County." :>and the Sorcerors, have they been wiped out?<: was the telepathic reply. "no, my liege, they managed to kill my warrior that i sent after them." :>hmm... they are growing strong...As am i.<: the golem smiled. "how strong, my liege?" :>you have failed me, have you not?<: "how, my Lord?" :>you sent an incompetent FOOL to kill the Sorcerors.<: "Y-Yes, i suppose i did, my Lord" :>then i will demonstrate just how strong i am growing. ON YOU!!!<: with those last two words, Caracapezc thrust his hand out of the ice destroyed the Golem with a bolt of darkness.

one day later~ 

Ian grinned at Eva "You mean it? you'll really let any friends of ours from the Mythical realm come?" "Yep." Eva said. "YAY!...oh, wait." "Hmmm?" "i er, didn't exactly have any friends...because of a trio of bullys that i may or may not have discovered my powers on...hey, what's so funny?" Eva had fell over backwards in her chair she was laughing so hard. "that was exactly how you discovered your powers the first time 'round" she managed to get out through laughing fits "Did you get that shocked, horrified, and all-around extremely hilarious expression on your face?" "Shut up." he said, then hurled the remainders of his lunch at her. She then fell over again from laughing

I grin as I watch Eva and Ian laugh together. Maybe I should bring Jeanne too- although honestly, my adopted older sister isn’t nearly as cool as the Sorceror of Bridging. But we can bring friends! My day of pestering Eva has worked! I can’t wait to show Zelda everything- my awesome room, the training grounds- oh, and my power! I know I’m giddy, but I don’t care. I spin around the clearing, getting dizzier and dizzier and falling down laughing. Stellax looks equally happy, but I notice a few kids looking depressed. Alliya’s staring into the distance and petting her dragon, and Zara’s up in a tree again. I can tell she does that when she wants to be alone, so like any good friend, I head over there and start trying to cheer her up in the most annoying way possible.

I dangle upside down from a branch and swing,  reaching for the branch below me. I grab it tightly and let go with my feet, tumbling down in a awesome way. I look up at Zara. “Was that awesome, or not?” 

“You can fly, Sky,” she reminds me. “It’s not like climbing a tree is hard.”

”Not hard? Then why don’t you try it?” I ask teasingly.

”Sure,” Zara says, and then she flips upside down. I can tell she hasn’t done many tricks, but she does it almost perfectly anyway. Because that’s the way she is. She finishes the move and grins at me. “Proving my point- it’s easy!”

”No, it’s not,” I say quietly. “You’re just amazing.”

Zara smiles, and it feels like the whole world is lighting up.

”So are you.”
