Finsh the story:

"Leave me alone!" Clovertoe screeched. Several cats looked up to see what the racket was all about, several were already watching.

"No! Not until you tell me!" Quickwing yowls.

The cats begin to take sides.

"She shouldn't have to share private information!"

"He deserves to know!"

Suddenly, Heatherstar emerges from his den.

"What is the meaning of this?!"

Anyways...

Clovertoe shivered. It was chilly at this time of year. Not long ago, rain had begun to pound her back, and now she was in her den, her nest soaked, rainwater dripping down her back.

Cats were beginning to flood into the camp, chattering excitedly about the gathering.

Meanwhile I had to stay behind with the kits and elders.

"Redear, any news?" Clovertoe called to her brother.

"Not much. The prey's running well in all the Clans, or swimming, I guess, for RiverClan." Redear responded with a wink.

"Oh, Redear."

Clovertoe tried to get comfortable in her wet bedding, but failed. Well, what now?

"Petalheart," said Clovertoe. "Are you asleep?"

"How can any cat sleep in a dripping den?" She replied, and the den was filled with murmurs of agreement. Petalheart's always been popular.

The pretty gray she-cat had many secret admirers, which was understandable. Not me, with this lumpy, ugly thing. She looked down at her paw. If only things were different.

"Helloooo? Clovertoe?" Petalheart called, breaking into Clovertoe's thoughts. "Are you gonna answer me or what?"

"Ah, sorry, what was that?"

"What do you think will happen? For your punishment?"

Clovertoe froze, and Petalheart must have seen her panicking, for she said, "I mean, for your punishment for your apprentice? Uh, sorry, guys, this is private. C'mon, the rain's stopped, let's go for a walk."

With a flick of her tail in the direction of the opening in the den, the sisters left, leaving several dissapointed toms.

Birdfoot, who was guarding the camp that night, eyed Clovertoe warily as she passed.

"No funny stuff tonight, you hear?"

"No worries, Birdfoot! Just a midnight stroll, no cat can sleep in a wet den!" Said Petalheart.

With a nod of understanding, Birdfoot allowed them to pass.

Once they were a good distance away from the camp, Petalheart asked, "So, what's going on?"

"I pretended to kill the kits for a stupid argument and acted like it was okay and now every cat hates me! I'm a horrible cat..."

Clovertoe sank down into the wet grass. Petalheart crouched down and nuzzled her. "It's not your fault."

"But it is! It is all my fault! How could I?"

"It's your paw. You feel the need to prove yourself, and that got taken a little too far, that's all."

Clovertoe and Petalheart sat like that for a while, damp pelts brushing. When the moon came close to the horizon once again, Clovertoe had the sense to stand up.

"We'd better go. Thanks, Petalheart."

The sisters padded silently away from the clearing, pelts still touching.

By the way, guys, you might be wondering why I keep mentioning Clovertoe's paw. It's not tan like the rest of her body, but brown, and it's deformed. I put that on another thread, but I thought I put it on this one.

Lilypaw was crouched down, her belly skimming the ground. She carefully lifted her tail, just a bit, so that it wouldn't drag through the undergrowth. She unsheathed her claws and dug them into the soft, wet dirt. She stalked closer and closer until...

"Yowch!" Mapleleaf let out a mewl of surprise as Lilypaw pounced on his tail. "Lilypaw!"

Lilypaw mrowed with amusement. "Sorry, Mapleleaf!" she purred.

Mapleleaf sighed exasperatedly, then smiled. "Why don't you use those excellent hunting skills of yours for some prey instead of my tail?"

Still purring, Lilypaw obeyed, and padded out of the forest clearing into the trees.

Lilypaw wandered through the territory, all in vain. Where'd all the prey go?

Finally, she scented a vole. Finally! I can almost taste my very first catch!

But stronger was the scent of frogs... And something else. Huh?

"Hey!" a group of strange smelling cats ran up to her. Lilypaw tasted the air. Mouse dung! My front paws are literally on the borderline!

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't realize how close I was to the border! D-don't worry, I'm going now! Bye!" Lilypaw turned to run, but the tabby leading the group, a tortoiseshell she-cat, blocked her path.

"Typical ThunderClan! Naturally, it was THEIR apprentice that would cross the border! WindClan are dumb, RiverClan are strange, and THUNDERCLAN are cheeky half-clan cats! Do you think we don't know about Patchfoot and Murray?" The cat sneered.

Lilypaw froze. Her mother had mated with a loner, and no cat let her forget it. "L-leave me alone!" she stammered.

"What, the kittypet's scared? Gonna run home to her Twolegs? Ha! ThunderClan are also cowards! Right, Snakepaw?"

Lilypaw gasped. From behind her, a brown tabby nudged a certain black-and-orange cat foward.

"Snakepaw?"

@Clovertoe, I'm sorry to say this, but I probably won't make an entry to the story until maybe the end of November. My 50,000 word-count goal for NaNoWriMo has really taken up a lot of my time so far, and I doubt that will stop. Again, I'm really sorry, However, I will continue to top this if it gets low, and I might be able to squeeze in a short post here and there. Bye!

It's okay! Don't feel obligated to post, it's not your JOB or anything. I just made this post for fun, and to see just how creative people could be, and I'm enjoying it!

Today's a good day for me to post, since I've got my daily word-count done. So here ya go, Clovertoe! (Hey that rymes!)

Lilypaw~

"Snakepaw?" she said in disbelief. She quickly checked it. Why wouldn't he be on a patrol with his Clanmates?
Snakepaw looked at her apoligetically. "Hi, Lilypaw."
"Snakepaw, I asked you a question." The tortoishell was glaring at Snakepaw. "I said, don't you think that ThunderClan cats are cowards?"
Snakepaw flinched every time the tortoishell said his name, causing Lilypaw's head to swirl with questions. "Y-yes," he stammered. "O-of course, Turtlenose. ThunderClan cats are s-such cowards." His voice trembled.

Oh, fox dung! What'll Lilypaw think of me now? Snakepaw stared guiltily down at his paws.

"What, you know this dumb half-clan? Pshh! She's more no-Clan than anything!"

Lilypaw was staring at her paws as well. "I-I'm not no-Clan! P-Patchfoot... I n-not... No f-fair..." Lilypaw tripped over her words, and her pretty green eyes were full of longing. Snakepaw understood. Longing for a loving father, and a loyal mother. Snakepaw felt even worse. I have the most perfect parents that any cat could ask for. Not Lilypaw. It's not her fault she's half-Clan!

But Snakepaw didn't know what to say. Finally, Quietfoot stalked straight over the border and extended his claws. Turtlenose followed, a malicious look on her slender face.

"Don't say we didn't warn you. ATTACK!" The three other cats in the group leapt at Lilypaw, claws outstretched, and seeing the unreasonable fight, Snakepaw couldn't stop himself.

"NO!"

All three cats glanced up, except Lilypaw, who collapsed, soaked in blood. Snakepaw stared at her in horror. His words got caught in his throat. He cautiously stepped forward and crouched down to sniff the barely consious apprentice, and suddenly a yowl blasted his ears.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!"

Lilypaw was dizzy. She struggled to hold on to her senses. Wet? Lilypaw tried to lick herself clean, but couldn't sit up. She opened her eyes, but only a bit, and everything was blurry. My pelt is red? Weird...

She heard yowling. Angry yowling. Is that Mapleleaf? She opened her mouth, but words didn't come. But when she opened her mouth, her scent glands got to work. Blood?

Then came the pain. "Noooooo!" Yowled Lilypaw in agony. "Heeeelllllp!"

And everything was dark.

Thunder struck. Fire engulfed Lilypaw. Around her was black, and there was only the vibrant flames covering her. She screeched in pain.

"Whyyyyyy?!"

Then a gust of wind flew by, slamming into her, and the flames grew, bigger and brighter. Lilypaw choked on her pain. "No-o-o-o-o-oo..."

And water splashed from afar, and the world was bright again. The tang of herbs filled Lilypaw's nose. Home...

Snakepaw~

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?"
Snakepaw cowered back as the cat who had yowled in his ears, a brown and white tabby she-cat with one black foot, leaned forward and glared at him.
"What have you done to my daughter?" she asked again, her voice cracking.
"I-- I-- I didn't do anything!" Snakepaw meowed quietly, realizing that the tabby must be Patchfoot, Lilypaw's mother. "I was-s-s t-trying to stopt them!"
"Oh, likely. A ShadowClan warrior trying to stop fellow ShadowClan warriors from attacking?"
"It wasn't a fair fight! Of course I would try to stop them!" Snakepaw looked at Lilypaw's unconcious body as the other cats in Patchfoot's patrol carried the apprentice away.
"Also," sneered Turtlenose, "Snakepaw is not a warrior. He failed his final asessment."
"Shut up, Turtlenose," Snakepaw grumbled.
"Snakepaw, you do not speak to your elders like that." Mossnose, who had also come on the patrol, stepped forward and glared at Snakepaw. "Let's go."
Snakepaw let himself be pulled away, but before they had gone far, he jerked back and ran up to Patchfoot. The tabby pulled back, snarling, but Snakepaw managed to touch his nose to hers before she escaped. "I'm sorry," he said quietly. Patchfoot's eyes widened, and she looked at him questioningly, but he had already followed the rest of his irritated Clanmates into the undergrowth.
