*dramatic gasp*

(By the way, yay, I'm so glad Scarlet's back! :D)

Thimble~

I spot movement to my left and glance up briefly--only to have my gaze lock with the eyes of a ghost.

I blink, startled, and my whiskers twitch. No, that's not a ghost, I realize as I quell the shiver boiling up within. It's...it's Scarlet...

She draws closer. I try to look away, and yet, I can't. No, she'll recognize me! But oh, it's been so long...and part of me...wants to be found.

"...Thimble?" She recognized me!

Memories cascade into my mind, memories that I'm trying to keep buried. When I was stranded, alone in the Decoy Forest, it was Scarlet I kept seeing. But she wasn't real, and I thought I'd never see her again.

"Sc--Scarlet?!" I stammer, my heart beating like a hammer. She will know. She'll know something's different about me. But I swallow and try to hold her gaze.

I'm still not exactly sure how 'evil' Thimble is, or what kind of 'evil' she is. I know she's definitely been, well, darkened, but deep down she still cares about Scarlet...hm. She's not like Catastrophe, at any rate. Any ideas??

ADDITIONAL OBJECTS/SERVICES NEEDED (PYROTECHNICS, SPLASH SHIELD, ETC.): I will generate my own force field, but a wall between the stage and the audience just in case if availible. Oh yeah, and a fireproof floor.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DRESSING ROOM (SPECIAL FOODS, ETC.): None, I'll bring what I need.
PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR ACT IN A PARAGRAPH, INCLUDING SAMPLE SONG NAMES, LYRICS, POEMS, JOKES, ETC.: I am an elemental, which means that I have some control over the main elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and Magic when relevant. My act is a stunt show that is a little bit different each time. Mostly I you the elemetns of Fire, Water and Earth to my advantage by making vines grow out of the wall to catch me as I fall, levitate through a ring of fire inside of a bubble of water, make a fire fountain, and dive off a tall tower that I make into a pool of water and then blast out of it amidst spurts of fire and plants/leaves. And for the grand finale, incorparating all of the elements into a show of (literal) fire-works as a shoot up on a jet of water, onto a platform, and then jump impossibly high, flipping at the top and finally landing down on the stage into a curtsy.

I order a snack of Mystery Meat at the counter and join a table of FaFA office agents who are on their break.

"Hellooo!" I greet them, dropping my plate on their table with a clatter.

"Hey, Ren. How's it going?"

"Fine. I'm about to leave for a mission!"

They look impressed. After all, it's not often I sign up for these sorts of things.

I grin. "Yep, I'm on the Power of Hoof case. I may even get to help steal the thing!"

"Who else is gonna be there?" they wonder.

"I'm going with a team. But other than us, there's been word from informants of pirates, and then we think Catastrophe might send some guys down there too. Oh, and what do you want to bet the Resistance will be there?" I add with a grimace.

They nod and murmur.

I eat my snack and rise. "Well, I'd better get going. See you guys in a few days!"

After days of traveling, I finally reached the Bog and Burrow Inn. As I get there, a coyote walks out.

"Hello!" I type into my machine. 

" Oh, hi! " The coyote replied. "I'm Ren." I saw the glint of a FAFA badge in her fur.

" I'm Bomani. Hey, I see that you're part of FAFA. I've been kinda considering joining... "

Just as I'm heading out of the B&B, I see a pangolin coming towards the door.

Ooh, I've never met a pangolin before. He holds an interesting machine, one which he types into rapidly.

"Hello!" he says with it.

Ooh, how cool! That's even better than a Cypher. "Oh, hi!"

"I'm Bomani. Hey, I see that you're part of FAFA. I've been kinda considering joining..."

I blink and cock my head. Oh, note to self, I should probably take off my badge before going on this mission.

"That's great!" I reply. "You've come to the right place. If you're wanting to join, you should go talk to Bigwig the rabbit inside," I tell him with a wink.

"Thanks," I typed . "I imagine I'll see you again."

" Yep! " Ren replied. She smiled and walked away, waving goodbye.

I entered the Inn, and searched for a rabbit with a FAFA badge. I walked up to them.

"Hello," I typed , "Are you Wigbig?"

" Yes! I am Wigbig. Who are you and what brings yoh here? " The rabbit replied.

"I'm Bomani, and I'd like to join FaFA."

Nesbit entered the Bog and Burrow inn to find a mute pangolin speaking with Bigwig, the B&B's chef and a key member of FaFA. Eyes wide and more than a little curious, Nesbit nonchalantly siddled over to the counter to eavesdrop.

Ah, so the pangolin wanted to join FaFA. Bigwig wondered what kind of position the pangolin--named Bomani--was seeking.

Too bad anyone could be a spy this day in age, Nesbit thought before realizing he himself was a spy--for FaFA. Oh. What I meant was, too bad anyone could be an enemy spy this day in age.

Hello, Faith! I think I can answer both of those questions. 

No, as far as I'm aware this thread is not still going on, though many others are.

You can still apply to perform here, though Cricket is no longer posting the performers in the magazine. 

If you need any more help or have any questions, just let me know!
