Professor Hornshaw asked me to start a thread for young scientists who accept the Brazen Inquiry Guild’s job offer. Please post your formal acceptances here. Along with your acceptances, we would like to hear how you might help the Guild:

--How will your latest invention further humankind's mastery of the natural world?

--What wild animal would you most like to domesticate, and why?

--Do you have any relevant certifications (i.e. cage building, cage soundproofing, cage maintenance, interrogation techniques, testing cosmetics on animals, etc.)?

I look forward to seeing you around the lab. Thank you and DOMINIUM EX SCIENTIA.

My invention, the droppener, will help to capture difficult animals by exerting a smell like their favorite food or drink.

I would like to domesticate a snow leopard and/or penguin.

Yes I have inumerable skills that I will not dare to say here.

I'll join!!!WinkInnocent

I accept this job.

I have invented a radar which is small and can be carried easily to help find your way in dense forests.

I would like to domesticate a mountain lion. I admire its power and would like to use it.

I have worked with all sorts of mechanics and technology.

I am good at thinking up inventions, but not so good at making them unless they aren't too complicated. I will have to think about this question, and see if I can invent something new.

I would not like to domesticate any wild animal. I think all animals deserve to be able to live wild and free, without the confinements of humans.

I am very good using my hands for building things, I have strong, nimble fingers. I am also good at telling if someone is lying or not.

I gladly accept. My latest invention which is almost complete is the automatic gene reader, which can fully transcribe the DNA of any cell into information capable to track specific animals, as when walking we all leave a trail of dead skin cells in our paths. This machine is capable of repairing damaged DNA and can be carried on a back pack. For an animal I domesticate a wolf as they are wise and soulful creatures, fast and deadly, but yet kind if you treat them correctly. You do not want to get on their bad side. My certifications is high level of mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry and ecology, and am an expert on coal carbon gas and energy. I will start on your requirements as soon as possible. Thank you and see you around the lab.

I accept.

My newest invention is an animal call-tracker. It helps by "hearing" animal calls and sounds that we can't, the saying from what direction and what animal it is.

I would like to domesticate a fox, for they are small, harmless looking, and yet quick.

I can help with cage building and sound proofing.

I accept.

--How will your latest invention further humankind's mastery of the natural world?

I was involved with helping develop the Cypher. I came up with the idea of including pawprints, as animals understand each other's tracks. The Cypher allows humans to communicate with animals, and is undoubtedly an extremely big breakthrough in science.

--What wild animal would you most like to domesticate, and why?

I would domesticate the cheetah. Its speed would be useful in research projects.

--Do you have any relevant certifications (i.e. cage building, cage soundproofing, cage maintenance, interrogation techniques, testing cosmetics on animals, etc.)?

Testing cosmetics on animals ? Interrogation techniques?? As a fellow scientist, let me tell you these methods will not further the delicate relationship between animal and human. However, I regret to tell you I have none of these certifications.

Hi Folks! This is Ann Onymous, reporting live from the A-O News Headquarters, in San Bernardino, California. If you don't know me, I'm known as Ann Onymous in the east, A-O in the west, Gandalf in the north, and simply 42 in the South. That means I'm your answer to everything.

So anyway, not only am I good at science, but I'm also good at writing! and psychology! That's right folks. It's time for a bit of a lesson. Have I some directions for you!

All you do is: look at this page & pick elegantly written sign-ups. The rest of the sign ups are written by spies from the FAFA.

Well that's it folks! Good night and I'll see you tomorrow. Maybe.

Thank you, I will be there!

I am good at helping the good guys get bad guys.

I invented the horn of twilight sparkle. I close my eyes and that helps the horn spread power, that creates a shield, makes bad guys let go of you and helps me do my studies.

i would like to domesticate a unicorn because that's what I want. I know that I'm a human and son have a horn for real but I would like to save all the animals.

I like cages very well. I'm good at putting animals in cages. Bad animals I have to put in very fast so they don't scratch me or bite.  I hope I get to work with big animals.

Hello! I would like to accept your offer to join B.I.G. *Looks slightly uncomfortable*

Recently I have invented a powerfull serum that can be used as a sleeping dart. I'm experimenting with different variations to imrpove it's potentcy. I would love to domesticate a monkey, becuase they are so human-like that they would make intersting pets. I'm a certified chemist, and I am also good with animal behavior as I have grown up with animals all my life.

I can't wait to get to work! *Grins uneasily*
