Thanks to the people who have given me feedback: LilyPad, Icy, and Viola? Now for the dramatic DAY 5:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kate woke that morning, aching and burning- oddly- in the places Brian had hit her with the paint. She shrugged it off and went to breakfast, where she feasted on doughnuts and sugary cereal. She thought about yesterday's Lazer tag game and grinned.
The CAPTCHAS babbled about their game of hide and seek, only half of what they were saying making sense. It was rather entertaining to listen to. Viola? and Gracia made plans to go to the game room together, and Thirty drove Gem up a wall by narrating her breakfast. Byann stayed polite under Fireburst's watchful eye, but he secretly was planning to reck havoc in the zoo.
Despite Kate's attempts to forget her pain, it burned and stung. She tried destracting herself by bowling, but as the day wore on, it had worsened too much to ignore. She told Nick. He couldn't come up with a solution. His first aid kit was too simple to help her, which stressed him out very deeply. By this time, Kate was sure there must have been some sort of acid or something in the paint. She moaned.
~
Two hours later, Kate was dead. Nick figured it must have been the murderer, spiking the paint with something deadly. The murderer knew he was right. They had put a chemical substance in the paint with a pH level of negative 3. Ouch.
~
Brian sat at his windowsill, a feeling of guilt promptly in his stomach. He may not have been the nicest AE, but he still felt bad for killing his CBer. That wasn't the only thing on his mind, though. After ... was killed, the murderer's next target was their AE. What if Kate's death meant he was next? His eyes slid over to Kate's bow and arrows. He grabbed them, trying not to think of it as stealing. More as... protecting himself.
~
"One, two, three, four... hmm, to buy or not to buy?" Viola questioned as she and Gracia intently played Monopoly. In the game room they discovered an air hockey table, a pool table, puzzles, lots of board games, several iPods and laptops, and XBoxes, PlayStations, and Wiis galore, with games from Hello Neighbor to Battlefront. Neither of them liked video games, though, so they dug out a board game. Viola? decided to buy the property she landed on. Right when Gracia started her turn, though, there was a sudden loud clank followed by a long hisssssssss. Gracia gasped and ran out of the room, but Viola? stayed behind, which turned out to be the biggest mistake she ever made.
While Gracia stood at the doorway waiting for Viola, the door inexplicably swung shut tight. Both Gracia and Viola tugged at it, but it wouldn't budge. Viola began to panic as the hissing grew louder and the room started to fill with gas. Poisonous gas.
"GRACIA! Gracia... Gra... Gracia..." Viola's cries grew fainter and fainter as the gas entered her lungs, untill they died completely and her pounding on the door ceased.
~
At dinner, Gracia and Brian told everyone that Kate and Viola were murdered. Nick sweat like crazy. Brian stared at the pickles his CBer so loved. When the somber dinner was finished, Kate was buried next to Rose, and while they couldn't bury Viola (the game room and paintball were now off-limits), they still made her a headstone. Nick sighed and put his face in his hands.
Sea Glass took a walk on the beach, but it was hard for xyr to feel relaxed with the bodies of four dead people behind xyr.
~
The murderer was extremely pleased with Eva's work. The poisonous gas tank worked perfectly! They had spiked the paintball guns themselves, of course, but they were still releived Eva had done her job right. They would hate to kill her.
~
Death count: 5. ...: Anvil. Sophia and Rose: stabbed in heart. Kate: acid-ed. Viola: poisoned. RIP, Kate, rest in paint. RIP, Viola, rest in poison.
Well, he just blames himself cuz the reason Kate died was the acid in the paint that Brian spattered her with.
DAY 6:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In the morning, Sea Glass woke up feeling depressed. Xe didn't even want breakfast. Xe knew xe shouldn't mope around all day, so xe checked the list of movies that were playing in the theater that day. A League of Their Own was playing at ten o'clock, so xe decided to go see it.

~

Secret noticed Sea Glass' absence at breakfast. No one else did, though, because Winter and LilyPad had made a tower of doughnuts. Brian applauded them greatly. When Fireburst left for the roller rink, Byann started covering the tower with maple syrup, jam, and cream cheese. Needless to say, it wasn't very hard to forget about the lonely AE. Secret, however, decided to look for xyr, fearing they had been murdered.

~

"There's no crying in baseball!" Shouted the screen. Sea Glass smiled.

~

While Secret looked for Sea Glass, Sam decided to explore the indoor playground. She quickly discovered that aside from just playground equipment, the room also had a real, live forest inhabiting the area. Slowly, she began to climb a tree. Then she had an idea. She grabbed a book from the library, resumed her spot in the tree, and began to read a story about a castle that added rooms to itself, some foreign Invaders, and a feisty princess.

~

Gracia sat glumly in the lounge, clutching her rock like a lifeline. Secret, who was still searching for Sea Glass, passed her and got a little concerned. She sat down next to her.

"Hey, you OK?" she asked kindly. Gracia moaned.

"It's my fault Viola's dead," she mumbled. "I just ran away without even thinking of her."

"That's not true!" But whatever she said, Gracia was convinced that she did it. Secret bit her lip, wanting to go back to her search. Gracia didn't really seem to mind.

Secret began to search the basketball court. She trecked along the sidelines, calling Sea Glass' name. Just when she decided to check the giant ball pit, Secret stepped on a tripwire.

And that tripwire sent an arrow flying into her head.

~

When the movie was done, Sea Glass felt a lot better. Xe decided to head down to the beach. As soon as xe got there, though, Sam rushed down and shouted that Secret was dead. Xe immediately got up and followed Sam inside.

The atmosphere was heavy with mourning and guilt, a disgusting mixture of sorrow. Nick was so under pressure he wanted to burst into tears.

~

Death count: 6. ...: Anvil. Sophia and Rose: stabbed in heart. Kate: acid-ed. Viola: poisoned. Secret: shot with arrow.

I’m really enjoying this! I like how each day focuses on multiple people, so you can’t tell who will die.

The top two candidates for murderer are LilyPad and Thirty, but at this point it still could be just about anyone.

Nooooo! I died! *fakes a dramatic swoon for emphasis*

I don't think it's Brian. The murderer could easily have spiked the paint balls without his knowing it, and the phrasing seems to back that up.

Eee, so many emotional consequences...! Poor Nick.

Glad you like it, guys! Now for DAY 7:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As on the fourth day, Nick made an announcement that morning. Unlike the fourth day, however, this announcement accually made some CBers exited. Nick had said a new arcade had been opened, and Winter was so excited, she hastily brushed her hair, dressed, wolfed down some bacon, sausage, and doughnuts, then sprinted to the 7th floor and blew up some stormtroopers on a Star Wars original trilogy game. Several others joined her. Byann crashed his car about a bazillion times, Icy failed Pac Man, and Lily promptly became a pinball wizard.
~
While the CBers and AEs played in the arcade, the two CAPTCHAS played in the giant ball pit. They had very deep and meaningful four-letter word conversations about their experience in the Hotel so far, wild AEs, and how good chairs taste.
~
"The insane AE said some inappropriate words as he failed to get the mystery prize for the fith time in a row," Thirty reported evenly.
"The claw is hard, and you're super destracting, so WILL YOU STOP THAT!" Byann snarled impatiently.
"Hey, I just became the queen of this game!" Gem bragged loudly. Lily shot her AE a look before getting back to her pinball machine. Fireburst and Gracia cheered as they finished their quest through the jungle. Brian hovered over Winter, who ignored him. Sam sighed and pushed another quarter in the slot for the basketball game. Icy pressed down on giant piano keys. Everyone was having an extremely enjoyable time.
~
The CAPTCHAS swam around the pit, randomly spitting out four-letter words. Then, suddenly, the pit began to shudder and vibrate. The two kittens only had time to glance at each other curiously before they were being sucked down a gaping hole, falling and falling, until they hit the bottom with twin sickening thuds.
~
Sea Glass wandered around aimlessly until xe came across the entrance to the ball pit, where xe heard loud rumbling noises. Xe immediately ran in, but it was too late to save the CAPTCHAS.
~
Fireburst sobbed, each tear containing a great amount of emotion. Slowly, she dragged her feet up to her room. No use trying to have fun at the arcade any more.
Whatever renewed happiness there had been at the arcade was now gone. Everyone hated the murderer for killing the sweet, innocent CAPTCHAS. Fireburst didn't show up to dinner. There was far too much gloom hanging around the air. Nick knew that was certain.
~
Nick flopped into a chair, groaning. Eva didn't react. She was a little nervous that if she opened her mouth, all her secrets would come pouring out. Nick sighed. Eva noticed he had enormous bags of tiredness hanging under his eyes. He was, evidently, exhausted.
"They're all so miserable," he groaned. "Evereybody has someone to greive at this point."
"Well, just do something to lift their spirits. An organized, fun activity," she suggested. Nick considered this, then, slowly, smiled.
"I have an idea," and he began to plan it out, Eva nodding her approval. When it was finished, Nick had no doubt that this would do the trick.
~
Minutes later, Eva called the murderer on a walkie-talkie. The murderer grinned at such a good opportunity.
DAY 8: ORGANIZED CHAOS:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

That morning, everyone was munching dully on bacon, eggs, cinnamon rolls, waffles, cereal, and toast spread with peanut butter, jam, cream cheese, Nutella, butter, and, in Byann's case, whipped cream, when Nick waltzed in, looking more relaxed then he had been in days. In fact, a grin was spread wide across his face as he cleared his throat.

"Good morning, guests! I have noticed you have all seemed a little down lately, so I have decided to plan some fun activities. Prepare for a day of ultimate fun!

"There will be three games played. I have sorted you into two teams that will be your team for the whole day. On team one: LilyPad, Agent Winter, Icy, Sam, and Brian. On team two: Gracia, Gem, Fireburst, Byann, Thirty, and Sea Glass. Teams, get together and decide on a name. Finish your breakfast and meet me by the elevators in half an hour. Have fun!"

Everyone inhaled the rest of their breakfasts, then huddled up in their teams. Team one chose the name Bonechillers, because both Winter and Icy were on their team, while team two chose the name Rarities, because they had both Gem and Sea Glass.

Half an hour later, the eleven remaining guests gathered by the elevators like Nick had instructed. He was already there, waiting for them.

"I like to call this... ORGANIZED CHAOS! Like I said, there will be three games. The team that wins more games will decide a punishment for the other team." Several people grinned menacingly at that. "The first game is called Lights Out Tag. In ten minutes when the game starts, I will turn the lights off. Everyone will be wearing glow sticks exept for one member of each team, who will be the tagger. The tagger's job is to catch all the people on the other team before the other tagger does. The first team to have all it's members tagged loses. Tagger's are not allowed to get the other tagger. Any questions?" Brian raised his hand.

"Yes, Brian?" Nick asked.

"Will we still get lunch?"

"Yes, you will get lunch. Does anyone have a question about the game?" No one did. "Alrighty then! What are your team names? Oh! And the people who get tagged must go to the lobby."

The Bonechillers got blue glow sticks while the Rarities got red. The teams got into positions. The lights went out.

"Let the game begin!" Nick boomed.

Lights Out Tag had begun.

The Bonechillers' tagger was Lily, while the Rarities' was Fireburst. Lily snuck along a hallway, eyes peeled for any red light. Meanwhile, Byann took this opportunity to ride down the railing along the stairs. At the same moment, Lily climed up the stairs, and, just like that, Byann was tagged. He groaned and trudged downstairs, outraged to find he was the first one to be tagged.

Gracia speedwalked down the third-floor hallway, fear rising in her chest. The murderer was still among them! It would be so easy for them to kill her in the dark! It was no wonder, therefore, that she uttered a little scream when she bumped into someone.

She was relieved to see Sea Glass, who was headed in the other direction. Sea Glass apologized for scaring her, then continued on xyr way. Xe headed to the stairs, unsure where to go next. However, with the lights off, xe didn't see the tripwire on top of the staircase. When xe stepped on it, it sent a heavy piece of metal flying to the back of xyr head, nocking xyr out and giving xyr a concussion, sending xyr flying into the wall opposite. Gracia heard the noise and ran to see what had happened. She gasped.

~

Five minutes later, Fireburst had cought Icy and Brian, which was good for them, but at the same time, Sea Glass had been murdered. Gracia was so worried she pretend she had been tagged, just so she could be in the safety of the lounge, where there was lights and Nick. Soon enough, Sam got caught as well, followed by Winter, and team Rarities had won the first game.

While Nick was shocked by Sea Glass' death, nothing could dent his determination for the group to have fun. He promised them a burial, then proceeded to tell them what the next game was. He told them to meet him in the dining room.

"Well then. Is anybody hungry?" A few people nodded yes. "Well then, the next game is for you! This is a pie-eating contest. The rules are simple: each team will be presented with ten whole pies. The first team to eat all of their pies wins. Oh, and one more thing: you can only use your face!" Several people looked very excited, Sam looked more hesitant, and Thirty appeared revolted.

The teams took their places once more. Ten pies were placed in front of them. "On your mark... Get set...GO!"

The Pie-Eating Contest had begun.

On team Rarities, Byann was the only one truly trying. Thirty refused to do it at all. Gem wasn't too fond, either. Fireburst and Gracia made an effort, but it wasn't much. The Bonechillers, however, did very well. Sam and Icy split one in half, Lily stomached one whole one, but what they lacked in Winter and Brian made up for. They practically inhaled whole pies, not even bothering to see what the flavors were. In a surprisingly short amount of time, the Bonechillers had won. Sandwiches were served afterwards, but not many were very hungry.

After a half-hour break, Nick was ready for the third game. He asked everyone to meet him in the indoor playground, where, as Nick and Sam knew, there was also a forest.

"Okay, everyone, this next game is called... Treasure Hunt! I will give each team thier treasure- a Ruby for team Rarities, a sapphire for team Bonechillers. Each team will put their treasure in a place that is somewhat hidden- it still has to be visible. Two people can stay hidden by the treasure. The goal of the game is to get the other team's treasure and bring it back to your base, without being tagged. The people who hide by the treasure are the taggers. If you get tagged, you must go back to your base. You are only free when another person on your team is tagged. The first team to successfully get the treasure wins!"

On team Bonechillers, Sam and Icy volunteered to be the taggers. They had in bushes, the sapphire nestled in front of them. Brian, Winter, and Lily formed a plan on how to get the Ruby. On team Rarities, Gracia and Thirty were chosen as taggers. Thirty promised not to narrate, for the sake of her team. Gem, Fireburst, and Byann prepared themselves to do anything to get that sapphire- it was all down to this.

The hunters took their places at their base, positioned to run. "On your mark... Get set... GO!"

The Treasure Hunt had begun.

While the Rarities Hunters split up, the Bonechillers stuck together, having a plan for when they found the treasure. After a couple of minutes, Brian spotted a glint of red nestled in a tree. On the count of three, they all ran up together. Only, no one came after them. Puzzled, Lily climed up the tree to take a closer look.

"Looks like a Ruby to me," she reported, confused.

"Maybe this is some weird attack plan?" Winter asked uncertainty. Brian shrugged. Lily reached out to touch it.

"Lily, no!" Winter shouted, but it was too late. For the moment her fingers touched the phony gem, a mine hidden inside of it exploded.

"LILY!" Brian and Winter screamed. But they already knew she couldn't hear them.

~

Meanwhile, Byann tried to redeem himself from Glow Stick Tag. However, that completely backfired, because when he found the sapphire, he ran in with no plan and Icy tagged him in no time. Cursing, he trudged back to the base. To his luck, Gem got tagged not to soon after, and he was set free.

~

Winter and Brian, while shaken, decided to carry on with the game. Together, they weaved through the forest, searching carefully for any glints of bright red. After a while, they found it, planted promptly in some tree roots, resting against the trunk. Gracia's knee poked out from behind the tree next to it, indicating that this was the real one. Winter nodded at Brian. He ran forward, shouting and waving his arms. Gracia immediately sprang up from behind her tree. Thirty, uncertain, followed her lead. Brian diverted them from the Ruby, giving Winter the chance to run and grab it. She sprinted away, fighting the urge to jump up and whoop. Instead, she breezed her way to the base, raising the Ruby in triumph. Sadly, she thought about poor Lily. Nick announced that the Bonechillers won, so they got to choose something the Rarities had to do.

Nick was unsure weather or not to call that day a success or not. He asked the group if they enjoyed themselves, and they, said yes, but they felt bad for Sea Glass and Lily. However, he felt that he had worked too hard on these games to say he failed. He consulted Eva, and she agreed. That wasn't the biggest thing on Nick's mind, though.

No, the big thing that troubled Nick that night was how... How... the murderer had set those traps up. He and Eva we're the only ones that knew. Unless Eva...? No. He refused to believe it. She would never.

Nick had these troubling thoughts in his head to lull him into a restless sleep.

~

RIP, Sea Glass and Lily, you will be missed.
