Alice in Wonderland..

Alice in Wonderland...  I don't think I've ever been so excited for a movie to come out.  Tim Burton + Johnny Depp = good movie, yes?  My youth leader's daughter, who's 21, and I are good friends (she's pretty much just a thirteen-year-old with a license), is taking me to see the midnight showing of it.  Hopefully in 3D.  Hopefully in the IMAX.  I'm quite excited.  I'm assuming some of you are, too?

I heard about Alice, and I guess I'll rent it when it comes out on DVD.  And hahaha, I know!  I saw that on the poster, too...  His hands have something red on them, and it looks like blood.  Made me laugh. (:

It looks creepy.  Tim Burton is disturbing!  NightMare Before Christmas, even though cartoon, was the most disturbing thing EVER.  I mean, I felt "unclean" just watching it.  Evil.  Jhonny Depp, well, he's creepy too.  The newer Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was interesting... but he's a great actor.  I adore Pirates of the Caribbean, so I can't dislike Jhonny.  But, I admit I want to see this movie.  It does look pretty good.  It'll be a bit creepy, I know, but I want to see it.  And Anne Hathaway is so strange looking when she's all white!

I know, right?  I actually never saw The Nightmare Before Christmas, but I did see The Corpse Bride, and it kinda left me with that feeling.  I didn't like that movie.  Haha...  Still, I like some of his other movies. (:

What? Well Corpse Bride was weird, but as for Nightmare Before Christmas... well. You have to look at the moral, which is more than just, "Don't usurp someone else's holiday."

Yahaha! Looks so good! Can't wait! Eeeep!! Although, Johny Depp looks slightly quite creepy. *shudder* Still can't wait, though! I'll have to talk my friends into coming . . .*randomly muttering to self* I bet Kaitie would want to. Oh, and maybe Charlotte, but definitely not Greta. Hmmm. Allison'll have to go. Don't want her mom to scream at me from across a movie theater lobby again . . . *notices everyone staring* Oh, yes, umm, see, about the whole screaming across a movie theater lobby . . . . Uh, long story . . .  Twas quite embarrassing . . .

I'm going to be rational and just admit that I am obsessed with LGW, although I try not to draw attention to the fact. I have heard that some people think it's too violent, but I say "Bring on the Blood!". Not in real life though, cause if I did that would mean I'm some weird vampire person like in twilight and I would probably be thrown in jail. Then I would have to sparkle. *shudder* Anyway, what I mean is, it probably would be super violent if it was a movie, what with all the beheading and stabbing and whirling blades, but as a book it doesn't seem to be.

I also really can't wait for this to come out, especially because Matt Lucas plays Tweedle-dee and dum.  (By the way, did you know that in Pakistani, Matt means dead? Tell your friends!) Yeah, we better be seeing this when it comes out, cause if not, I am going to throw a fit for the first time in my life, and it is going to be epic. I heard that they may or may not make a movie out of LGW depending on how well this movie does. But, the plots are pretty similar, so...

I don't know why the quotes around Nathaniel...

Did you know that Johnny Depp is in the Guinness Book of World Records? Something about his partnership with Time Burton in so many movies, I think. I just sort of skimmed over it. What's also funny is that Harry Potter has his own little special 5-page insert in the 2009 GBWR.

*high-fives JFB*

I liked Nightmare Before Christmas... it was maybe a little odd, but very good IMHO. And the singing was pretty. Soon I'll watch Corpse Bride, because I got the DVD for Christmas. In fact, I could even watch it on my iPod.

That was an expression of awe, y'see.

This digital 3d messes with your head, though. It's trippy.

The only problem with it is she doesn't punch whatshisbucket in the nose at the end. He had a very punchable nose. I wanted him to get punched.
