Alice in Wonderland... I don't think I've ever been so excited for a movie to come out. Tim Burton + Johnny Depp = good movie, yes? My youth leader's daughter, who's 21, and I are good friends (she's pretty much just a thirteen-year-old with a license), is taking me to see the midnight showing of it. Hopefully in 3D. Hopefully in the IMAX. I'm quite excited. I'm assuming some of you are, too?

That's what everyone says about 3D, but it never affects me. I usually don't think about it and just forget it's 3D.

Sigh. There was no midnight showing [at least in Maine]... But I went with my friends to see the second showing on Friday at the 3D IMAX. It was probably one of the best movies, but, idk why, it didn't quite meet my satisfaction. Haha... I guess I found the plot kinda boring (please don't be upset) and it wasn't quite as Tim Burton creepy as I had expected. Ah well, 'twas still good. Alice! You're terribly late, you know. Naughty... <3 Oh and I went to see it again today. Made me happy, it did. And I bought the book (well the first one and Through the Looking Glass) at Border's.

So, would you recommend it on a whole? I didn't post on this thread at all, but I promise you, I read every post. I just read a review basically saying it was good until the last action scene. If someone mentioned Alice to you, would your first thought be that it was good? Anyway..... On a separate note, I've been meaning to read "The Looking Glass Wars" for awhile now, and I will very soon.

Alice -> Australian accent -> close to British accent -> quite good indeed. And if you mean Alice, as in the movie, then yes, I think good. It was definetely better the first time I saw it, but I didn't mind seeing it twice. I kinda want to see it again, actually.

Since it's almost one here 'cause of daylight savings, I'm gonna keep it short: Red Queen/HBC = amazing. Same with Johnny Depp. White Queen/Anne Hathaway = annoying. I'll post more later, but bottom line? See Alice in Wonderland. In 3D.
