Note: When Kili is talking about the bloodbath, the person from seven is a boy.

Okee Dokey. Now that Luxuria's dead *smiles with all teeth showing* it's time to write another death scene... *rubs hands together*

Kyder Talorian

I spat on the ground. A stream of blood came from my chin. Ugh, the girl from ten had gotten a cut to my cheek. Well, she was dead now.

I looked around and took stock of the situation. Anise was still alive, lying on the ground, hands behind her head, looking like she was taking a nap instead of after the middle of a bloodbath. The girl from ten was dead. Fortisarbor Vest was still under the well made net that Kili had trapped him in. There were other bodies lying around. No Kili or Fishgirl. No doubt they were together now. The two from eleven were nowhere to be seen either. Amazing that the girl is still alive. She was tiny.

So. Three pairs. 2, 4, 11. And the boys from 3,6, and 9.

There are nine of us left.

.

Now it gets fun.

.

Well, really, there are 10 left. But Fortisarbor Vest has minutes. He doesn't count.

Let the 36th Hunger Games begin. Now the fighting gets fun. Now the stakes get higher. Now is not the time to die.

I unsheathed both of my swords and walked over to stand over Fortisarbor Vest. He looked at me fearfully. For some reason, the thought made me smile. He's three years older than me, stronger by far, and yet I'm the one with the sword. I sliced open the net

And drove both swords into his chest.

His back arched for a few brief moments, and he screamed. Then he fell back to the ground. Dead.

.

Fortisarbor Vest was dead. Or would be in a matter of seconds.

.

I yanked my bloody swords out of his chest and shouted at the sky. "DRAY KESERN, THAT WAS FOR WINDEE!" I can hear my voice echoing in this strange place.

I stabbed Fortisarbor Vest one more time for good measure.

I walked over to Anise. She stuck up her hand. "You kill me, your parents kill me. I kill you, your  parents kill me. Deal?" I shook her hand and pulled her up.

"So," I said, "who do we kill first?" I looked pointedly toward the Cornucopicia. It still had a variety of things that might look useful, and there was a big pile of sharp shiny things that looked very, very useful.

Anise smiled. "Let's find eleven."

The cannon went off for Fortisarbor Vest.

Time to go a hunting.

I feel like a sad mood. It's all dark and gloomy and quiet. Death scene, here I come. And then I'll switch to being Seth.

@SC: Mind if Kyder kills them? At least it's from a charrie that I like. If it was from a charrie that I didn't like then I'd be mad.

//Menola//

I ran, I ran as fast as I could. Leo and I were trying to outrun those beasts, those foul creatures, and not have them drive us to the Cornocopia like they want us to. I breathe in a shaky breath and slow down to a stop. The thing, I've taken to calling it a serpentine, had slowed down and was a good way behind us. Leo slowed to a stop also and we sat down on the hot ground. I spread out our rations, trying to get a good look at our odds. We had a wrist watch, a bottle of full water, some banana chips, a few knives, a pot, and some beef. There must be no natural resources, if the Game makers gave us so much to begin with. I took a sip of water and ripped off a piece of jerky, then passed them to Leo. He took a bit more, being bigger and all, and we were on our way.

But it wasn't the serpentine that was following us. It was two tributes, a boy and a girl. They looked murderous, which wasn't weird here, and were chasing after us with swords at the ready. Of course, the biggest one, the boy, went for me. "Are you ready, little girl? This sword thirsts for blood!" It was already dripping with the stuff, but I restrained myself from making a witty comment. Instead I pulled out my bow. He didn't know what I could do with it, but he was going to learn soon. I notched an arrow and he raised his sword, smirking at me. "Ain't that cute, Anise. She's got a little bow."

The girl snickered, then moved in on Leo. I could here grunts from over there, but I didn't dare take my attention from his deadly blade. He ran up to me, raised his sword, and clashed downward. At the last second I jumped out of the way and he turned around, obviously irritated. I smiled at him. "Trouble? Lemme help." I pulled back the string and released, the arrow sailing through the air landing in his calf. He winced and took it out, throwing it to the ground. "Nice try, little girl, but there'll only be two surviving after this. Let's see who it is."

"Yes, let's," I say, then jump out of the way of another blade. I notch another arrow and let go, but it missed by a long shot. He laughed at me, then swung again. This time I blocked with my bow and tripped him. He stumbled to the ground, then jumped back up. "Alright then." He backed up until he and the girl, Anise or something, were back to back, whispering to each other. Leo and I met up, eyes glued to them. "I can't do this much longer," I whispered.

"It'll be okay. We'll get this over with, and we'll move on. Don't worry." But words were full of strength, but his eyes were dark and gloomy. Either we'll get our first kills, or not see another sunrise. The two broke apart and drove us away from each other. Soon I could hardly see Leo. This was their plan. Drive us away so they'd only have to kill one of us, each. I notched another arrow and it drove into his foot. He glared at me and threw one of his swords. Usually it would've been a horrible move, but he had uncanny aim. It landed in my chest and I stumbled backwards. I heard a laugh, far and distant, then heavy footsteps, thumping against the dirt and running away from me. Another laugh, high pitched and eerie, then a low yell. More footsteps, but everything was distant, as if in another planet. My shirt was wet and warm, my breath shaky. My fingers thumbled with the hilt of the sword and I set it down beside me. "Menola? Menola! Menola!" I moaned, but didn't answer. Then someone was beside me, lifting up my head. "L...Leo?"

He nodded. "What happened?" My vision was blurred, but I could make out his face, tight with distress.

"Kyder and Anise. District 2. That's what happened." His words were full of anger.

I tried swallowing, but my throat was blocked. The funny thing was, I didn't feel any pain. It was somewhat...peaceful. A silent tear fell down my face. "Am I...dead yet?"

He shook his head and smiled. "No, not yet."

I smiled. "Good. I don't wanna die just yet." I breathe in a shaky breath and take my necklace off. It was pure black leather, a real delicacy in 11, with a piece of plastic and a black oak tree on it. "When you win,"--at this he looked like he was going to argue, but I glared at him and continued, "When you win, give this to my family."

He nodded and his fist closed around mine. Another tear fell down my cheeck. My chest was throbbing now, and I was shivering, dispite the insane heat. All the cameras would probably be on us, right now. My family would be devasted. I gazed up to the sky, imagining them, trying to picture them happy. And then there was my picking group. Wondering what they were doing right now, I shut my eyes. "Menola? Menola?" Leo shook me, and I opened my eyes. "I'm not dying just yet, you'll have to wait just a bit longer." We exchanged friendly conversation like this, meaninglessly trying to stop the constant flow of blood, until a horrible pain arose from my chest. "Ooh..." I wailed and scrunched my eyes shut.

"Want me to change the wrapping?" he asked hurridly.

"No, no no no. It's no use, Leo." I breathed in another shakey breath, my hand pressed against my wound. I lifted it up and the flesh was red and sticky, a foot long gash plenty inches deep. I tried swallowing, but there was nothing to swallow. My vision was clearing up, the sky was pink and blue and orange. That was weird. It didn't have that yesterday. I breathed in one, last breath, looked up at the sky, and my grip on the necklace loosened.

Aww. I'm sad now. It wasn't as good as Rue's, though. I cried when she died.

*giggles* Death Scene! Yay!

Sort of a Spoilerish Alert:

I don't cry about books, for some reason. The closest I ever came to crying was when at the end of Mockingjay, when you-know-who died.

UGH I hated that part. That's when I cried. And

SPOILER ALERT (though I'm guessing that most of us actually read all three)

When it was Gale's fault. Before that, I'd really wanted him and Katniss to get married, but after that, I didn't want them too. He's just...too...chaotic. I mean, he just doesn't really know when to stop.

The plot bunnies jumped ship then, well, I sorta, um, got grounded from the tv and computer for a week because I forgot to hand in an assignment... could someone please tell me what's going on? Pretty please? With a cherry on top?

Hi Olive! Welcome back!

So, it's day 4. I think. But pretty close to day 4

The survivors:

2: Kyder, Anise

3: Dom

4: Kili, Jo

6: Axider

9: Trad

11: Leo (I just killed Menola! Yay!)

So, we're going through tributes very, very fast. The mutts drove everybody to the Cornucopia, and a bunch of people died there, inclduing Luxuria. (Yay!)

Kyder and Anise are hunting together, and Kyder is slightly injured from all of Menola's pesky little arrows, but he's in pretty good shape. I don't know if Leo injured Anise.

Kili and Jo are together, but I don't think they're hunting anybody.

Leo is mourning, I think. Axider and Trad are not written by anybody, they just haven't died yet. Dom has not been heard from.

and for future reference, I get dibs on ice. That makes no sense now, but it will later.

Got it! And what happened to Dessa? I don't mind that she's dead, but I'm still curious! *and too lazy to read all the posts* And who does Leo belong to?

Oh, and I'm going to kill Dom 'cause I feel like it.

//Anise//

I ignored Kyder as we stalked away from the Cornucopia.

If I were one of those old cartoon characters from before the war, then steam would have been blowing out of my ears.

That District 11 boy wasn't dead. I wasn't either, but I might as well have been. Part of my left forearm had been hacked off. The only thing I could do was staunch the blood flow with some of my jacket (What are the Tributes wearing? I can't find any mentions) and hope that some Capitol sponsor would be sympathetic enough to get me some medicine--I definitely couldn't rely on my district.

I continued to glare at my feet when something caught my eye. It was a net, made out of what looked like spiked wires. I grinned.

"Well, well, what have we here?" I called out nastily. I caught Kyder's eye--he looked equally happy.

"You're looking at your death," came a voice. I barely had time to react before something closed around my throat and squeezed. I smiled even wider.

I'd been trained for this.

I grabbed the rope around my throat, not even wincing as several small spikes poked my hand, and pulled it far away enough that I could slip in my sword and cut it off.

"Stop hiding, you coward," I snarled. "Come out to play like a real Tribute." Ironically, a lanky boy stepped out from behind a tree. He was holding a spear and some more of that cursed wire.

"How are you doing today?" he asked casually, grinning.

"Good, you?" I said back. Kyder looked at me warily--it was well-known in 2 that I liked to "play with my food before eating it". (shush, I like that quote) "Oh, and, Kyder, I call dibs." Kyder just sighed and stepped back a little.

I lunged at the skinny boy, feigning a blow to the neck and instead, taking a swing at his arm. He cried out in pain.

"Now you know what it feels like!" I yelled. I continued, blow after blow after blow. The boy didn't even try to fight, he just cried a bit and screamed.

"They don't train you well, do they, in 3?" I said coldly. The boy looked at me, eyes wide with fear, before I took a last swipe.

His eyes began to have a glassy look to them.

"Dessa," he whispered, before his eyes rolled back in his head. I smirked.

"Which victim is that?" I asked Kyder politely. "I've lost count."

Leo's in 11. The outfit is white shorts, a matching white shirt and a light grey sweatshirt.

Leo-

Menola. Little Menola who I promised to protect but I failed. She is lying in front of me with a sword in her chest and her little body –oh my gosh, she was only twelve- won’t make it and I know it. I can’t help but cry. Little Menola with her bow. She made it this far and I failed. And now she’s dead.

“Menola?” I attempt to ask but I know it’s too late. Too late. Too late.

Her eyelids flutter slightly, a slight smile crosses her pale lips and then she is dead. Gone.

A canon blares and I know that the hovercraft will come soon to take her. I don’t have much time.

I do my best to cover the last bit of the wound. Then I put the three fingers of my left hand to my heart, then my lips and  finally outward towards her peaceful face.

“Farewell, Menola.”

I take her pack –she wantedme to win- heft it onto my shoulder and begin to walk. I have no idea where I’m going, just away from this place, just away from that fresh scent of death.

I ran away from the cornocopia, away from the bloodshed. Surprisingly, the  hard rock and dirt changed to coarse grass, then bushes. I raced forward, and the grass starting getting greener. Relief flooded through me, there was water near by! The faintest gurgling sound came nearby, and I ran towards it. There was a creek! A small, trickling little creek, but there was water! I shoved my face in and drank at least a quart before I remembered to breath. I cleaned, drank, checked over my supplies and rested, then started following the creek downstream. It gradually got bigger until it filtered into a rock. It was about six feet tall, with an overhang. There was ground rock, like a bedding, on the bottom, and the creek ran around the edge and into a little pond. I slumped down on the sand and dropped my backpack down on the ground. This was one of the only time that I was happy here.

Umm... I never thought about this before, but do you pronouce Kili (kee-lee) or (kill-ee)

Thanskyder Talorian

I grabbed a bunch of bandages from the Cornucopcia and tossed them to Anise. "Get your arm." Ugh. What was left of her left arm. The boy from eleven had chopped it off halfway to the elbow. My calf, arm, and back hurt. I never thought I'd say this, but THANK YOU GAMEMAKERS. Menola's arrows weren't barbed, so it was easy to take out and didn't hurt too much. Still, she'd gotten in three shots.

I grabbed the bandages and tied my calf tightly. Luckily, she'd been too close to be able to really put some strength into firing. And she'd hit my non-sword arm.

Anise was nowhere as near in good shape. The boy had chopped her non-sword arm, and gotten in a shallow cut onto her thigh. She'd probably lose the rest of her arm if she didn't get Capitol help, and soon. Two days at most. Which wouldn't be that hard, considering the rate at which we were dying.

"Do you want to stay here?" I offered.

"And let you take all the glory? Are you crazy?"

Well, hunting time again.

Somebody post!!! Or, I swear by all books and words, and on Endeyrory Pracea's head, that if somebody doesn't post, I will have Kyder kill EVERY single one of your charries, and then the Capitol will blow him up on his victory tour, and then our rp will die HORRIBLY.

And then.... I will invoke the curse of SPAMMY.
