1- Anne of Green Gables

4- Keeper of the Lost Cities (I read up to the fourth book in the series and the title never made much sense to me...)

~ An assassin brought from prison to compete for her place as the king's champion. However, she finds a deeper magic evil in the palace that she must defeat, while keeping up appearances and managing her love life.

~ 35 girls brought to the palace, competing for the prince's love and their chance at the crown. But our main character is less than ladylike, but still finds herself falling for the prince.\

~ 4 supposedly perfect girls in their perfect town, with some nasty secrets. And while managing their busy lives, they have to deal with threatening, stalker-ish messages that they think could be coming from their dead best friend.

These are all YA novels, so you know.

Hi! I'm back, with more books to guess! However, I was bored, so good luck with getting past the semi-nonsense and actually reading the plot!

Book One: A teenaged boy sees monsters. An old woman trapped in a girl's body controls fire. (Yes. Fire. So there, movie. She controls fire!) Together, with other magical children, they must defeat the [monsters] and bring peace back to their home.

Book Two: One kidnapped princess and her true love. Two ex-members of The Sicilian Crowd, a giant and a fencing wizard. It's an unlikely allience, but somehow, this group must defeat an evil (is evil too strong a word?) prince and an evil (is evil too weak of a word) Count.

Book Three: Fractions are boring. But when [insert common boy's name] meets [insert kind of common girl's name], he discovers a world so far from fractions that his head explodes (not literally, but that would be so cool). But, since this is a book, this world is in danger, and they have to save it, because every magical world would love to be saved by a couple of middle schoolers.

***Items in [brackets] were substituted to eliminate too-easy guessing***

***Ignore the paranthesis, I was bored***

Book 2 is Heidi, Book 3 is The War That Saved My Life, and Book 4 is the Penderwicks at Point Mouette
