Fantasy RP!

Hi, guys! I've been wanting to be in an RP for a while, so I thought, "Why not start one?". So I want to do a fantasy RP. To join, just fill out the form I will use after I finish this beginning part. We will start after I think we have enough characters and a basic story line. Here's my character:

Name: Elizabeth Drandle (prefers Lizzie)

Apperance: Wavy, brown hair, blue eyes, medium height

Age: 12

Personality: Quirky, kind, funnny

Other: I don't have anything else, but you might.

Enjoy!

Earane blasted the retreating twig blight with a lightning bolt, and dropped a stream of water on it for good measure. Good riddance. She heard a crackling in the brush. "Silence!" she whispered urgently.

Let me summarize this rp. It might make it a bit easier. (I am not gonna join.)

Lizzie and Simon are eating and Earane calls for Simon. Simon comes but asks for Lizzie. Lizze is teleported, and then they go into the forest. They meet the blights and they start running. A girl in a tree joined you (Raven, I think) and then Raven turned into a wolf. Artha winter comes and Earane befriends the horse. Everything then starts getting confusing, and nothing is really happening.

Artha saves them by putting the blights in a ice block. Shadowsoul comes, and pretty much everyone is met and stuff. Then Earane hears something in the bush and everyone is silent.

Hope this helps!

Sorry, I didn't know that I was chosen to be part of this rp, after it all got confusing. Sorry for joining so late, it looked a lot of fun, so I'll come back in as Shadowsoul if you guys want. Is that ok Ellie?

Yes. Brooke really wanted Shadowsoul to be her pet, so I figured why not.

So where should we start this from? After they get saved from the blights?

Yes. Start from Brooke's last post. Things should run smoothly from here.

Shadowsoul's ears twitched as she heard children not far from her. Who was the one that looked like a knight? Was it he? Could it really be him? Shadowsoul shook her large head.

" It can't be. That can't be him. The one to save the world. He's too young! What young child could save the world? Yet, maybe it is him," Shadowsoul murmured to herself, thoughts rushing through her head. Maybe it was the knight. She should find Milo. He could tell her what was going on. Shadowsoul galloped through the forest, hope fluttering within her.

Artha--

There was a crash and a huge black horse barged into the tableau. Simon and Lizzie whirled in surprise, but I didn't flinch; I knew Shadowsoul well, even if she didn't know of me.

I sat up a little straighter on my own horse. "No, I will never like you," I continued to Earane, "but I am willing to help you. Petty differences have no place when the safety of the world--both worlds--are concerned."

Earane looked peeved at my admittedly condescending attitude.

"Fine, so how exactly do you intend to help us?" Raven asked. "Your powers are winter, same as your dad. They're useful, I admit." Her tone was grudging as she looked at the frozen remains of the twig blights.

"I can tell you much that you'd want to know. Like how the orcs will be here in this forest, in at most twelve hours. When they find that the knight is gone, they'll be coming after him." I looked pointedly at Simon, who was slowly starting to look less bewildered. Lizzie had tentatively put up a hand to stroke the black horse. "We've got to fight."

Simon looked down at his red sword, Pantherus, which shone in the dim light. "Well, I'm still not at all sure what exactly's going on, but I'll fight if you need me too. Not much chance of going back to the middle school now, huh?"

Lizzie stood up very straight and tried to look brave. "I'll fight too, if you need me."

Both druids nodded, pleased at the childrens' reactions. Earane, without another pause, swung up lightly on Shadowsoul's back. "Come on," she said. "I've got to bring you all to the Druid Council. Everything can be explained there. Hurry!"

When Shadowsoul crashed through the forest, she thought she would have found Milo there. Not the kids. Her ears flattened when one of the girls swung up onto her back. Unacustomed to being ridden, Shadowsoul tossed her head, wondering what was going on.

" Easy girl," the girl whispered to Shadowsoul. Everyone was rushing, and through everything, Shadowsoul that one boy again. Her vision went fuzzy, and the clothing on the boy suddenly shined as if he was wearing armor. Shadowsoul's eyes dilated, but they narrowed when the girl kicked her gently.

" C'mon. We have to get to the Druid Council," the girl said. Shadowsoul didn't know why this girl was on her back, but she followed the others nonetheless.

"Soo.. I still don't understand," said Lizzie.  "I need you to help us fight the dragons and evil. And these are my friends," said Simon. "I knew I had to fight something. I'm still hungry, though. Artha, you have any snow cones?"

Sorry about this, I just saw this was never explained. Sorry I haven't been on this RP (or any RPs) for a while. I just never had time to get on the Inkwell. I'm glad you guys handled this beautifully while I wasn't writing. Sorry if this post sounds stupid.

Raven had had confusing days but not like this, and now evidently they were going to the Druid Council! They aproached a ring of trees as twilight aproached. Raven sucked in her breath, 10 druids sat there with serene looks upon their faces. A druid with silver hair and icy blue eyes looked at her and Raven shivered.

"You have come for advice?" askedthe druid with an inquisitive look on her face.

"Yes," answered Simon "do you have some?"

Artha~

I wasn't expecting the looks of surprised hate on the druids' faces when they saw me, but I put on my most sincere smile and tried to efface myself--didn't exactly work, but the druids were more concerned with Simon anyway.

"This is indeed a strange collection of comrades you bring to us, Earane," the silver haired druid remarked. "Two mortals, a horse and one of our enemies."

"She says she's going to help," Earane said, though without much conviction. "And one of the mortals is the knight we've all been waiting for."

Simon tried to look impressive, though it was the red sword that commanded most of the interest.

"Pantherus," another druid breathed. "You must indeed be a worthy knight to posess that."

One of the druids stood up angrily. The left side of her face was obscured by a wooden mask. "And I see a Winter has dared enter this grove. Fight me, girl, so I can have some revenge!"

Artha made a ball of ice and prepared to throw it. The masked girl laughed. "I see your father has not trained you in our ways. You would have done better to flee."

With a flick of the masked girl's wrist, tree branches slammed into Artha, knocking her off her horse. Earane and Shadowsoul whirled as Simon yelled, "Artha!"

Artha flung her ball of ice, missing by a mile, as tree roots wrapped around her. Artha screamed,

"Idiot elves! I'm trying to help them!"

"I do not care!" the masked girl screamed, pulling her mask off. It was nearly a skeleton on that side, covered by ice. "THIS is what your father did to me!" the masked girl screamed.

"Calm yourself, Elpama!" pleaded Earane.  Elpama whirled on Earane. "Silence!" Elpama yelled, as the roots binding Artha tightened and Artha passed out.
