Chatterbox: Inkwell

Kendra and Meadow

Kendra and Meadow are together for a fantasy story.

Rules:
1. No fighting.
2. No taking over the story.  Work it out with your partner so you can both do the story equally.
3. Keep the story PG.
4. GloWorm says to always keep to your genre, but I disagree: if you really want to, change genres.
Thank you very much! :)

Um, BellaTrix, no offence or anything, but since I started this and everything, it was kinda rude to say 'GloWorm says to always keep to your genre, but I disagree: if you really want to, change genres.'.

Anyways, sorry Kendra, and Meadow, but I am no longer doing this. I simply don't have time. If you want to start a story together, fine, but please do not make it part of TAPM.

Hmmm, could we please continue this story? I will no longer think of it as TAPM. But seeing as we (at least i, for i can't talk for Meadow) want to continue the story could we please continue it on this thread? I'm sure that it would be tiresome for both us and the Admin.s to move all of our story work from here to another thread. It would be wonderful if you could agree. Thank-you!

P.S. I wanted to add, Thank you so much for coming up with TAPM, even though you are not doing it any more, it was a superb idea!

Yes, I agree with Kendra, I want to continue this story.  And I won't think of this as TAPM, I'll think of it as a round robin written by only me and Kendra...  :D

Yes of course! As long as you both know it's not TAPM, and as long as BellaTrix doesn't treat it as TAPM. That means you won't ask BellaTrix if you can do this or that, or so on. :)

Thankyou, and love the story!

Here is the next part, feel free to edit. And once again, Sorry i've been busy!!!

Shuddering at the coldness of the morning Saffronswung her feet off the side of the bed. She was not sure if the cold wasbecause of the temperature in the room, or because of the dream.  It wasjust a dream she told herself as she ran a comb through the tangled mass ofher hair. Yet thoughts drifted though her mind. What if her family was angry ather. Is what she did really that terrible. She thought of their faces. Hermother with hear heavy shawl. Who could make the sweetest biscuits even withoutthe best ingredients. Then her father, with his steady face and bright blueeyes. And her younger sister, cherry and full of laughter. Could they reallyhate her for leaving them. It was the first time that her family had enteredher mind since she set out a week ago. Shaking her head she tossed the strap ofher bad over her head. With one last glance in the mirror she set off in searchof breakfast, and more spirits.

I tried your idea!  And it worked!  Thank you, Kendra!  And I also came up with an idea and didn't forget it!  And after I'm done with this I'm going to post my story I wrote!

The narrow hallway creaked, and the noise startled Saffron.  What starteld Saffron more was how a young man seemed to appear out of nowhere.  He had dark blonde wispy hair that brushed his shoulders.  His eyes were grey, with a hint of blue hidden in them.  "Hello, Saffron," he said, in a familiar voice.  "Do you want breakfast?  I have some ready for you."

This stranger who somehow knew her name and offered her breakfast scared Saffron. Before she could stop herself, Saffron blurted out, "Who are you?  Why does your voice sound familiar?"

"Why, I am a Spirit, found by Faolen; he told me that you would be here today.  My name is Wliome.  For the second question, almost all spirit's voices sound alike. Now, come." The man gestured to the place he had sudenly appeared from.

Saffron was confused; how could Faolen inform someone so far away?  Was it a power that Spirits had?

Sorry i haven't written anymore.  I have a very bad case of writer's block.  The part that you wrote is so open and everything, and I can't think of anything.  Well, I have, but when my fingers hit the keyboard the idea just pops right out of my head.  Sorry.  I don't have writer's block that often, but when I do I have it for a long time.  I can't wait until the writer's block is gone!!!!

No worrys! I had writers block closer to the beginning of the story, so we can call it even! :D Seriously though, you don't really need to apologize, think of how many times i've never written. Let me know if i can help in any way!!!

I think that you could help.  What do you do to get rid of writer's block?  I normally just wait until it's gone and I can write agian.  i get writer's block at very odd times...

hmmm well last time you helped me by giving me the next part of the story to write. But when i have writers block that isn't for this story, i usually start a new story. I just do what i call 'free write'. all you do is sit at the computer, or notepad, whichever you prefer and start writing. You only really need to write a page. It takes your mind off of the story at hand, and sometimes the next part just comes to you. It's the same if you have a song in your head, you just play another song, and it gets rid of it. Let me know if this helps!

Okay!  I'll try that!  But my mom wants me to do the dishes first... I'll tell you if it helps!
