Are the Resistance and FAFA are working together, or have we combined? I can't find it anywhere. Also, where diid Catastrophe come from? I understand that we're fighting hm, but why?
I think Ronan has the better answer to that, as he created Catastrophe, but I'll do my best. Also, the This RP is.... thread, deep in the RP board and posted by Claaws, explains more of his backstory.
Catastrophe is basically this evil boy, from long ago, who hunted down and killed the Powers. It's actually a LOT more than that and has a complex, as well as deep, history. He took over Kyngdom by ascending the royal rung (murdering each person above him), and has an alliance with Jaaws. Nobody knows how he came back after he died, although rumor has it that Ronan made an elixir of life, and the Song of War Bird is basically his pet (Catastrophe's, not Ronan's).
Aaand that's all I know. Except for a slight bit of his love life, which I don't think you want to hear about.
"We haven't had anyone from the Outlands in-well, ever. There was shadow of everywhere, who traveled all around Kyngdom. And then there's Alex R. and the Anthros, who're from Zekia, which is outside of Kyngdom. Sailhaven's it's own thing, and occasionally we have people who've fallen through random rifts in time and space, claiming they're from some place called 'Earth.' But actually beyond our known borders? I've never even met someone from there."
I shake my head in amazement.
"The Council will want to see you," I say. I grab Lux's arm before anyone else can ask any questions, and I lead her through the maze of corridors that is the Resistance Base.
"What's the Council?" She asks
"Oh, they're representatives from all over Kyngdom We've got everyone there. Homo Avians, Dolir Felis, Elves, Anthros, Were Wolves, Vampires... And from all slices of life too. From filthy rich to dirt poor. We've lost a few Council members lately, what with the War and all, but the Council itself is still up and going. They're the leaders of the Resistance."

What do you mean, positions of power? Are you a royal or something? If you are, or a general or a noble or chieftan or something else, it doesn't matter. You can maintain that position and join the Resistance without losing anything. We don't particularly care what class of society you come from.
