NAME: Charlie W.
SPECIES: Human (Homo sapiens)
JOB/TITLE: Sprocketville, Southwest Kyngdom
APPEARANCE: Tall for his age (13), average build, curly dark brown hair always needs a haircut (except right after he gets one)
PERSONALITY: Never the first to speak up, but always the first to notice something
HOME: His parents' house, which his mom likes to say has the most natural light of any underground bunker in Sprocketville, thanks to its many skylights
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The machinist wing of the Cypher Labs dormitory, where he lives on a hall with the other gear-nerds. Needless to say it's not the cleanest wing in the building.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Dr. Sheepshank was the first adult he felt really took him seriously.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Marcus R., the best machinist at Cypher--and a full year younger than Charlie.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His titanium sprocket wrench set, a 13th birthday gift from Dr. Sheepshank.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Er, did you try hitting it with a hammer?
STRENGTHS: Inventiveness--at age 8, he built a working dishwasher from scratch.
WEAKNESSES: Confidence--he has trouble standing up for himself sometimes.
BACKGROUND: Charlie grew up in Sprocketville, a small bunker town in Southwest Kyngdom. He was lonely there, since there weren't many other kids around--but that gave him plenty of time to tinker with the smashed-up machines that lined all the roads in town. After he built an entirely new set of household appliances from scratch, word spread across Kyngdom. Eventually, Dr. Sheepshank recruited him to be part of the Cypher Labs team. His parents were sad to see him go, but he didn't think twice: this was his big break.

Name: Michael (does not like his first name or being called by it) "Finn" McCullican
Species: Human
Job/title: I was hoping part of the Resistance. I think I might just start RPing him at the battle. Yes, I have several charries on here, I just thought there should be more guys.
Appearance: Short brown hair (the sides are cut shorter but the top is a bit...brushier?). He has light skin and a few freckles, but not much. He has dark hazel eyes and is fairly tall and athletic from being in several battles. He wears the Resistance uniform, but when he does have to, he wears a shirt and jeans (but not like super baggy jeans. Just regular ones lol.)
Personality: Resourceful, brave, curious, very adventurous. He usually tries to show his happy side and not show the rest of his emotions, but he will open to the couple people in his life. He's smart and has wit and his own sense of sarcasm. He's too observant for his own good and has a fierce loyalty and trust that is hard to get back once it has been broken. Fairly nice and funny and easy to get along with, but he's a person that you wouldn't want to get on the bad side of, and he can also be quite serious at times. Has a protective and caring nature.
Home: Where the heart is (jk, the Resistance base)
Most often seen at: Wherever he is needed or wherever he wants to go
Friend or mentor: They'll be made, hopefully
Enemy or rival: Depends. Anyone he thinks is wrong, or morally incorrect, whether it be the popular vote or not
Favourite possession or object: None. Everything from his past was burned.
Motto or favourite saying: "Managers do things right and leaders do right things."
Strengths: Intelligence and lying. Also being out on the field as a soldier.
Weaknesses: Fire. And I suppose lying could be one too, he's been a spy all of his life, so who knows what lies or secrets he is keeping.
Background: His past ended in flames. More on that later. Also, can he have a crush on Etoile?

NAME: Millicent Alyss Southcrest
SPECIES: Homo Avian, if that's okay?
JOB/TITLE: Millicent Alyss Southcrest; Homo Avian; Weapon and Armor Engineer; Spy; Wants to join the Resistance
APPEARANCE: Peachy pale skin and pretty blue eyes, Millicent is well known for her long, curly black hair. She has beautiful skin and usually has a band-aid on her face. She has an average height for her age (in case you didn't know she's 13). She likes to wear dresses and often wears short dresses with a pretty apron-like accessory over it. She's almost always seen with a confident smile.
PERSONALITY: Millicent is easy to like and talk to. She is often described as quirky, and it's honestly the best word for her personality. She is straight-out honest and doesn't really lie except when she's spying. She loves to make armor and weapons and is kinda good with machinery. Sometimes she has a short-temper, though. She LOVES dressing up and going to fancy events.
HOME: She travels a lot. She does, however, have a pretty nice cottage in a small town not far from Lioncrook Falls. If the Resistance accepts her, though, she'll probably live in the Resistance base.
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: She doesn't usually stay somewhere very long unless it's a commitment. Again, if the Resistance accepts her, she'll spend most of her time there.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Doesn't have one yet. Hopefully the Resistance!
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Doesn't have one specifically, but loathes SOCS and *groan* Catastrophe. XD
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: Millicent owns a portrait of her father and mother as children. She keeps it in a necklace charm that's the shape of a bottle. It is very important to her and she has sworn to never lose it!
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: "Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations!"
STRENGTHS: Millicent is quirky and smart, and she's easy to get along with. She is also a great engineer and spy!
WEAKNESSES: Sometimes she has a short temper, and she forgets things easily if it's not of huge importance to her.
BACKGROUND: Millicent Southcrest was born in Southeast Kyngdom to her mother and father, Cerise and Nicolas. They were loving parents and they raised her well, until Nicolas was diagnosed with a lethal disease when she was 7. He died shortly after. Cerise decided to move herself and Millicent further west. Eventually, when she was 10, BIG took Cerise to their laboratory for an experiment. Four weeks later, they sent out a letter, saying that her mother had died in their experiment and that they would be testing Millicent next. Millicent fled, taking important belongings with her, and lived peacefully until Catastrophe came. Then she discovered the Resistance and its purpose, and she wants to join.
Also, could she have a crush on Finn? I know he has a crush on Etoile, I just think it would make Millicent more interesting. (Millifinn! Millifinn! Okay, I'll stop. XD)

Hello, and welcome to Kyngdom! I recommend reading a bit so you know what's going on. Most of it is on the RP Board. Also, I have a question; Where did Millicent get her wings? Homo avians are made, not born, so who put them on her? I would assume BIG, except you said she ran away before they could take her. It would work if she got taken, got her wings and then escaped, though.
Vanessa, too, where did she get her wings? Her dad was cruel to her... Could he have been a member of the BIG or SOCS and experimented on her?

Well, there was one clan of natural-born Winged Ones, so it could also be that maybe Vanessa's mother was one of them and left when she married her father, and that's why Vanessa has wings. Most of the ones in Kyngdom got theirs by experimentation, but my charries are all natural born, and so if you'd rather, you could go with that story line.
