Get well soon ZB!

Tray-

I had no idea what had happened. Sam was on the sand, I don't know how to describe what was happening but it was rather weird and gross. "The water!" I said. "Quick!" Nell and I pick Sam up and despite every voice of common sense screaming for me not to I walked into the ocean. We put Sam down and I knew she'd defeated the monter because I wasn't drouning. The water seamed to be helping, but I still didn't know what was going on. I saw movement in the water and turned. I saw the shimmering of scales and grabbed Nell's arm. "We need to get out, now." I said seriously. "Why, the water's helping." I saw it again. "There's something in the water." I was seriously scared now. I'd been so scared of water all my life I knew something was wrong. "I shouldn't be here." I said. I started to turn back to the shore but a webed hand grabbed my leg. I screamed. "Tray, what is it?" Jason called. "I just-" I got cut off as something pulled my under the water. It was a mermaid. I think. It had webed hands and a green fish tail. It's eyes were merderous and it's long green hair matched sharp green teeth. It looked like a very angry demented water naid. I screamed again, although this time no one heard me. "You daughter of Hades should never have set foot on this beach." I shrugged in a panneky sort of way. "Ya, you're right, I probubly shouldn't have. But I'm only here because my friend Sam, daughter of Poisidon is hurt and the water helps her. Otherwise, and trust me on this. I WOULD NOT BE HERE!" The, um, thing's expression changed to deep concern. "Sam is hurt. We must go and help her. And because you are her friend you are always welcome at our beach." I nodded. "Okay, ya, thanks." Like I was ever coming back. We swam back up to the surface. I ghasped and breathed in as much oxygen as possible. The, um, thing walked over to Sam and examened her. It took all my leg strength but I ran back to the shore. Ghasping for breath I plopped down in the sand. "What the?" Jenifer asked. I explained everything starting with the "I saw something in the water, lets get out" and ending with the naid-thing saying they must help Sam. First idiodic thing Jason said was, "You are never going back in water again, are you?" "NO!" I snapped. Then Jenifer said, "I'm going to help them." She started for the water but I stopped her. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. Those things hated me, I'm sure you won't be much different." She nodded and sat down next to me. "You're probubly right." We sat there for a while. Waching Nell and the naid-thing bend over Sam. In the light of the sinking sun I heard something. Help me Tray! Help me! I looked around, no one was there. Help me Tray! Help! There it was again. What was it? Then I saw her. A girl no older than 12 chained to a pole. The scene in the backround wasn't the beach but the underworld. Next to her I saw a titan. Well the back of a titan. And I knew right away who the girl was, and who the titan was. And niether of those things were good news. She was Jack Wild silent monster killer, had saved my life once, and, most importantly, daughter of Nyx. The night goddess.

Admin, what do you think of our RP so far? I'd like to hear your opinion. And feel free to make suggestions.

I think it's great! I'm embarrassed to say that I've never read the Percy Jackson books, but I do know the premise (Camp Half-Blood, the gods, etc) and your version is really interesting! There is a lot of action in each post, which is exciting, and each person has their own distinct style of writing. I can't wait to see how you guys end it...-admin

Sam-

My eyelashes fluttered open. I coughed a bunch of water outand had a feeling as if I were soaking wet. A mermaid’s face hovered over me.“Sam, daughter of Poseidon, your life is saved.” I coughed out the words “Thankyou!” And she was gone. I saw her green scales disappear under the sea. Nellswam to shore pulling me the whole way. As we got to the others I noticedsomething. Tray was gone! Again. She was scared of water so she usually stayedback but I couldn’t see her. “Guys? Where’s Tray?” Jennifer looked around. “Overthere in the bushes. But wait how are you feeling?” “Fine, I’m great it’s soamazing. That just happened and I can walk myself!” Jason started to laugh andI glared at him. Why was he laughing? I noticed something then. Nell had beenholding me up the whole time. I turned red. “I can walk myself. Thank you Nell!”I staggered off to where Tray sat an expression of worrying on her face. “Tray…”She looked up at me. Her grey eyes were startled. “A penny for your thoughts?”Tray smiled but became serious again. “It’s these dreams. A girl and she alwayscalls for help. And then there’s a Titan. I don’t know where they are but sheneeds help. I have a feeling that this is a plan.” My heart leaped excitedly. “Tray, she’s been there longer than you think. I’ve had dreams about her too. Sheknows something that they don’t…” Tray looked at me and her grey eyes seemed todarken. “We shall save her!” Her voice was full of hate and anger. “No! Notyet! We have one more thing we need to do! This will make us invincible.” Traylooked at me as if I were crazy. “We need the last relic. Jennifer’s relic.”

I paced the beach line as the water lapped at my bare feet. Sam was right, it was kind of relaxing. But I preferred flying, anyday, anytime. I put my hand to my forehead, thinking what to do was seriously giving me a headache. I really hated being a leader. Sam and Nell were passed out with the mermaid nursing them. Tray and Jason were by the campfire. And Nick was somewhere in the underworld. I knew that he wouldn't stop until he killed me. And just becuase he was millions of miles underground, he woulnd't give up. I knew it. He knew it. We needed to get to Oklahoma City, and fast. But now, I think we were in FL. Sam was too tired to shadow travel for a while, so we'll be walking. Using my big toe, I drew a picture of the U.S., tracing out our route. My big toe glided over the Appalacian Mountains, wondering how we'll move over them. I erased that route and made another one around them. It was a bit longer but we wouldn't have to climb over anything. As I traced my toe, Lousiana got messed up, and I knew that was a sign. Something life-changing would happen in Lousiana, and that would be it for someone.

Sam—

Jennifer kept drawing in the sand which was unlike her. I walked up. “What’s up?” I asked. Jennifer looked at me and I knew that she knew something I didn’t know. My cheeriness left me. “Jennifer?” I asked cautiously. Her eyes flitted back and forth. “What?” She looked nervous and pale. “What’s wrong?” “Nothing! Nothing at all! Why would you think that?!” I looked at the smudged drawing in the sand. “What’s this?” I asked. “A map. We have to go through Alabama to get to Oklahoma City. I think we should set out tonight. We don’t have any time to lose.” Jennifer’s voice was self-confident and happy, so I decided to stop worrying. After we’d packed up we started off. We were a quiet party marching through the woods and next to the highways. After a while we came to a sign that said: WELCOME TO ALABAMA. Jennifer stopped in her tracks. She stared at the sign as if in terror. Nell walked up to Jennifer and tapped her slightly. Jennifer shook her head as if out of a trance. Tray stared at her worriedly. “I think we should stop here,” she said. All of us nodded and stepped off into the woods.

Jenifer kept looking at the sign with terror in her eyes. "Hey, Jen, what's wrong?" I asked. "N-nothing," she muttered. "You're lying," I said simply. "What! No I'm not!" she snapped. She was asking really weird. "Ummm, okay?" I backed up to where Jason was sitting. "What's up with her?" he asked. "I don't know. She won't tell me. And she didn't tell Sam or Nell either. I don't know what else to do." I sighed. Jason grinned. "I do, follow my lead." He got up and stretched. "Tray, wanna come with me to get firewood?" he asked. I didn't see how this was going to make her spill it. "Sure." I got up. "Wait, where?" Jenifer asked. "Over there." Jason pointed to some woods over the border where the sign was. Jenifer stood up suddenly and shouted, "NO! D-do it over there." She pointed a shaky finger toward the woods behind us. "Why?" I asked, starting to catch on. "Because, someone's going to die ove rthere." She pointed across the line toward the land behind the sign. I stopped dead. "What?" I was shocked.

Sam--

Tray looked like she'd been hit by a block of ice. "What?" She repeated. Jennifer's finger shook. Soon her whole body was shivering. She collapsed in a sort of faint. "Guys?!" I yelled. We ran to where Jennifer lay on the ground. Her eyes were open but covered by a sort of haze. I looked at Nell worriedly. "What, what should we do?" I asked. Nobody knew. "Tray! Come on let's bring her to the tent." I demanded. As we started to pick her up Jennifer screamed. It wasn't a normal scream and certainly not hers. It was high-pitched and shrill. Her eyes were wide open but her body started to be engulfed in the mist. "What's wrong with her?" Nell yelled. "I-I don't know." Jennifer's body shook hard. I took a step back. Tray flew into Jason's arms. Jennifer's body was picked up by a sort of wind and suddenly dropped. Her breathing was heavy as if she'd run very far. All of us stayed stalk still watching here every move.

"There will be three, aided by two others. Three that are thepower of the brothers of Olympus. A daughter of each. The daughter of Zeus shalllead. The daughter of Poseidon shall strike a fatal blow. The daughter of Hadesshall make a choice even the lord of the underworld himself would regret. Aidedby two others. They will all make their choices and do these things for whatthey think is a good thing. But be warned, all their choices may not be theright ones."

//Jenifer//

I have no idea what just happened. Last thing I know is that I'm telling Jason not to go to the forest, but now I'm in a trance. I can't speak, I can't hear. I'm floating around, above me, under me, next to me and all around me is pure white. I can't see Tray, or Jason, or Nell or Sam. And I'm scared. I. Am. Scared.

Jennifer shook. What was wrong? We had to go on. “Guys, Ithink we should go. Whether it’s dangerous or not.” Tray said decidedly. Wenodded in agreement. All of us took out our swords and I brandished my polishedknife. I stood aside Nell. Jennifer shook even more as we got to the sign.“Calm down. Nothing’s going to happen.” Nell assured her quietly. That seemedto calm Jennifer and she grasped her sword tighter. I took a deep breath beforeI set my foot across the boarder. And that’s how it happened. I heard a growland something leaped out of the bushes. A human voice egged it on. It was toodark to make out what it was but it was not on our side. Jennifer stood rootedto the spot. The creature sprang at her. Tray dug her blade into it and itevaporated instantly. That wasn’t the end though. A tall human figure jumpedout. It’s knife gleamed in the moonlight. He lunged but Nell stepped in front. The clanking of swords could be heard around the clearing. Nell let out apainful gasp and clutched her side. He’d hurt her! Payback time. The personlunged at Jennifer again. I stabbed and the figure crumpled to the ground. Ifelt shocked. I’d hurt one of my own kin. The figure didn’t move. Was it…? Ohno. A line of the prophecy came to me:

The daughter of Poseidon shall strike a fatal blow.

Was this the fatalblow? I stared into the distance as the others started to crowd around thelifeless body.

@Nick- we're continuing. And i don't know if it's ok, you'd have to hear it from ZB.

Tray-

I stared at Jenifer, not knowing what was going on. But I was the first to act. I walked up to her and poked her, it shoked me. "What happened?" Nell called. "Well, I was just shocked by her and-" Then I noticed it, Jenifer was spewing green smoke her breath came out in rasps, and I stepped back to where Jason was. "What's going on?" I asked. Sam stared at me, as if unable to process what I'd just said. Then she came back to earth. "Jenifer is speaking a prophocey, like the Oracle." She said softly. Jenifer started to stare at us. It was terrible to look at. Her eyes were glazed over, and huge, her skin looked paler than mine, her hair was flying out behind her, and worst of all, the green smoke kept coming. It flew from her mouth. The smoke made my eyes hurt. "Jen?" I asked. Her eyes became those of a mad-man and she spoke with an old creaky voice. "Four will go into the state of horror, but when they leave only three will come out. Gaurd eachother well, and know that death's choice is hers to make." As soon as she'd said make, she colapsed. We rushed over. "Jenifer!" Sam and I shook her awake. "Wha-what happened?" She asked. "You just became an Oracle for about a minute and a half." I said. "What? What'd I say?!" She asked excitedly. "Boy, I've never heard that before. Anyway this is what you said exactly: Four will go into the state of horror, but when they leave only three will come out. Gaurd eachother well, and know that death's choice is hers to make." She almost colapsed again at the words. "Four will leave, only three will come back?!" She shouted. All of us nodded. "But there's more to it, what about when it says death's choice is hers to make?" Nell asked. For a minute no one said anything. Then Jasons expression changed to shock, and understanding. "I've got it! Tray!" He said. I slapped him. "OW! What was that for?!" He asked. "Did you just say that I was the one not coming out!" I demanded. He shook his head. "No, you're death, it's your choice to make!" I repeated the words, I'm death, in my head. Was I really? Was I the thing that haunts your grandparents, and great-grandparents? Was I the secret ingrediant in cancer that left almost no survivors? Was I?

Ooo, Ooo Oooo Oooo!!! How about real Nick joins, and because it might be a little hard to start a new character you can do story Nick? Would that be cool with you? Or you could always start a new character, but like I said, it might be a bit hardish.

Sam—

Jennifer had just said a prophecy. The statue of horror? Was that where the girl was? Tray seemed as if in a faint. “Guys? Where- where is this?” I asked nervously. “Washington! Seattle, Washington,” Jennifer blurted out. “SEATTLE WASINGTON!” Nell yelled.“It’ll take hours to get there.” Tray looked up. “We’ll take the train.” The train? “Where the heck are we supposed to find a train?!” I demanded. “There.” Jennifer pointed towards the trees. I could hear a whistle. Were we supposed to . . . ? No, I was not going to jump on a moving train! “Guys, this is crazy,” Jason exclaimed. We looked at him as if to say: Well what did you think? I turned to Jennifer again. “I still don’t get how we’re going to get on it.” “Like this.” A gust of wind blew through the trees heaving us off the ground. Jennifer was taking us up. Into the sky. “NO! NO!” I squalled around and screamed. I didn’t want to be in the air. “CALM DOWN!” Jennifer screamed over the wind. Easy for her to say! She was the daughter of Zeus. Tray looked as if she was going to be sick. No wonder! She didn’t want to be off the ground either. Nell held on to my arm. I could feel myself sweating. I saw a blinding flash of lights and I was dropped onto heavy iron. “Thank you for flying air Jennifer.” I scowled at Jen’s smiling face. This was the train. All we had to do was get in. We slowly made our way to the emergency ladder and climbed down, pushing open the heavy door. A gust of wind blew through the hall. “Let’s pick a seat,” Tray said. We found one in the last row and walked in, closing the small doors.
